This place had some excellent reviews and it looked rather intriguing so I figured that I had to give it a try. The cashier was very pleasant and helpful as we tried to figure out what to eat. We are in and the restaurant was clean but the bathroom could have used a little touch up as shown in the pics. The food got to the table rather quickly and it was hot, fresh, tasty and even looked nice. The burger was cooked exactly how I requested and the Brussel sprouts were so very good in the chili sauce that they were served in. The loaded Fries were good too. I got the Yankee style burger and everything paired so well together. My friend got the Dixie Style burger and that too was very flavorful. I absolutely love the decor and the whole theme of the place. It has its own little vibe going on and I was really digging it. The only reason why I didn’t give this place 5 stars ⭐️ was the simple that we had to wait in a very long line to be waited on and that was cool because I can understand places getting busy, especially if the food is as good as this place was, but waiting in a super long line only to be told that they didn’t take cash was a major bummer for us. We had to get out of line, go to the card, find a debit card and then get back in another long line to be able to order and pay for our food. They should have that posted in HUGE letters somewhere other than on a little tiny sign outside. That would be something that I would recommend that they put on their website so that people will know that before they stand in a super long line for nothing. Other than that though, this place is pretty awesome!! 😎By Chopped Cupcakes (2 months ago)Yup. Yup. Yup. Loved everything. Atmosphere was dog friendly outside (I’ll remember that for later!) casual dining. Jr burger very good, delicious!! Veggie patty large & flavorful. Fresh veggies on top.By Paige Ferris (7 months ago)I heard a lot about this place and decided to check it out on the weekend for lunch.
The restaurant is card only. You order and pay at the counter, and then they bring it to your table. We ordered Double Euro Style Burger with Vidalia Onion Rings, Single Euro Style Burger and a BYO Veggie burger with Sweet Potato Fries. They also have boozy shakes. We got El Duderino.
Burgers are small compared to other burger joints. I liked the Euro-style Burger but was disappointed by the Veggie burger; it was too dry. Onion rings were good, sweet potato fries were crispy but lacked flavor. The highlight of the meal was El Duderino; it was a bit on the sweeter side, but I loved the combination of flavors and would love to try their other boozy shakes.
The place has a limited parking space around the restaurant, so good luck getting a spot during the peak hours.
By rashmi nimbalkar (6 months ago)All I can say is shame on you we have not had a burger from the spot. hands-down probably one of the best burgers I’ve had in a very long time. The meat is so flavorful. This is now my go-to spot.By Sophia Arnold (11 months ago)5 star because of the taste, price and location. Including service from the crew which was generous with our requests when requested for condiments. Also, great food options to choose from although it’s a limited parking availableBy Yeng D.R. I’ve never had a shrimp burger till now and I can’t believe what I’ve been missing out on!
The Shrimp Burger was so delicious! The veggies added a beautiful color and the fried shrimp patty was crispy. You can clearly see the chunks of shrimp meat inside because it’s made in-house which I find very cool! For the price, I’m very impressed by the size of the burger and quality of the food.
Also, the interior looks so cute! Could make for a good date spot. I would definitely recommend BT Burger!
By Mayleen Dong (a year ago)10/10 for homemade burgers! The food was absolutely delicious! It’s not greasy and it’s definitely homemade! Customer service was sweet as pie! The price range is amazing especially with inflation happening right now! I will be BACK! If you want a fresh homemade burger look nowhere else this is the place to go!! Can’t wait to try other items on the menu, I know it’s going to be delicious as well! Thanks BT BURGER 🍔By L Dav (5 months ago)I tried the shrimp burger and it was amazing. I didn’t have high expectations, but I was beyond pleasantly surprised by this burger. It was amazing. Can’t wait to have another.By Renee Pullin (a month ago)You guys these are the best burgers ever. I usually never write reviews, but for BT Burger I will do anything! Everyone rating below a 4, I don’t really think they have good taste. Just something about BT Burger, makes me feel at home and just puts me in such a good mood. OMG AND THEY HAVE HALAL FOOD!! This place is just so inclusive, with the staff, food choices, and environment. If you’re ever around downtown Atlanta, you definitely should try out one of their burgers. Also unrelated to the food, but the owner is the sweetest man ever.By 00_hanul kim (4 months ago)Got a bacon cheese burger. Wasn’t really my thing. Because I got a single patty there was more bacon then there was burger patty and the bacon was crispy to the point I couldn’t really enjoy it. You’d need a double to actually enjoy the patty instead of just the salad etc. Friendly staff.By Andy Buchanan (3 months ago)

The burgers were awesome, I particularly loved the spicy burger, it’s better to put the spicy sauce on side instead of burger. It’s better to enjoy it that way instead of burning your mouth.
The stack burger challenge is not worth as you won’t enjoy the food and most of us cannot consume whole lot of food.
The ambience was in a creepy theme which I loved. Place was clean. Staff were okay, cannot expect more from a downtown restaurant.By vib u (a week ago)Saw this place on the food channel the night before flying to Atlanta which looked amazing so we added it to our list of places to try! Needless to say, it did not disappoint!!! Sooo delicious and so many unique burger options! I got the Fat Elvis burger which came with peanut butter, bacon and sweet plantains. My husband got the Pickle Rick Burger. Both were amazing!!! Also recommend the margaritas here, so good! Great vibe, great food and amazing service!By Manuela Jones (4 months ago)During our 4 day trip to Atlanta we stopped in the vortex at least 2 or 3 times! We love both locations, but the midtown location was right next door! Their food && drink lists are massive so you WILL find something to your liking! We are NEVER disappointed coming to The Vortex, so thanks y’all for always making our trips to Atlanta that much better (:By Jamie Merritt (4 months ago)1st time visiting the Vortex. Great concept for a chain, has a Ma and Pa feel to it however, and the decor is over the top but it works. It gives off and intriguing atmosphere like you are not in a restaurant but in a Tim Burton type universe. Just like the restaurant decor, there are a few menu items that are clearly excessive but somehow they pull it off. Will definitely be going back to this establishment at some point.By Juan Sorto (7 months ago)Fantastic place to grab lunch. Not too busy, not too loud, a great fun atmosphere. The menus are a riot. The burgers are incredible. Cooked and seasoned perfectly, good but not ridiculous portions (save the coronary burgers). Staff was very friendly and accommodating and the right amount of attentive. Definitely will come back again!By Scott Harbin (10 months ago)

