  1. The hotel is located right on the water in a great location next to Bayfront Park. It has a pool, spa, gym, bar/restaurant. Club level is a great addition offering breakfast and happy hour. The views from the room are really great. The best was comfortable but pillow are very soft. Carpet is a bit outdated and stained, furniture as well but it’s still in good shape and functional.

  2. Nice, somewhat walkable location. Very convenient to the stadium with a train station right across the street. We had a great view from our room. The restaurant downstairs is not all that good but everything else was great. Got a massage at the spa, which was heavenly.

  3. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at during my many trips to Miami. It is a luxury hotel so it’s priced accordingly but if you’re heading to the area for a wedding or other special event where this caliber of accommodations is a helpful necessity, then I highly recommend. The rooms are large and spacious with updated tech to play your music, control temperature and lighting, etc. the breakfast offered goes until 11:30am which is a welcome change because it gives you a buffer zone after a late night or if you really need to catch up on sleep. The dishes are delicious and the staff is friendly and warm. However, I was most impressed with the sauna, steam room Abs fitness center. All 3 of these amenities greatly helped me feel my best in-between jetting to events. The fact that they were so well-kept and presented was a huge plus. I would prefer if that kept them open past 6pm. That’s the only huge improvement I can see them making.

  4. The property is beautiful and in a great location. My room was spacious and clean. However, the hotel is in need of cosmetic refreshing. The furniture in the lobby is worn, the ceiling vents in the meeting rooms are surrounded by black dirt, and the public bathrooms look “tired.” I expected more from a luxury hotel. Also, the elevators can be very slow. More than once, there were 20 people waiting in line to get on the elevators in the lobby, even though there are six elevators available. At one point, hotel staff let us use the service elevator, which was appreciated. There were a few times that I had to wait several minutes for an elevator to pick me up on the 24th floor. My colleagues said the same thing happened to them. I didn’t receive an emailed receipt from the hotel and had to call twice to have one sent to me. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

  5. We came to vacation to visit my family that lives in in Miami and decided to stay a hotel for part of the trip. This hotel is so nice, the pool is heated and the gym is clean and has brand new equipment. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We paid for vip club access and got breakfast, tea time and happy hour throughout the day. Fernando was our server for tea time and happy hour and he was very friendly and professional. I’m very impressed with he level of service in the hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised with what we received. The staff were amazingly nice and helpful. The hotel is great for the price you pay. We got to check-in early without being charged. I know, it sounds like everyone should expect that.. but I don’t except anything more than what it states in the contract. This facility went above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend it and hope everyone receives the great service that we did. Thank you for making our honeymoon unforgettable.

We made a brief overnight stay here on a Friday night before cruising. It’s a beautiful hotel with a lovely pool on site. It has a restaurant, convenience store, and coffee shop on site. It is also near other shopping and restaurants and very conveniently located to the airport with a free shuttle service. The suite we stayed in had a lovely room and bathroom with a separate living room, television and balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel is reasonably priced and staff was warm and welcoming.

Everything about this hotel has been amazing on our stay. The food was so good we loved the bacon and all the food from the buffet and my entree was delicious. We loved the pool and it had nice shaded areas. Everything about this hotel was so beautiful and the lagoon was gorgeous. We had the best stay. We loved the employees shout out to Andrew, Melissa, and Marta! They made our stay outstanding

Really great place, the property is beautiful and the proximity to airport and free shuttle service is really convenient. The staff was all very nice and helpful. Food prices were kind of outrageous but that is to be expected since they have you trapped on an island with no other options, but the food is good quality. Bottom line is it is a great option for just a night or two when you need to pass through the airport.

This hotel is the most magnificent place I’ve ever stayed at top of the line customer service, when I first arrived I was greeted by an awesome person named Carlos. This being my first time he was very patient with me, and very informative. Then I met this beautiful person who works in the breakfast seating area. Very attentive. Clean room, clean towels, clean floors, clean bed sheets, carpets clean and free of debris. I will always stay here while in Miami and I do travel a lot.and this guy makes great omelettes.

