At first I thought,” What’s the hype all about? A burger is a burger.” But I was wrong. I enjoyed every bite of it. We both got the cheeseburger with grilled onions, boardwalk fries (with horseradish aioli) and onion rings. The ratio of patty to bread is spot on. I like the finely shredded lettuce and the tangy crispy pickle. The cheese just melted and married with the rest of the flavors. The star of the burger is the patty. It was thick, well seasoned, charred and moist (my favorite word). It’s BYOB, so next time, I will bring a 6-pack.By Hungry AsianBoy (2 months ago)Fair service, i would’ve given it a 5 star review but they forgot my wife’s order. The food is great, nice ambiance, overall a great eating experience. i will definitely go again.By Franklyn Romero (6 months ago)Just picked up lunch to go from Burger 25. OMG…. IMO the best burger I’ve had in forever! Usually when I get burgers to go, they don’t make it home. They’re always sloppy looking, the burger slides off the bun, the lettuce is soggy, etc. Not this burger, everything stayed in place and it was amazing! Cooked perfectly, and I had special instructions which were followed exactly! I also got the Old Bay fries with garlic sauce, even cold these fries were delicious (FYI they were cold because I chose to take my food home. Burger 25 did NOT serve them this way). I also treated myself to a super shake, Salted Caramel Brownie. WOW!!!! I didn’t stay, however the dining area looks really nice. Staff was busy with the lunch rush when I got there, but they were very nice. I’m from Northern NJ, in the area house sitting for a few days. I will gladly drive the hour and a half it takes to get here for a burger and fries… and a shake!!!By Lisa Bellak (a year ago)Scouting the Best Burgers for Food Network App, Burger 25 was a very good experience. Now I do have to raise the Bar higher since they claim to have the #1 Burger in the State. With that said, they have a very good burger. Ordered a Pepperjack Burger, but they forgot the Cheese. I was way too hungry to worry about and simply pointed it out. The Burger was good, bun was good. Not as juicy as I would expect, but think it was a bit overcooked. Fries were great, didn’t have a Shake, just couldn’t eat of drink anymore. This is a Family Owned and Run business, so I will go back everytime I pass through Toms River to support sma business. Their Brandong and store presentation was fantastic. Staff was great and place was really clean. 5 Stars for me all around..Will have to wait for the Burger Tournament to give out the Rankings, but this place is a must stop for Burgers. I can’t wait to go back. Great Job Burger 25.By Chuck Mound (4 months ago)You’re looking at The Best Fried Chicken Sandwich EVER !!! The only alteration to the Original is the onion roll and pickles. Burger was pretty good. I had the Mac n cheese burger. I wasn’t disappointed and would order it again. It could have used a little more flavor but was overall good.
The Cajun fries were good. Fries were not included with burger.By Mike D (9 months ago)First time trying here per my friend’s recommendation – 10/10 would come again! Menu looks superb, ended up going with the Mac Daddy Burger with fries .. holy smokes! One of the best burgers I’ve ever had hands downBy John Henry DaSilva (a year ago)Having had had my fare share of gourmet burgers across many places and states over the years, Left Bank Burger is by far what in my opinion has the best tasting burgers! You won’t be disappointed.Along with their typical burger menu, each week they have a current champion burger and a challenger burger. That keeps new variety in different burgers fresh week after week!
The atmosphere is nice, the drink menu is great, staff is super friendly. And the sorrounding area is filled with social life, and other chains of bars, desert, entertainment, etc. Truly my favorite burger place!
By Harold Urquiola (a year ago)First time here..
Unfortunately I did not order a burger but I did take a few bites of my husband’s and it was amazing. Extremely juicy and flavorful.
J did order the chicken Caesar salad which was delicious. Lots of chicken!!
Nachos and Disco fries were very good also.
