Interesting to see the horses and the barns. Good amount of walking to get to it all. We went in fall which just was beautiful . The different buildings to see the history of different things was cool to see and read about.
We watched some of the shows withthe horses and that was worth seeing so pay attention to the time. My granddaughter enjoyed going on a horseback ride which is an extra cost for that but she loved. Worth going to and experience it.By Dan Kerr (3 weeks ago)First time here at the horse park. What a lovely day to visit such a lovely place. We enjoyed a carriage ride by the two draft horses as the lovely tour guide explained the park. This place is amazing. This park is so large it would take a whole day to see it all. We enjoyed the museum. It showed the history of horses, the racing trophies and the Derby clothes that people wore throughout the years.
We took pictures with Funny Cide the 2003 derby winner. Thank you to the officer who introduced us to her horse.
By Eric Carlin (6 months ago)I unfortunately called this place after hours right before the sun was completely down. I don’t think I got the traditional experience, however I did walk around the property. I got to see some of the Hall of Fame horses relatively close, got to see the stables up close where they held some of the horses and learn some history about the sport. This property was massive and seemed to be very well-kept. I don’t know too much about it, but it was pretty fascinating and I would absolutely love to come back another time during the day and get more of the traditional experience.
If you’re looking for a unique experience I think this is definitely a good place to go if you’re not from Kentucky. It seems there’s a lot of local heart poured into this sport and facility.
By Anthony Messina (3 months ago)Even if you don’t know anything about horses this place is great. It’s a beautiful facility with many things to see and do. Learning about the history of man and horse was very interesting. You will learn much more than just the history of race horse’s but that was great too.By Emil Wolfe (7 months ago)So excited to see the museum and all the history displayed beautifully. The grounds were equally beautiful with all the trees changing colors providing a gorgeous backdrop. The horses were so amazing and surprisingly larger when close up. I am happy we made an extra stop to see the Kentucky horse park.By Brandy P (a month ago)

Absolutely recommend this experience. What a gorgeous race track. We had so much fun. Highly encourage you to buy tickets well in advance. This place sells out quickly. Parking was great, no issues getting in or out however, we did stay until all races were done. Many people left before hand.
Get your race brochure when you walk in so you are prepared. So many windows open for betting and the people helped you if you are new to placing your first bet. After that, you’ll be a pro.
Above all, we found the horse betting is a lot like March Madness, there is no crystal ball on who will win so picking your favorite name or cool color is definitely a strategy ?By Sandi R (7 months ago)What a blast! I haven’t been here for 30 years , it was amazing how it changed, I remember pulling up in the lot next to the Grand Stand. I was VERY happy to see the spittoons were gone! Also that people dont throw their tickets on the ground anymore.
The dress is a lot more casual than I remember. There were several people who took benches and moved them in a U shape to reserve them. The people behind us did that and never filled all the seats and also blocked the aisles making it difficult to get to and from our seat.
All in all it was a great day and we had a great time. Its a beautiful track.By Kari B (7 months ago)One of my favorite places! I love dressing up and attending either the spring or the fall meet. Definitely a smaller, more intimate, and a more beautiful venue. I love how the horses are walked in the paddock before each race! The staff are always very friendly and helpful. You can’t go wrong with buying tickets for the dining rooms – absolutely no lines for betting or drinks. General admission tickets are fun tooBy Tina (a month ago)We love this racecourse. When I think racing, I think Keeneland. They have a wonderful old tradition feel with a wonderful staff. This place is a well oiled machine. Multiple Stakes races and the Bluegrass Derby Prep is a must see. Top quality place.By steve durham (7 months ago)Keeneland Race Track is a historic place and just flat out beautiful. The horse racing is one of the best in United States of America. They race 3 weeks in spring and 3 weeks in fall. This past weekend they held the Breeders Cup, a two day event! It is a great time!By Mike Parker (3 weeks ago)

