Beautiful park. We loved the playground, especially the turf for playing. It has things for a big age range, with our 10 month old having fun crawling around & our 2-8 year olds playing on the equipment. Pretty good cover from the sun too.By Hannah Haro (3 months ago)We take kids to walk at this park, they enjoy it. They have tennis courts, baseball fields, basketball court, a playground, and a small pond full of ducks. Restrooms could use an update. But overall it’s a good park.?By Eduardo Perez (4 months ago)It was a wonderful morning for a jog in the park. No better place than Pendleton Park. It has good running trails , plenty of shade and benches to rest , also, it has a set of exercise equipment , but above all , you will find beautiful views .By Nora Vela (2 years ago)Nice little park. Went to see a Mandarin Duck. A little bit annoying that the sprinklers were running right where we were trying to see it, but whatatya gonna do?By Chris Lopez (a month ago)This place is excellent. Best park I’ve been to in Harlingen. Mosquitos are bad this time of year, but great park anyway. Lots of ducks and squirrels and turtles. Beautiful to walk through. Good playground for the kids, some exercise equipment. The veterans memorial is well done, though I don’t understand why they made the boulder for Iraq/Afghanistan so short.By Faith Skeen (a year ago)

Great facility for kids to burn off some energy.Pizza is hot and tasty.
Staff needs to do a rundown through all areas and pick up trash, mostly playground area.Picked it up and made staff aware.Be more alert of spills on the floor to avoid a fall.I cleaned one by ballpit area.Staff is young and ignore things like this.Gray mat needs to fit properly as cement is under it and kids could hurt their heads coming down the slide.
We do plan to go back since we got the monthly unlimited contract.Ask about it to save money!!! We visited last Saturday!
By Alma Janeth LM (3 months ago)Probably one of the Best Urban Air’s we have been to. The place was clean, all the activities were open. The staff was helpful. It was a pleasant temperature. Reasonable price for the platinum pass. This visit we were not limited to 2 hours so that was really nice. We will definitely come back.By J J (2 months ago)Great place from our elementary to our sophomore high schooler. A great place to have awesome fun. Anything from indoor zip lining to high height body harness obstacle course, body harness climbing walls, group Lazer tag, gyro bumper cars and trampoline galores. Guaranteed fun best three to four hours on a day.By Javier Nunez (8 months ago)We brought our daughter here for her 17th birthday for the first time & we absolutely loved it! We got the platinum tickets in a group of 6. The only thing we didn’t like was the flip zone bumper car. Mine was not working right, it either wouldn’t move or it would flip me out of control. There is a red emergency stop button but that never worked. It wouldn’t stop then it did and I flagged the girl but I had to wait. I was hoping It wouldn’t move anymore because that thing made me sick. That was the worst! The girl claimed to have told the manager but yet they kept that machine on. As it is, they only had 3 rides that were “working.” On another note, the pizza was delicious & wings. Great family place. Worth the money.By Sylvia Garcia (a year ago)we had my dd birthday there. the place was empty, we were the only party there. when i got home i looked at the bill and saw we were charged $50 for any table a person from our party sat at. we were told we got 2 tables but were charged for the second and multiple other tables. our “hostess” never said word, just kept counting if a parent or kid sat at a table.never ever again will I book there. they also added a 20% tip. nice. for the hostess who watched and charged us extra never informing us. We would have monitored that, asked people to move, had she said a word.

The NEW park is fantastic! There’s a pool open in the summer, dog park, tennis courts, and picnic tables for the family to enjoy. There’s a little rental party section as well. My kids enjoyed the new playground equipment & I like that it’s enclosed giving parents like me a little for peace of mind.By Selen Garcia (Sel) (5 months ago)I do love this park to take my girls. Big and clean. There is a dog park and a space to rent for parties with seating and bbq pitsBy Erin Rodz (a week ago)First time going. I loved it! It was inclusive for kids of able bodied or not. It was very clean and well kept. Loved that there was a dog within proximity.By patty jimenez (5 months ago)Lovely park, has a couple different playgrounds, a pool, and practice fields for football, soccer, baseball/softball etc. My son plays flag football here. They have open concessions on game days as well.By Mersedes Funmaker (4 months ago)They take great detail in their parks I think that’s great they care about the kids because they have soft mats under the play area so if the kids fall they don’t really get hurt. Way to go Texas.By Dolores D (5 months ago)

Good place to walk only advice i have is take water, some repelent just in case and good walking/running shoes, so I like the fact that it’s natural they left it as is. Only thing is they keep up with the edges of trail so they won’t close in and they put some benches so you can rest that is nice. Instead of sitting on the ground. So it’s perfect peaceful and quiet. I ran into some small critters so I snapped some pics.By Miatha Pizana (6 months ago)Nice park. Well maintained trails and gardens. It was busy both times we when, but did not feel overcrowded because of the plethora of loop trails. Saw my first green jay & great kiskadee here. So that was personally special for me.By Erick Nielsen (9 months ago)Stopped her to get in a quick walk before flying out and what a treat! I couldn’t walk the entire park, but I got in a quick mile and a half. In that short time, I saw a turtle, countless birds, and a couple of bunnies.
It’s lovely and there’s this great little cactus lined path that is surreal.
Such a nice park!
By Jody Rogers (11 months ago)I took my dogs. Had an awesome hike. Dogs loved it. Seen lots of dragon flies and butterflies. Lilly pads and turtles. Just fabulous ?.By Shawnene elaine Speer (2 weeks ago)Beautiful park. Don’t get lost! Trails can be kind of confusing and aren’t marked very well but also don’t let this stop you from going. We saw some beautiful birds and just off of the path on the Hummingbird trail was a pack of 8 or so Javelinas. They were super curious of us.By Mason Lansford (a week ago)

Although Harlingen TX is a large state with many amazing places to visit, these 15 locations stand out as the best according to traveler ratings and reviews. Did your favorite spot make the cut? Let us know in the comments above!
This location has a good environment for lite hike, awesome jog, and crazy biking trail. You must be awareness of people some are super nice and others are staring at you. Cleanses under the bridge (repainted over graffiti) trash some present but trash can hardly any around. Children play ground closed. Time limit close at night. Go on your own risk. Enjoy two pic from the low bridge.
Lighting of the Arroyo was a beautiful sight. Rolling hills, winding hiking trails, and public restrooms make this park a great destination for the family.
Haven’t explored it all, but we had a great 1 mile hike start with the kids.
Very nice place to take a stroll or when they have the even Blues on the Hill. Just seems like a very nice peaceful park and no traffic to worry abt your kid running and get hit. You can’t take your vehicle down to the trail unless there is an event, otherwise good place for a stroll without thinking abt traffic. Saw Carolyn Wonderland and Shelley King
Great place to walk the dogs. Has nice kid’s playground. Lots of parking. Long walking area. Good place to ride bikes. There are bikes to rent. Restrooms are available.