Hilton staff are always above par anywhere you are in the world! I have been to many Hilton’s in many many locations and this location was no different! Staff that was very detail oriented and of course handled any needs and wants with a smile. This location isn’t far from the airport and was an obvious choice for Hilton members. Great location! Close to shopping and great food. Parking should have been covered with your stay but was not, the concierge will provide a discount card instead. This is the reason for the 4 stars for location category. We stayed in the Presidential Suite which provided an absolutely massive room and a killer view with multiple angles of the city and the water. All in all a great location and my favorite Hilton staff so far! Great job!
    Thanks,

I went there, my family and I, and we gotta say, it was an amazing experience!! We could see the entire city at its finest! We saw Miami at the night and, its a beauty! The service is good… and the rooms were very neat! We didn’t see a single grain of dust! There’s an outdoor pool that is very comfortable; we stayed nearly 4 hours there. Also, to finish, there are a bunch of restaurants in the hotel to eat in there.

I stayed at the Hilton downtown Miami in June for a week. Excellent location. The rooms were clean, front desk was courteous, and overall the service was excellent. My rate included breakfast for two. The food was fresh, good portions and a good selection on the menu. I would definitely stay here again.

    Fourth floor room 420…..
Great location for cruising out of the Port of Miami! Good hotel with nice amenities. The rooms were clean and the beds was comfortable. The rooftop swimming pool was enjoyable with beautiful views of the city. However, the hotel is definitely set up odd having to use different elevators to get to different places within the hotel. The location of the hotel is within walking distance to fast food restaurants and a grocery store.
BIGGEST DOWN FALL…Our second night stay was absolutely horrible!! Apparently there is a ballroom on the bottom floor, music played soooo loud, UNTIL 3:04 AM,!! Our wake-up call was for 6am so we could pack and gather our belongings to make it to our cruising destination. So, with that bit of information make sure your room is no where in the vicinity of that area if you don’t want to be up all evening into the wee hours of the morning!! ?

This hotel is an excellent place to stay if you’re a solo traveler of any gender. Their elevators are a little complicated, but once I got the hang of it, I really appreciated it. I did have a problem with paying to get out of the garage-apparently, the machine was hungry and ate my receipt! Luckily, I was given a copy of my receipt for reimbursement. I would stay here again.

This hotel is OLD. That’s the main word that comes to mind. The rooms are huge, but they’re super sparse. There’s two tiny nightstands that are placed so far from the bed you can reach them. There’s a desk that’s got dents and scratches everywhere. All of the furniture is this old granite on top of old fake wood. The bathroom is old linoleum and plastic. There’s nothing on the bathroom counter. Not even cups for water or holding your toothbrush. The sinks are old and the handles are old. There’s even weird liquid dried up on the walls in the bathroom.

Even the art is dated and the frames look like they live been here for 80 years. In addition, they’ve been doing construction in the room above me for hours and no one seems to know when it will stop. Tried calling the concierge. He got super awkward and told me he’d call me back. Never did.

The only good thing about this hotel is the view from the rooms. That said, you’ve got a great balcony but no chairs or anything on it and there’s not even an extra chair in the room for you to take out there to enjoy.

The pool is at the same level as the highway so it’s super loud. The chairs are literally falling apart. The towels that they provide are just shower towels.

Lastly, the walls are paper thin. I heard every single person that came in last night.

I’d probably suggest somewhere else in Miami, this is not a 4 star Hyatt

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a stay. This website will compare countless booking websites and normally will have rates a lot cheaper than others! You’re welcome :)! This resort is one of the best in the area. I have been coming here for years. If you stay for a few days you definitely won’t be let down.

Had an academic conference here and it was such a pleasant experience. Conference areas were well demarcated and I was very impressed with the clean and spacious hotel rooms close by for a break between lectures. View of the skyline is great from the upper floors.
Elevators are a bit slow. There is a gym, yes!
The catering was not bad and the reception dinner was great.

