1. Riviera Beach on Lake Geneva

Riviera Beach has a small beach and I imagine it can get very crowded on the weekends and I was there mid-week and it was still busy at lunchtime too though.

But I got to Riviera Beach early not long after it opened so so much room to organize my chair and shade umbrella.

I was there all day and had no problem grabbing a cooler with bottled water and lunch no glasses or alcohol allowed on Riviera Beach.

Riviera Beach is a family friendly beach best beaches in Wisconsin and the beach crowd is probably 75% families consisting of parents, grandparents with young children and 20% teenagers.

At Riviera Beach there is a lifeline marking the edge of the sandbar and if as long as you stay inside the buoy the water is never deeper than about 2-3 feet and if you want to swim outside the buoy at Riviera Beach there is a pier you can jump over a bit more far.

Riviera Beach has very clean sand, and the water is relatively clear although I’ve seen some dead fish and lots of water grass floating on the land but if you tell the staff here they will quickly clean things up so I think it’s great here.

Riviera Beach has useful bathrooms and the outdoor shower was great for rinsing my feet before leaving Riviera Beach.

Harbor Shores located on Lake Geneva is great and both online and offline check in and check out worked really well.

2. North Beach Park Racine

North Beach Park Racine has very fine best beaches in Wisconsin and soft sand and the beach overall is very clean in my opinion.

North Beach Park Racine wasn’t too crowded and plenty of room to settle down and watch the gentle waves plus back then the locals told me this was the best beach in the area and I totally agree on that.

North Beach Park Racine has spectacular views with a family-friendly pirate play area well made for running and hiking if water and sand.

I think North Beach Park Racine has perfect sand and shallow water and there’s sometimes live music in the summer and plenty of parking too if you want a closer bathroom which would be great.

If I go to North Beach Park Racine it feels like I’m on the beach in the Atlantic Ocean and here there are also attentive lifeguards and here there are lots of outdoor volleyball courts, fantastic garden areas on the trails from the beach.

Delta Hotels by Marriott Racine: Delta Hotels by Marriott Racine was a clean Hotel and was a real pleasure when I vacationed in best beaches in Wisconsin.

Delta Hotels by Marriott Racine has very attentive friendly staff plus a great breakfast is offered in the hotel restaurant and all very fresh and tasty.

3. Schoolhouse Beach

So once I got to the island we headed straight for Schoolhouse Beach arriving around 10.30 however there were already a few people here but when I went around found a good spot right across from the restrooms or changing rooms.

I parked so I could get out easily everyone parked in the trees from the road to the Schoolhouse Beach area and then I found a picnic table with a shady grill and had a view of the beach in front of me and had a great time playing here for about 4 hours just swimming , pile up the stones and relax to the max.

At Schoolhouse Beach lots of picnic tables, charcoal grills and benches as long as you arrive before noon when it gets really busy and I’m glad it was our first stop after getting off the ferry, I had a great time here enjoying a picnic lunch and then still got to see other attractions on the island before returning.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well maintained the Schoolhouse Beach area is with pristine stones and the area is almost litter free and this place was one of my great experiences and best beaches in Wisconsin.
