My family loves this place! We visit every summer and there’s so much for people of every age to do. There’s a wide variety of exotic animals to farm animals. The animals are given loads of room to run around and the caretakers truly love the animals they watch over. The owners even let me hold a baby goat named Snickers and they fell asleep in my arms; it was such a special moment. My daughter got to bond with a rooster and even named him “Hay-Hay”. The food is amazing, there’s plenty of picnic tables to eat at and this is the perfect place to take your family when you want something fun and inexpensive to do.By Kaepora Gaebora (5 months ago)Oshawa zoo and farm is a fun place to head to with your little ones. You can pick up pop corn bags at entrance at a cost of $3 per bag. The animals absolutely loved them and my lo enjoyed feeding them. It was a lovely experience for him to see the animals and pet them too.By Hannah Austin (8 months ago)I was pleasantly surprised with this zoo.. brought my niece (4) and she loved it.. it didn’t break the bank.. the workers were great.. everything was clean.. wasn’t super packed so we were able to take our time.. when my niece comes tonvisit again.. this is a place i will take her again..By Gos Podin (7 months ago)Lots of different animals to feed. Paid about 60 bucks for a family of 4 plus bags of popcorn. It took about 1hr-1.5hrs to get around the whole farm. We didnt try the food, no halal options. Kids had a blast, adults had fun feeding the animals as well. We didnt try the pony ride, however it was not busy at all. Horses seem very depressed, kangaroos are all minding their own business, but all other animals are fun and interactive.By AMOH FINANCE (5 months ago)This was a great little day date to take my little one too. We had a really great time walking around and looking at and feeding the animals. It’s not a full day outing by any means but got us outside and my little guy interested. I would recommend for a fun outing.By Kirstyn Hendry (5 months ago)

Relaxing and serene place for a walk. The creek makes the garden more astonishing. Was not too crowded on Saturday evening. Nice spot for small picnics and also for taking photos.Waiting for the peonies to bloom and for the Peony Festival on June 11 and 12.By Soney Matthews (8 months ago)Went to view the peony’s in bloom (June 8th) before the rush of the peony festival. Such a gorgeous display of blooms and many varieties to see here. The entire park is always so nicely maintained and I look forward to coming back to view the lilies when they are in bloom. Definitely worth a visit.By Katie Jackson (8 months ago)Walked around to see the beautiful Peony collection. With over 200 varieties it is quite an experience. Nice park with playgrounds and a memory garden all beside the Oshawa Creek.By Gary Woodcock (8 months ago)Spite the rain, the Peonies were beautiful. The staff and volunteers were friendly and sooooo knowledgeable. I can only image how much nicer it would have been if it was a clear sunny day.By Heidi McLaughlin (8 months ago)It’s a park good for a walk, riding bicycle, enjoying nature. There is a river passing through. In the late spring there is a flower festival, a feast indeed for eyes which attracts peoples from all walks of life.By M S (7 months ago)

That’s it for our list of the best things to do in Oshawa, Canada! If you have any arguments or additional information, please leave a comment. We love to hear from our readers too!
This is the place to be if you want to have fun with kids or adults.
You can play bowling, go kart, virtual reality.
Food is basic but does the trick. I like to go and spend few hours having fun.
The new renovation make Neb’s even better.
It’s a must visit for all the age groups. The best part is it has something for all the ages, it’s so spacious that you can easily maintain social distancing, also it’s priced reasonably, both food and games. My kids just loved this place.
We arrived at Neb’s Fun World at 9:30am on May 8. We were among the first people to arrive. It cost me $80 for 1 hour of bowling and 115 arcade credits for 4 people. I asked the cashier, an older lady named Kelly, if we could rent 2 lanes side by side for my family. I wanted 1 lane with bumpers and one without. Kelly was extremely rude and refused. Her response was there were lanes reserved and she didn’t have any open ones. I can accept that.
Seeing the place virtually empty, I then asked her if my daughters came in separately and paid separately would that mean they wouldn’t get to bowl at all? She said no they wouldn’t. Once again I can accept that.
What I cannot accept is that Kelly lied to us. Right after I paid the $80, She checked in another family right beside our lane. I’ve included the picture.
I’ve also included pictures of the 30+ lanes that remained empty at 10am (1/2 hour in) and at the end of our time at 10:30.
Does it really cost Neb’s that much extra money to turn on a lane?
My experiences at Neb’s Fun World for the most part have been positive. Kelly’s rude behavior and flat out lies have really disappointed me. The staff here are great. It would be great once again if they got rid of a miserable, rude employee dead set on ripping off the customers.
Went here for the first time today for bowling. It’s a great place to take kids. They have a variety of games and arcade. Giving 4 stars because during our bowling game the balls stopped coming back and we had to call for help. They spent 15 minutes to fix but in return only gave us 5 minutes. I felt I lost $10 for nothing.
Huge indoor play place, with a wide variety of entertainment for kids of all ages. It’s surprising how big this place is, and how much they can fit inside the building. From go carts, to a large play structure, to a full bowling alley. The best thing about this place is the staff. From the ride operators to the wonderful staff behind the ticket redemption counter, they were amazing and very patient with the children and their families, even when it was busy. Bravo to the staff!!
