  Mazo’s is definitely a staple in Milwaukee! I’ve been there a few times and was always satisfied! Great service! Great food! Definitely a nice little cozy place to visit! They give you enough! Soup is really good as well!!

  Delicious tasting burgers. Family run second generation. Friendly atmosphere with pleasant history about the 1932 beginning of a unique burger place; how it all started. Burgers are made from fresh ground meat and seasoned MAZO way…must try place.

  Best bacon smash burger in the area! Unique blend of meat but makes it better than any other bacon cheeseburger. Juicier
  Cheese curds were also my favorite in this city. Hand cut fries.
  Owner talked to us and we enjoyed that.
  Only suggestion would be using a thicker brioche or kaiser roll instead of a hard roll style.

  Ordered a cheeseburger with raw onion and pickles. These are fresh smashed butter burgers with bacon ground into the meat. Burger was cooked well, not much seasoning to the burger. Buns are toasted in a toaster, not toasted much. Cheese was not melted, butter slab was not melted(just a cold slab). Lots of ketchup on my burger. We watched them make our burger and it came right to us, it was surprisingly COLD! Cheese curds are average. In my opinion the burger has potential but needs work. Good selection of beer and sodas. Nice open atmosphere.

  It’s nearly impossible for bacon to exceed my expectations – but when it is ground into handmade burger pat patties – apparently it can. Everything from the Oinker to the cheeseburger to the mozzarella sticks were delicious. Easy to customize (I got my oinker without a bun…because carbs).

  Dare I say this may challenge Kroll’s for the Best Burger in GB area!?

  Plus the manager was extremely friendly and entertaining. Will definitely be back soon.

  Our server was incredibly attentive and friendly and the food was delicious. We had to try the cheese curd sampler and it did not disappoint. If you are like me and have a hard time choosing one option, it is definitely the way to go. Loved all the Bloody Mary options and when it came out it really lived up to the hype! The burgers were generously proportioned and cooked perfectly. We also loved that they serve your shake with the excess on the side. This is a wonderful spot for the whole family, or just to endulge in some monster burgers and drinks with friends. The atmosphere can’t be beat!

  Friendly and attentive staff plus the food is great! Plenty of drink options as well! They are known for all kinds of tasty burgers, vast tap beer selection and huge golf ball sized cheese curds! We opted for the “fair curds” which are the smaller option and the hickory burger, definitely recommend both!

  Excellent food and drinks with great staff. I had a MBC bloody and Nashville Hot chicken sandwich while Hubby had a burger and beer. We also split the cheese curd sampler. So much food! Will definitely visit again!

  A+ We were in town for Father’s Day and they treated me to free cheese curds, they were huge and delicious. I especially liked their marinara sauce, it has a unique blend of seasoning, slightly spicier than regular marinara but that made it amazing! I had the hickory cheddar burger, my son had boneless wings, and my wife had the Wisconsin smashed burger. All were great. Their homemade french fries stood out also. I was happy we picked this place! I tried the Kid Kölsch tap beer, and wish I would’ve had the Honey wheat or spotted cow. The Kölsch reminded me of a 40oz of Old English 800! Youthful memories I guess, lol. Try this place, they have a ton of tap beer, something for everyone!

  Been wanting to check this place out and I’m glad I did! The classic cheese curds (size of a golf ball) were soo delicious! The beer battered onion rings are not my favorite and the burger was ok. They don’t take reservations so expect to wait. They offer happy hour from 3-6.

  Food is poor quality, at coupon price is a fair deal.

  Definitely, not worth experiencing without a coupon, and with a coupon they don’t honor it.

  That might sound bad, but trust me, they did you a favor if you decide not to eat there.

  Quality will likely never return to the standard they set when they opened, but I won’t know if it does, because I won’t be back.

  Since management came into the establishment, they made changes for the worst. Some of your ingredients will be missing and for kids meals you only get around 10 French fries.

  I enjoy the food, but the people running the restaurant need better training on the point of sale computers. The second time I’ve tried ordering a menu item with a simple sub out and the cashier builds it from scratch, charging me $4+ more than it should cost. First time the manager or owner was there to teach the kid at the register, but this time a flippant manager on duty just told me that’s how it is and rolled her eyes. I didn’t think I went to McDonald’s.
