  1. I have both dined in and ordered to go orders from here. Either way, the food is amazing. The burgers always have a nice, crusty sear. I plan to be a repeat customer! If any improvements were needed, I would just say maybe a bigger dining space or bigger location because once more people start eating here, they’ll keep telling their friends and returning for more!

  2. I had the Tempe Burger with Pepperjack Cheese, Guac, Roasted Green Chile, thick cut bacon, and the garden. The burger was superb.

The hamburgers at 5th Street have the Maillard reaction , a form of non-enzymatic browning that occurs in foods when proteins and/or amino acids chemically react with carbohydrates of reducing sugars. Applying heat during cooking accelerates and continues this intricate process, which elevates the taste, aromas, and appearance of food. The key to flavor development.

The burger was served on a lightly toasted brioche bun. They have some creative sides and tasty beer battered onion rings. The waffle fries are great as well as their sauces. They also have hand-breaded chicken tenders, which are seasoned just right. Definitely the spot when you’re craving a great burger!

  3. Great spot near to the airport and many hotels for an excellent burger.

Located in a strip mall, this restaurant offers outdoor and indoor seating in a friendly space. I ordered take out. The menu offers myriad choices for burgers and I chose to try the steakhouse burger. There are multiple options for sides but I chose waffle fries. Combos are fairly priced.

The food was out quickly and packed in high-quality take out containers. Everything about the place signaled that the staff put care into what they do.

The staff had to deal with an incident with a homeless man and did so with tact and stayed calm. I was impressed with the young crew and how kind they were in general.

The burger and fries were excellent and shockingly filling. This a thick patty and came loaded with toppings on a quality bun. I was impressed that the food stayed hot for a long time after I paid for it.

  4. This place is excellent! I randomly stopped in here once during lunch and the place was packed with customers so I left because I didn’t have the time. I stopped in again during lunch and there was still a bit of a crowd but this time I had to see what the hype was about and let me tell you I was not disappointed! Very tasty burgers. I normally get the spicy western burger. The burgers are huge. Also very good customer service which is a delight since that seems to be on the decline as a whole in the food service industry. Between the service and the food, this establishment has definitely earned a loyal customer out of me. You should definitely check this place out

  5. Best burger in Arizona! Best onion rings! Best chili fries! Best sauces! The service was top notch. Found this place while scrolling through Instagram and I do not regret going. This is not close to where I live but I will be here every week!

Burgers are delicious and juicy. Ordered the bacon cheeseburger and the big one. The grill it fresh right in front of your eyes. Fixings are self serve, so you can make it anyway you like. Lots to choose from and they restock it constantly to ensure things are fresh. Line moves quickly so don’t be deterred if it’s long.

10/10 recommend, YOU HAVE TO GO HERE! I’m not even a burger person and I crave the food here. You know it’s fire when you can only pay cash so don’t forget, but I promise one of the best burgers you’ll have in your life. I added pineapple it’s fresh cut and grilled. The food is just so freaking an amazing here

You can smell the deliciousness even before you enter this place. Once inside, welcome to heaven! If good burgers are your thing, you found your spot. Quality taste and absolutely amazing flavor. Place your order and watch the magic happen. Can’t wait to be back.

The Chuckbox is always awesome and hasn’t changed for as long as I can remember. The food is made as you order it and you get to enjoy watching it being cooked right before your eyes. Also, even though the line might look long it moves fast and be ready to order from afar as this helps keep the line moving fast. The condiment bar has all the staples for your burger that you will need to top off your masterpiece. I have been eating at The Chuckbox for years and they are currently celebrating their 50th anniversary which tells me I will be going there for years to come.

Another great gem I found during business travel. Definitely would revisit. Perhaps better for takeout, but there is some seating, extremely casual.

Staff was very friendly. I certainly appreciated their service and kind gesture.

Hamburger was tasty. There is an open buffet for toppings, so you can dress your burger as you like.

This restaurant is unusual in that you can watch your order be prepared. Nice to see your meal start from fresh to finish.

    And CASH ONLY.

First time visiting, won’t be the last! Ordered a great 1/3lb cheeseburger with everything on it, which includes the traditional vibrant green relish, and it was delicious! Fresh and hot from the grill. Service was quick and friendly and we’d just missed the Saturday lunchtime crunch. I love the eclectic Chicago-themed decorations everywhere, plenty to catch the eye. The menu also offered hot dogs, which I’ll definitely try next time.

We ordered online before the place was even opened. And when I got there I was greeted with a smile and “How can I help you?” He repeated my order to me and it was perfect. As soon as we got home we tore into it and it was delicious. Great Chicago style dog and the cheese fries were absolutely sinful. I can’t wait to go back and try their Best of Phoenix Banana Shake and some more menu items.

