Went to the Rockwell Automation Fair and was surprised at how huge this place is. Very accommodating for any event to be held. The staffing was phenomenal at ensuring public safety and assisting with navigating around. Outdoor seating area is massive. All is wheelchair accessible. Restrooms is plentiful. All of the facilities is well maintained.
Attended the 2021 World table tennis championship. First time in the Americas and only 2nd time outside Asia or Europe. George Brown convention center is a beautiful facility, clean, spacious and modern…. So fitting for such a Global Premiere Event. Lighting and Sound system were crisp, clear and major rock concert quality. Just loved it! Bravo Houston!
I was here for a youth convention called GYC and It’s a perfect place for big held gatherings.! It’s connected to the hotel with good room service; the convention center has many rooms and halls which can be used for different breakout rooms and stuff. Escalator and elevator access. There is also chairs and good views outside.
The event center is huge, multiple levels, and very modern. Everything was spotless and the toilets were cleaner than most gas stations or fast food restaurants.
We were there for the First Robotics world championship. This building is located in downtown Houston. It is massive. There are three or four levels. Plenty of escalators to ride from floor to floor. One of the biggest convention centers I’ve been in. There are a couple of restaurants and shops that are in the convention center. We had a great time here.