I enjoy the water, the play ground, the BBQ areas, the nature with the ducks and geese. Just everything here is lovely. This is a wonderful community location with so much to offer. A variety of themed gardens set this apart as an overall positive experience. Friendly dogs are welcome (on leash) and on our visit were plentiful. If you politely ask, the vast majority of the dog owners will allow you to love on their fur baby. The arboretum is an outstanding venue for families and the paths are easy to navigate. Most of them are very handicap friendly. No admission and all the walking paths have educational signage that is helpful. Highly recommended.By Larry D Mitchell (3 months ago)The Arboretum is a really nice place to walk about (as much or as little as you like). Lots to see (different views, different flowers and plants, depending on the season). Joggers, dog walkers, couples (seniors and young alike)…different gardens in scattered about areas throughout, beautiful organized and marked (many plants are labled/tagged for identification)… you may come across artistic creations and metal sculptures and fountains also. Great place to unwind and enjoy a peaceful walk, or run…and educational, as well!By Tina Kiser (2 months ago)Such a wonderful place to visit, any time of the year. There is a good variety of flora to explore. There is essentially one main walking loop with a few side trails, but in the end that’s not really a detractor. Sometimes parking in the main lot is a bit tight or the restrooms are closed, so make a pit stop before you go.By Maxwell Krem (3 months ago)We have never been here before , came from over by Louisville. Not a lot was in bloom so wasnt expecting that. Still was pretty and well kept. Loved the sculptures throughout. Was disappointed in the size, looked bigger online. I will say will not go out of way to come back, maybe for the monarch migration.By Sarah Lundy (7 months ago)I’m so glad I made the stop to visit this beautiful arboretum before leaving Kentucky on my road trip! I was worried that since I was visiting in October, there wouldn’t be anything blooming, but i was wrong! There were so many beautiful flowers blooming, some I had never seen before! There are plenty of trails and wooded areas great for walking or jogging, and a beautiful trail that meanders through the gardens and has sign indicating each plant’s scientific name. There is even a trail garden where they grow flowers to test out for a local nursery!By Sharon Corish (a year ago)

Lexington KY is a world-famous tourist destination, and it’s no wonder why. Here is our list of the top 15 best place to visit in Lexington KY – based on expert opinions and customer reviews. Did your favorite spot make the cut? Let us know in the comments above!
Attended here as part of a cub scout celebration one Saturday. The place is so much fun! The go carts, the rollercoaster, laser tag, 4d ride, and the wave runner are all great additions to the video games. Highly recommend this for kids when you need something indoor.
Would like to see a few more arcade games. Not big on tickets, rather have the games to play. Did not get to eat at the new restaurant but looks like it has possibilities.
Staff was helpful when we had issues with one game. Quickly worked to get the wave runner working again when the alarm went off.
Great place to have fun! Be prepared to spend money ? Brought my son during spring break and they had a deal going on to spend $50 get $20. We came on a Sunday and it was crowded as expected. Mostly my 4 year old wanted to play the arcade games, some of which were broken unfortunately and we played mini golf. The roller coaster ride was a BLAST! There is a really awesome play area for smaller kids for a flat rate of $10. I think he had the most fun playing in there. The play area has slides, a pirate ship, tunnels to climb around in and a small bounce house. Cool area for smaller ones to play that’s enclosed with plenty of seating for adults to sit and watch. All in all I think it was worth the money spent! Would recommend for family fun for all ages.
Malibu Jack’s was a fun place to take the family for an evening of entertainment. There are a myriad of newer arcade games, some for fun and some for tickets. The indoor roller roaster and go cart set up are very impressive. I have two young children, and the bounce houses and climbing areas kept them busy for hours. Overall, pricing is reasonable, and for about fifty bucks we had fun for about three hours.
My only complaint is the rudeness from some of the ride operators. When I was at the 4D cinema, it was apparent that the operator was not happy to be at work and was irritated to have to work. The lady who operated the roller coaster was in the same stated. However, the individuals at the customer service desk when you first walk in the building were quite warm and welcoming.
How much fun can you fit under one roof? I don’t know – but Malibu Jack’s seems to be pushing the envelope. Karts l, arcade, mini golf, a roller coaster (!)… There is SO much to do here. What a fun time!
Spent several hours here on a weekend. We did the race cars, mini golf, bumper cars, the kids play area, and some arcade games. Staff was helpful and friendly across the board. Race cars were my favorite. Did not learn till later to save that turbo boost to really make it count. Golf was fun with good variety and I really appreciate that it is all indoors. Granddaughter absolutely loved the kids play area, and I like that there was a lot of seating spread throughout for the adults. Please note for those like me that are a little more on the nervous side, you will NOT be able to see them at all times as they explore all the various tubes etc.