We had a lovely lunch. …By Phia Velasquez (7 months ago)Great burger spot. Everything is good but you definitely have to try the fries and onion rings. One order is enough to share with two people! Get the half and half in my opinion. They just expanded their patio and it added probably 10 tables. It’s a much more palatable dine in experience now!
By Billy Howard (11 months ago)This place is a cult favorite around the Dunwoody area, and I was super excited to try it. I don’t know if I chose the wrong day, time, or what, but my experience wasn’t good.I placed my pickup order online. We got The Village Burger and VB Chicken Sandwich also, we got Onion Rings and Fries to go with our Burgers.
Village Burger was okayish. Patty lacked seasoning, and it had very little sauce on it, which made the burger dry. The chicken Sandwich was terrible. Chicken was very dry, and like the other burger, it had very less sauce on it—$ 3 for a small cup of soggy, oily burnt fries. Onion rings were good, but $4 is a lot for that.
I don’t think I will give this place another chance. There are so many better burger joints around.
By rashmi nimbalkar (6 months ago)Local fast food restaurant with delicious burgers and good service. They offer much more on their menu as well, but I pretty much stick to their namesake, the Village Burger. Two slightly charred patties (a generous amount of meat) along with lettuce & tomato. You can add other toppings as well. Plenty of flavor & delicious!By Mike Skibba (3 months ago)Friendly staff and great service. Counter order and they bring it to your table. Almost all seating is outdoors, so be prepared for that. Some of it is covered, so it can be heated in the winter. Flat burgers with your choice of toppings and sides, reminds me of five guys.By Bunny Aug (4 months ago)

Thank you for reading! If you have any additional information on the best burger restaurant in Georgia, please leave a comment below. We would love to hear from you!
I think this lives up to the title of best burger in Georgia. Burgers were crispy on the edges but slightly pink inside. Nice and juicy. The sauce and garnished elevate the meat to another level. Soft potato roll to soak in the juices.
The tots were ultra crunchy. The waffle is something you should not leave without.
The NFA Burger spot was a good experience. The food was good, and very full of flavor. Juicy! The owner doesn’t believe in mayo or ketchup, however the burger was good with out seasoning. It was a little spice for my taste but good. Now the customer service was the best I’ve have in a long time. The server was great, he described every for us with details. Once He brought out the food he double check on us to make sure we’re satisfied. He asked what the issue was with my burger and I explain him it was spicy for my liking. He ran back inside and remade my burger without the seasoning and it was great by the way. Overall the experience was wonderful, the kids enjoyed sitting outside.
No wonder this place is on every list of Best Burgers in America. Their burgers are amazing. I wanted to try this place since I saw it on one of the best burgers list, but I always skipped it for something else. This time we decided to try it for lunch on Saturday. The place is located inside a Chevron on Chamblee Dunwoody Rd, and it’s very easily missed if you don’t know the exact location. The restaurant has plenty of parking space. When we reached, there was a line to place the order, but it was moving fast. So we got a double Cheeseburger with grilled onions, 2 Cheese Grilled Sandwiches with bacon and jalapenos, 1 Jersey Dog with grilled onions, mustard, Frank’s hot sauce, and Tater tots. They have a few benches outside the restaurant where you can sit and eat, but we opted for to-go. The burger was crispy and juicy, and the meat-to-bun and condiments ratio was perfect. The grilled cheese was delicious, but I felt that for a grilled cheese sandwich, it lacked the cheesiness, but that shouldn’t stop you from getting it. Just ask for extra cheese if you prefer it a bit cheesy as I do 😋. Jersey dog and tater tots were good too. Must must must try this place if you haven’t already. I can’t wait to be back for more.
I saw a TikTok video about this place and wanted to try it from that time. As a foodie i am always down for local delights which are not owned by big franchises and moat of the time they don’t disappoint. Same happened with NBA burger, the guy who took my order was great and when I told him that due to my dietary restrictions I cannot consume foods that are in contact with Port, he assured me that there is no Cross Contamination between Bacon and Beef Burgers. I order Classic (which comes with double patty), they delivered my food to car as there was no sitting area. The burger was fresh and delicious (at least i like it way better than most big franchises 😅). I ate the whole thing in like minutes. I gave them 5 star as i have good quality food in right price with right service but like all my readers to keep their expectations to a good burger and don’t expect a Out of World Burger. If you know what a good burger is, then this place is just for you.
Paul Millikan on Fox 5 news was spot on about NFA’s (Not Fooling Around) cheeseburgers. My hubby and I had the Double Classic Cheeseburger and Fries. The burgers were so juicy and the taste was fantastic. The crinkle fries were hot and seasoned to perfection. After ordering, you can sit on picnic tables under a huge oak tree. The runner comes out , calls out your name and delivers your meal to you. He was very friendly and asked everyone how their food was. You would never think a burger place inside a gas station would be this good. We drove 50 minutes to try NFA out. We are glad we did. Well worth the drive.