Delicious food and for a good price!! I ordered the chili cheese dog and one of their cheese sliders. Both were amazing and I can’t wait to try something else on the menu

Take a short trip to Chicago, you won’t be disappointed.

Tables, counters, floors, and bathroom were clean. Concession area was well organized and stocked. Decor is fun, mainly made up of Chicago knickknacks. Restaurant temperature was just right. Dining in clientele was primarily hard labor workers, while to go orders were primarily picked up by retirees. Steady flow of customers coming and going, very popular. Parking lot was small, so you may need to park on the street.

Staff was very friendly, attentive, and quick to bring condiments we asked for. All staff members wore uniforms and were clean in appearance. No one wore any overbearing scents.

All ordered items had a great presentation. Burger was at a good temperature. Zucchini fries were scalding hot, so they needed a minute to cool. Garlic fries could have been warmer and fries could have been crispier. Burger could have been a little more seasoned, but was overall delicious and its ingredients were fresh. Garlic fries were topped with minced garlic, so they had a huge punch of garlic flavor. Overall, the meal was wonderful and definitely worth the price.

On my next visit, I will probably try the coleslaw or the chili cheese fries.

Thank you Chicago Hamburger Co., can’t wait to visit again!

Stopped in for sliders and fries, and they did not disappoint! This place is very welcoming and friendly, with counter service and a nice atmosphere. I was here at lunch time on a workday so it was fairly busy but the line moves very quickly and the food comes just as quickly. The sliders were traditional with cheese, onions and pickle, and were delicious!

Great friendly service. Someone even rushed to open the door when he saw us arriving. Delicious burgers. Crunchy fries that weren’t greasy. If you’re not an In-N-Out connoisseur try to have your burgers “animal style”.

I’ve never had an In-n-Out burger before, but friends out west told me to go while I was in AZ (I’m from the east coast). They told me to order a double double animal style. It was definitely delicious, but not as amazing as 5 guys. Still a really good burger! Way above normal fast food level. Will go back for sure (and get the fries animal style next time!)

The burgers were undercooked. A little hard to see in the pic, but a couple bites in and the meat was pink and raw in the center. Hard to believe it could happen on such a thin patty, but they did it. I bet these patties were frozen solid when hitting the grill. The fries were barely warm. They had multiple trays of fries already loaded on the counter when I arrived. I’m sure our fries were sitting for some time before being served to us. Unbelievable for this franchise. Very disappointed. They even got the order wrong on one of the burgers. This was a first for me, but for family local here they warned me about what they have experienced lately. Fix…. I changed it up to Freddie’s for my next burger lunch.

Great food but unfortunately after two attempts they still don’t understand plan no cheese. Then to try and scrap off the stuff and give it back is just crazy. Don’t go to this location if you want it your way.

I’m from the Midwest, but my family loves In N Out. We get it every chance possible. This In N Out is about a 10mins drive from Sky Harbor airport. The parking lot is decently sized so parking is easy. We went in and ordered. Got our food and ate outside. No problems. Typical In N Out service. No complaints. Fries were fresh and the burgers were good!

I just love IN-N-Out burger! I don’t care what those so called “Foodie Moron’s” Say! This here is the best Fast food place period! I’ve been eating at IN-N-OUT Since I was a young child. Always have excellent customer service and the staff is always friendly and respectful to the customer. Can’t get any better than here. To date I have been to all locations in Southern California, Arizona,Texas,Nevada and 1 in Oregon. Every store I walk into I make sure that I’m leaving with a full belly and a T-Shirt. Yes I have the Las Vegas and the Nevada shirts. Still trying to get to the Colorado locations.

Simple and fresh!! It’s great to grab a quick bite here – very consistent and staff is super friendly. I tend to go with animal style without pickles and a fry well done. Don’t forget about the secret menu and options beyond the simple menu.

The service at this location is outstanding! I always go late at night, and the team is still always in great spirits! The team is always helpful and you can tell how much teamwork is always involved!
I have to give a shout-out to one of the team members named Chris! His energy was so awesome and his voice projection was even better!

I love bringing my family to visit in n out when they come from out of town!
Keep up the good work guys!! We see how much hard work you guys do!😁😁

I can’t say nothing wrong about In-N-Out burger. The food is always delicious and fresh. The staff is always friendly and efficient. I love the atmosphere. The place is always clean. And it’s not too expensive. While everyone else is raising their prices in and out burger is staying about the same.

We LOVE In-N-Out Burger! If you have a family, and need to feed everyone inexpensively and with fresh food, this is the place to go. Fries are never frozen (made from fresh potatoes) and the ingredients are quality. Food is delicious.

If you want fries extra crispy, order them “well done.” Shakes are great too! Their special sauce on the burgers is outstanding.
