I stopped by Target today to pick up some groceries and household items. I was very pleased with the customer service I received. The store was also very clean and organized, which made shopping a breeze. I also appreciate that they offer price matching. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be back!By Kevin Ao (3 months ago)Despite the current remodel you can expect most items to be in stock, exceptionally friendly staff, and an online shopping/curbside pickup experience that should be the standard for others to follow.
The store remains my preferred Target store although it’s not the most convenient. The staff is notably pleasant and always assists when I ask. The improved online ordering option and curbside pickup have far surpassed other stores in the area in overall experience and efficiency. The website is generally pretty decent at tracking item availability, which has led to fewer unavailable items at time of pickup. You can also expect to receive your items in the timeframe the website says (generally 2 hours or less). Inside the store is clean and something about the Target setup elevates the shopping experience as compared to local competitors. An issue that has existed since long before the remodel is a general lack of organization and tidiness. I suspect this is mostly the result of inconsiderate fellow shoppers, but you never know if an item is out of stock or misplaced. However, you can generally expect most items to be available. For more trendy and popular items it’s hit or miss whether you will find them, but Target has a dynamic selection of many items that changes with the season. When you want something and know it’s in stock you are better off purchasing it then rather than waiting any amount of time.By Robert Trowbridge (5 months ago)This Target used to be good, now it’s GREAT. The sections are always picked up and organized, unlike before. The employees are always very helpful and you can tell they care about their job by the attention to detail. When I’m there with my 3 year old, 2 or 3 employees always stop to interact with her and give her stickers.By Taylor McNeill (2 months ago)Stopped in with my daughter on the way home. Looking for certain items and did not find them. I kindly asked an associate for assistance, by saying excuse me, can I ask you a question. She had an attitude. You could tell she was not happy that I interrupted her. My daughter questioned me why I bothered her. We both could tell she was not very friendly before asking for assistance. This store has been renovating for a while. It is spacious. It is clean. There was a long line at the check out as usual. They never seem to have enough cashiers. Can’t remember the last time I met someone friendly and helpful here. It’s usually hard to find a close parking space.By T (3 months ago)Basically self-checkout only location now and the registers are perpetually malfunctioning leaving frustrated shoppers in long lines. Strongly encourage everyone to avoid this location. May as well just go to Walmart at this point. I’ll let the fact Walmart now has the superior customer service sink in.By Win Noble (3 months ago)

Considering that the shelves were pretty bare, it was a pleasant visit. Didn’t find the toys we wanted or the boots my daughter wanted in her size. We still did get quite a few of our last-minute Christmas shopping done. The elves, I mean staff, were helpful and friendly.By Louina Gonzales (a month ago)First, upon entering the store I found the women’s restroom to be horribly dirty and lacking toilet paper in several stalls and soap in the first couple of dispensers I tried. I took pictures and then proceeded to show them to one of your young customer service representative’s at the front counter who apologized and said that she would get it cleaned up immediately. Also, I noticed that it had not been cleaned all afternoon/evening except earlier in the morning at 8:30 AM, 9:30 AM, and 10:30 AM. The handicap toilet in the far left stall upon entering the restroom would not flush, And had trash all over the floor and hanging out of the tampon receptacle, the restroom beside it had no toilet paper in either side of the toilet paper holder, and several sinks were not sensing my hands and would not come on and there was no soap in a couple of the dispensers as well.
I found it easy to shop though most everything I needed was in the front corner of the store in grocery, freezers, make up, and toiletries. When I checked out, I was very specific on how I placed everything on the conveyor belt has n exactly the way I wanted it bagged up, and Sharon, my checker, did a fabulous job and then we realized that we had lived on the same street in Hot Springs just one house away.
By Tina McGrew (5 months ago)My experience here was clean and efficient. Clothing selection was alright and the employee at checkout seemed to have had a rough day and and tried to take it out on me. You can’t really blame them an hour before closing during a summer sale though!
You other Target shoppers need to quit making their job so stressful.By Shane Smith (7 months ago)I actively avoid this target because it has no self checkouts and takes forever to get your stuff and leave. How does a cvs have self checkout, but a whole as target doesn’t.By edgar Perez (4 months ago)The food selection is not quite as large as most target stores. They do have milk, eggs and some frozen stuff. They store is kept clean and the staff runs from helpful to clock watchers. There is a snack bar but I have never had anything from there so can not speak to that.By Daniel Stepel (The last Baby Boomer) (3 years ago)

I went to target to exchange diapers for a different size that I had received from a baby shower. The associate at the return desk didn’t make me feel like a valued customer at all. I didn’t have a receipt nor did I know which specific store the diapers come from(typical Huggies/pampers brand) . 9/10 when you have a baby shower nobody is going to give you the receipt or let you know what store the diapers came from. I didn’t want my money back I just wanted a bigger size and she declined my service. This is truly a sad society that doesn’t put children first it’s all about numbers and profit.
I easily found most of my items. A female employee happily helped me locate the rest. Dillon, cashier was friendly and helpful. Such a positive vibe throughout the store today.
Target on University is always easy in and easy out for whatever you need. Plus it has a Starbucks so you can fuel up while you shop. The employees are always so kind and welcoming. Great shopping experience.
Clean store. Helpful friendly employees! Quick check out! Got my vaccinations at the pharmacy. 👍🏼 great!
I dislike target for their policies and high prices. I only visited this one because someone requested I try it for something quick. It was clean and there were lots of employees. They do not allow fundraisers of any kind outside or even a box for the military toys for tots collections. They also allow men into the women’s restroom and changing areas, which I disagree with completely. I think it would be better if they just made all the restrooms smaller individual unisex bathrooms without genders. Same for the fitting areas.
