  1. Before coming here I thought Grand Canyon was all hype. I was wrong. Pictures truly don’t do this place any justice. You will have to come out and see for yourself how grand it really is. Would recommend planning on camping if you want to make it to the bottom since the hike can get pretty tiresome for those not used to steep declines on the way down and incline on the way up. Went during March and there was still compacter ice on one of the trails to the point where we had to turn back and take a different trail down. Would be a good idea to take hiking boots with spikes if going during winter and early March. Plan for shuttles to take long during peak times. We went during spring break and shuttles to take us back to our car after long day of hiking took about 1.5 hours which we knew going in but a lot of people waiting in line were getting uneasy and rude to each other. Bring water and snacks with you. They do have gift shops with snacks and beverages but to avoid waiting in line you might as well pack your own. Overall great time here!

  2. This was one of the must see places me and my wife had while visiting Las Vegas, it did not disappoint!

From Vegas it turns out to be around a little over 4 hours, but it is a drive that’s worth it if you leave early. If you also plan on seeing the Grand Canyon you want to give this most of your day, just a forewarning. This drive is a haul and once you arrive you find out that you’ll sit in lines for quite a while to get to a place where you can park. Remember it’s the Grand Canyon so there will be lines for everything. Once you park it’s pretty much following the signs.

There is a pretty big visitors center and gift shop with some pretty cool stuff inside. Also, remember what you’re here to see, nothing can prepare you for the experience. I was awe inspired and breathless upon seeing it and I was glad I did. My children loved it and instantly wanted to take pictures towards the edge, so make sure you watch you’re. There are no guard rails once you start going down the trail and that became a point where I had my kids at my hip. My children are 21, 20, 15, 13. Trust me you will be glad you know this information going in! Definitely worth seeing

  3. Like I was saying, Grand Canyon is truly an astonishing place; a lot of nature and animals I saw there! It’s wild to think how nature could form such breathtaking views and unique forms! Definitely recommending to visit when it’s spring and summer, since it is the best weather during those 2 seasons!

  4. The most amazing hole in the ground that ever was. I’ve hiked 15+ miles in and out multiple times and seen some wild things in there, majestic, creepy, sad, beautiful, psychedelic and unexplainable. It really is a special place and glad the Native Americans still have at least a slight foothold here because this is for sure their land and I’m honored I’ve gotten the opportunity to visit on multiple occasions.

  5. The wonderful Park in the world, in my opinion, I saw life and felt the energy of the canyon. Mothers Nature is amazing. The park is clean. The view is spectacular. The blessed day ever. God is good all the time.

    Great detour while in Vegas.
The visuals in the area are fabulous. Several areas to view from a handful perspectives. The dam itself is impressive. Even more so when you really dig into the engineering.

    Super cool experience.

A must see! The tour is great! We loved it and the guide was very knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Even in the dead of summer, it was hot but manageable. We all like the heat though so it doesn’t bother us. Not for the claustrophobic.

Hoover dam is one of marvellous modern structures you would see in the world and it was constructed in 1935. You will be astonished after learning more about the dam and its construction, which was a magnificent experience. Definitely recommend taking power plan tour ticket . A guide will accompany you as you explore and provide fascinating details about the dam. It was a great pleasure to tour the power plant and learn about the significance of this magnificent building. The cost of the power plant tour ticket is $15 per person. Near the dam, there is a souvenir shop, cafe, parking garage, and restrooms. Around the dam, there are a number of additional scenic vantage points.

So beautiful! Very cool experience to see. The views are amazing of the Dam and Lake Mead. Part of the dam was closed so we went on the shorter tour but it was still very fun. The tour guide and staff were nice. We watched a 10 min documentary and then got on elevator that went down so many stories. It was hot but definitely worth it. Drink plenty of water!! Mask are still required right now. I suggest when done at the Dam to got to southwest diner (16 min away) very good. Overall great place!!!!!

It was very pretty and the views are great. We didn’t do any tours or anything but I’m sure that would be fun. However just know if you go in the summer it is insanely hot.

Amazing! If your wondering if you should visit, the answer is yes! What a great museum! Clean, bright, well laid out, easy to follow. You will get a clean pair of headphones that play all the video clips showing on the screens in each display. We spent 4.5 hours here, our kids enjoyed it too. Their favorite was the Experience Room where you can play a variety of instruments. We also were lucky enough that we caught an impromptu concert in the patio by the Navy Southwest Brass Band. The museum was packed, but never felt crowed. Other then a few annoying people shouting conversations out loud, it was a great overall experience. Staff were all super kind and friendly.
    Great value!

This is a wonderful place, not just for musical instruments, but also history and geography and cultures from around the world.

Each country display has a map where the country is located, and instruments (and costume /dress) used in that location. The headphones will link to the videos playing on that display screen, which show a few clips of the music in that region, using the instruments you see on display.

There are also displays of musical instrument manufacturers, and displays of each kind of instrument.

There is a coffee shop and an outdoor area where there was a live performance that day. The outdoor area is gorgeous, with covered tables, shaded trees areas, water features and landscaping.

You are not permitted to carry water or any food or drink through the museum. I had to check my water bottle at the front.

Everyone working was very kind, friendly, and helpful! One lady told me that they have live performances most nights of the week.

It is more affordable to buy the membership if you plan on going more than once – which would be great to see more! There is so much here, I had to miss areas since I was only there for 2.5 hours.

Overall wonderful place with a wonderful atmosphere!

Easy to find and access. The headsets were helpful so each person could individualize their visit. Beautiful exhibits. Helpful staff, who made sure headsets were working. Very interesting and well worth the cost. Lots of bathrooms. Definitely family friendly.

We did not get to all of the exhibits. I had a wonderful time here. I recommend starting early. My daughter and I entered at 10:30 and we left at 5:00pm. You need 2 or 3 whole days to get through everything. We enjoyed seeing all of the musical instruments and reading the history of the instruments. Great experience!

Perhaps of the best gallery I’ve gotten an opportunity to visit. On the off chance that you appreciate music in any way, I’m certain you’ll partake in the displays, however it’s particularly fascinating on the off chance that you’re a performer. There are instruments from well known performers, everything being equal. My undisputed top choice displays exhibited instruments and melodic styles of basically every country on the planet. You can without much of a stretch put in two or three hours here. Note that you get a headset and a collector that permits you to pay attention to music all around the exhibition hall; this could be tangible over-burden for some.
