I’ll be honest, I’ve always done my own laundry. Our days were busy preparing for our move to the lower 48 we decided to drop our laundry off and see how it goes. WOW! Very impressed with their service! There were a few stained items and they miraculously disappeared, clothes were all folded and/or hung on hangers. Drop off and pick up when their done. I’ll be honest, I’ve always done my own laundry. Our days were busy preparing for our move to the lower 48 we decided to drop our laundry off and see how it goes. WOW! Just picked my vehicle up after having a “full detail” and “ozone” treatment completed. I will not be using their services again and will be discouraging anyone else from using them.
My husband bought these services as a Christmas gift and after a couple of failed attempts of leaving messages that were not returned, I had to drive to the car wash to set up an appointment. When I set up the appointment, I was informed that I would need to drop my car off at 8:30 am and leave it overnight for the ozone treatment. I could then pick my car up at 8:30 the following morning.
Yesterday, I dropped off my vehicle at 8:30 am and was informed that they would call me when it was ready for pick-up. I did not hear back from them and around noon I called to only get the answering machine again. When I arrived a little after 1:00 pm I was given multiple excuses as to why my vehicle was delayed in getting serviced and as to why the phone was not being answered.
Apparently, a “full detail” includes leaving 3-4″ of accumulated road grime along the entire length of the bottom of your vehicle, leaving bugs and road grime in various spots on the body of the vehicle, not wiping all of the interior door jams, leaving heavy amounts of grime on the wheels, leaving heavy streaks on some of the windows, etc…
This was definitely not worth the money that my husband spent. The only positive thing to state is that they did a very nice job on vacuuming out the interior, but unfortunately it was overshadowed by the oily residue of the cleaning products used on the hard services.
Scheduled an appointment for shipping detail, looked fine at first glance and on day of shipping(the next day) vehicle gets turned back. For the price charged it should have been first time go without question. Get offered to have it done again, no thanks if it wasn’t right the first time why would I bring it back to you. Yes the car was dirty, we’ve moved 3 times with a child and now own a golden retriever so hair and dirt are to be expected in my car. *Response* don’t offer a military ship special if it’s not good enough for the inspection
Paid $350 for full detail and wash for a new (used) car I bought. While they did an exceptional job cleaning out some pet hair and shampooing / vacuuming the inside, there were many places neglected. Cup holders and trays weren’t touched, air vents had robust amounts of dirt, dirt and debris under some seats, exterior had plenty of areas that were still dirty, and the truck bed was not even touched. They did a great job for the areas they did, but if you are paying $350 for a full auto detail and wash you would think that they would be more thorough.
I’ve used these guy a few times when I need to sell a vehicle and they always do an excellent job at a very reasonable price. Car looks and smells like new! Not to mention thier spacious and comfortable lounge area 🙂 Highly recommended. You’ll be very happy with the results! Thank you Splash n Dash!
We did military cleaning for shipping our car. They didn’t do good job. My car was turned down for shipping.
They didn’t clean trunk. Car need to be vacuumed again and clean again.
Unfortunately wasn’t me that pic up car after their detailing. That was waist of money