Next time will definitely get a burger.By Donna Viola (5 months ago)This has to be my favorite place to get a burger ! The temp is always perfect and ALL of the burgers seem interesting so; I’ve gotta do what I’ve gotta do. The mac&cheese bites are the best. And if you’re feeling feeling them next time you return FRIED MAC PATTY on the burger.By X Boone (The FiG) (a year ago)

My friend recommended having a burger here. It is a small, simple, and cozy hamburger restaurant. I loved this place as soon as I saw it. It is mainly because, to my experience of traveling many counties globally, many excellent and affordable restaurants usually keep their simple outlook.
There are only two tables, and many people ordered take-out in person and over the phone. Steve, the owner, was cooking and calling the order when I was waiting for my order. I was impressed by his humility and diligence, considering that the founders of other restaurants usually do not work at the front line when they become famous.
I ordered three burgers for my sons as meals which included excellent fries and drinks. According to my sons, the fatties are thicker than our favorite Five Guys and juicy. They were cooked just right to be slightly pink. Also, buns were soft but not moist, unlike Five Guys. Fries were good, and you can order different flavors (four, if I remember correctly). My onion rings were also good.
I loved this place. I hope that they open one in Cherry Hill too.
By Jongbok Yi (9 months ago)I was recommended by my cousin in GA to check out Steve’s after seeing it on YouTube during the summer. I finally checked it out on 11/12 and it was definitely worth the drive. I got the Steve’s Burger with fries and it was phenomenal. All around great burger for sure. I’ll eventually be back for the patty melt. Grade A.By Daniel Solomon (a month ago)Alert ‼️ another hidden gem, glad I didn’t stop by McDonald’s today to nice of a day for that lol Steve burgers! Nice up coming spot I see. Cheese burger cook to a searing both sides lettuce, tomato, onion, fresh potato cut fries! Took less than 20 minutes grab and go didn’t take a picture inside packed for lunch time but that’s how you know a place has go food and customer service which was great as well the ladies were nice even tho it was hot in there. But great up coming place that was my first time there can’t wait to see them expand! Btw burger taste better home made like that topping 5 guys any day! Meal 11$ with a soda good stuff. –TIP – wanna know a place is good for first time sit out front and see how many people walk in and out !

Hidden gem! Absolute great service and fantastic food. Try the smash burgers. You won’t be disappointed 😌!! Thanks Vic! Looking forward to coming back.
Today my girlfriend and I stopped by the area to visit the beach.
Being super hungry afterwards we googled “nearby restaurants”
We saw “Hey Burger” with its fantastic reviews and they did not disappoint !
First we ordered the mango habanero wings (which we were at first iffy about since the main reviews were burgers)
But MAN!
So so good.
Cooked so well. Crispy skin, moist interior, tasty sauce.
We also got the #1 smash burger which was fantastic.
Def blows shake shack out of the water.
And who doesn’t like shake shack.
The home made potato chips and onion rings were just as good as the entree.
We had drinks and dinner served by Tricia who was super sweet and accommodating.
Def a hidden gem in the area!
I’ll def be returning EVERY TIME I’m in the area.
The photos don’t do justice at all
Absolute HIDDEN GEM inside of Nic’s Hometown Tavern. Everything was 10/10
Garlic parm /Buffalo wings, loaded tornado potatoes
#1 smash burger tasted like in-N-out, only BETTER.
HIGHLY recommend- will be back
The food was good so was our waitress Jullie, the reason for 3 stars is that the picture are misleading. From google pictures and their instagram you would think this is a burger joint. It is not! It’s a bar, I felt awkward being there with kids while people were getting drunk at 2 in the afternoon. I stayed because the kids were really hungry otherwise I would have left. Maybe it should state in the description that it’s a bar.
BEST Burger EVER !! Order the #1 Smash Burger with Fries or onion petals and you’ll be so happy you did. The beef is cooked perfectly, placed on a normal bun (not some “pretzel” bun or weird, shiny bun). It leaves you full, but not an uncomfortable full. Very satisfying