This is a great Hyatt Regency location. Well located. Breakfast buffet was excellent. It has a direct access to the waterway to walk or go for a morning run. Close to Brickell. Room was large enough. Large TV and plenty of power outlets close to the bed and the desk. My only complaint is the bathroom tub/toilet area is very small, however I still would recommend this place 100%

I stayed here on a work trip. Upon arrival, there is no parking, only valet. Check in took several minutes due to the amount of people checking in at the same time. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The hotel lobby boasts plenty of space to work and hang out. There were helpful staff members walking around the lobby recommending restaurants and nightlife events. The restaurant in the hotel was relaxed but professional. The food and service were great! The rooms were spacious and clean from the front door to the bathroom. The views of downtown Miami were spectacular. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms at one point were probably really nice. Would rate them as 4 stars at the present.
The Sun for the pool deck is now blocked by the under construction Aston Martin Building next door. Not their fault but def something to note if you want to take advantage of pool from 8-11 in the morning. Sun on other side of building in the afternoon.
We were lucky with the valet but some in our party were not as lucky. Waited an hour for his car trying to take his daughter to urgent care.
Attended a wedding which was great!! Beautiful ballroom and service during the event.
Floors were dirty in our room when we arrived and there was still trash from the previous party in the room. No body wash, just one bar of soap you have to use at both the sink and in the shower. They can do better in this area.
Summary: This was probably really nice before COVID. Service around the hospitality industry is down as whole and they are no exception. The under construction building blocks out sun for what probably used to be a great pool deck which was a major bummer for our stay.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and the very first night was really good and made me look forward to the weekend of our stay there. The day of check-in went really smooth, the staff was super nice and helpful with getting us situated in our room, and our room was gorgeous! While things went great the first two nights, our last day there was when my time at the hotel started to change. First, at 11am my friends and I went down to the pool and turned on the room button to let the cleaning crew know to come make up the room. After a few hours, we went back up to the room to find that no one came to clean our room. Even after we called to have them come, the cleaning crew didn’t come until after 4pm, which I felt was pretty late. Second, one of my friends had food that they wanted to reheat in a microwave. We asked one staff member at the main desk if there was a microwave, and was told that we had to call the in-room dining to request for someone to take the food and heat it up for us. However, when we called in-room dining, they referred us back to the main desk to make the request. Once we called back to the main desk, a different staff member told us that they do not have a microwave and that they do not have such requests in place to reheat food. Now, while this was a small issue, I did find it slightly inconvenient to speak with multiple staff and receive misinformation from each person. Lastly, the main reason for my disappointment during my stay happened on our last night at the hotel. At night, while we were playing music through speakers to hype ourselves from a night out, we received a knock on the door from someone named Juan Carlos, a manager on duty. In a crude and slight hostile tone, he instructed us to turn off our music and if we didn’t, we would be forced to leave the hotel. Now, I have no problem admitting any wrong behavior if we were disturbing others with our music. However, I saw no reason to be spoken to, especially threatened, in such a manner for a small disturbance on our part. Hospitality is very important when I’m on vacation at any hotel, and regardless of the situation, my friends and I still should have been treated with such from management. Even when this manager came in, what I felt, was a threatening tone, we were still more than compliant with the request and acted with respect, and it felt like we did not receive the same from management. I would have appreciated it more if the manager approached us politely, by saying ” Hello, my name is ___ and I’m the manager on duty. We’re sorry to disturb you at this time, but we have received a few complaints from guests about the music coming from this room, so unfortunately, I’m going to have to ask you to turn down your music”. Again, I have no problem accepting the fact that we may have had our music too loud, but we were still guests just like everyone else , so it’s extremely disappointing to be made to feel as if we weren’t. My stay here has definitely tainted some of my time here in Miami and I will never return to stay here again.

Terrific spacious room with balcony and bathtub in an excellent downtown location! Welcoming staff upon arrival and good valet service. I believe you get what you pay for but my expectations were exceeded here! Busy valet at night as the on property restaurant seems to be a hot spot. Walking distance to Whole Foods. Nice pool, great views! Only negative is the walls are a bit thin as we heard neighbors music and loud talking at night.

The. Absolute. Best. The service is incredible (shout out to Isaiah, spelling?) and everyone else at the front desk who made us feel so warm and welcome and at home after many days of flight cancellations. We needed that and are so grateful! The views and hotel rooms are also amazing and it is walking distance to so many great spots. Highly recommend!

The view from the hotel is beautifully stunning and convenient for walking downtown. The staff seemed pretty friendly.

    The negatives:
-Our room wasn’t cleaned very well and unfortunately smelled like body odor upon arriving. When requesting someone to visit to clean they instead sent someone to spray a deodorizer that didn’t do anything.
-We were horrified to find one day that our comforter had blood stains on it.
-The bottled water in your room is $10 a bottle, however if you walk a block to whole foods it’s $2.
