This is absolutely the worst Target store I have ever been to. I drive an extra 40 minutes round trip to avoid this place. Every time I come here I immediately regret it. Doesn’t matter what day of the week or time of day, the checkout line is ridiculous. I’ve never seen anything like it. At least it’s cut back on my Target shipping because most times I just go somewhere else.By Jessica Paine (4 months ago)The Online pickup signage is a little misleading because it is listed by Registry …which has its own little area. Online orders are picked up at Customer Service so the pickup sign should be moved to be more precise. The 3 large glass candles (that I ordered online / picked up in the store) were handed to me in a Target bag with no packaging to protect the glass from breaking. Luckily, they didn’t break! Aside from that, the associates at the Customer Service Desk and at the Scan Checkout Line were very courteous. Dozens of employees restocking and doing other things and then 1 person at self checkout and 1 checkout stand open. The overall cleanliness is awful. Trying to find clothing in any department is like looking through a laundry hamper. We actually bought prepackaged cheese only to open it up at home and find mold! And the poor customer service seems to be a reflection of the product quality these days. So sad. We used to love Target but the fact that the company has allowed this location to decline so much with no noticeable intervention quite frankly makes us hesitant to shop any location. Target has been getting progressivly worse over the years but man this location thinks by cutting cashiers its saving money. well, due to the ridiculous checkout line at self check out and its poor design I have left probably around 800 dollars worth of goods on mulitple occassions many times having frozen items and food in it and I am not the only one, many target patrons have left leaving carts full of items and walked out on quite few occasions. Maybe just fire everyone and switch to only online if the goal is to have as few people working there as possible. I can usually find what I want with no problem. I frequently use their Drive Up on the app. 99% of the time they’re very quick about bringing your things out. Bad enough they’re already limited but they’re never in stock of the things they do carry. And workers and boxes are always in the way stocking while customers are trying to shop. While this store has the makings of a really nice store, I have never in my life seen a more messy ladies clothing department. It should be embarrassing to management. Maybe they need to find a way to display their products without the items so easily ending up on the floor, I just don’t know, but this is really horrible. I worked retail for many years and I have never seen anything even close to this. On the plus side, I did find everything I was looking for and in these days of supply chain issues, that was great.
I will never return to this target! Employees were rude, was cut off in aisles, three times by employee “shoppers” then verbally accosted by same employee when I mentioned that he had practically run me over with his cart. This young man, went off on me, the customer for over 5 minutes. Telling me that what he was doing, was more important than my shopping. When I brought his bizarre behavior to the attention of the store manager, I really felt like she was just pacifying me, rather than addressing the issue. We the customers shopping at this store, is what these employees paychecks come from. It is never ok to bite the hand that feeds you. From now on, I’ll drive 10 minutes further to shop, then bother to shop here and be abused by their employees.
I came in today with a return that took some time to process because I didn’t have all of the information needed. The young man Tahz (sp?), had to look up the product,and that took a while. I was so impressed by how kind and patient he was the entire time. Another young man came over and helped as well, by calling a manger to ask what his co-worker should do, even she was nice! With all of the negative reviews out there (not this store, in general), I felt like I needed to give these young men, and this store a shout-out, for their stellar service.👍🏼 🥰
Probably the dirtiest store I’ve been to, I understand it’s holiday time and possibly short staffed but I would rather have used a porta potty than this bathroom. Not to mention gum in store floors food on the ground of the clothing area and shopping carts scattered by the doors. Only one staff member at self check out was kind and helpful.

1 week later. Store better organized and restrooms look MUCH better!!
Newer store with much better lay out than the older stores. However, many of the departments were a mess and disorganized. The woman’s bathrooms were disgusting and there were only 2 manned check outs open on a busy Sunday afternoon. Disappointing.
