Had a great day here with the family 👪. Parking wasn’t an issue as there were plenty of spots. We hiked all over looking at the beautiful views of the water along the way. We started off at the upper falls and made our way around to the lower falls. The temperature seemed just right, plenty of sun and just a few clouds to keep us warm enough to make the entire trek. Make sure to take water and perhaps a snack or lunch for when you are done for the day. I’m definitely coming back in the warmer months to see this place in full swing.By Booyaka Stubbs (ExplorewithStubbs.com) (11 months ago)Gorgeous gem of a park; especially in the winter months. The network of trails are really well maintained, and super accessible for people of all ages and ability levels. There are plenty of little cutouts and viewpoints to see the different falls.
It’s nice that there are garbage cans and outhouses at the parking lots, plus plenty of parking. And thankfully the parking lots don’t get super busy in the off season!By Steve Sakamoto (2 months ago)Absolutely beautiful small trail worth stopping at if you’re driving along this route. We walked along the upper falls route to see some incredible views of the water fall. The walk wasn’t very long and it was worth it to get to take in the falls so up close. There were several other people on the trail as well.By Osama (8 months ago)We did both the upper and lower falls hike took about an hour with toddlers. The falls where nice but not as big as I had thought they would have been…could have been due to the weather…it is quite the uphill walk so don’t forget your water and when you loop down to the lower falls you do have to go back a bit uphill to get to the parking. There was a lack of signage made it difficult to know which was the right way to go. However the hike was nice peaceful and beautiful.By Ritu Mann (5 months ago)The name little qualicum falls will excite you because I assumed it was a small fall.however ,it was an unpredictable outcome.where we can see the water falls into a cup and overflows from there to the river that shows two falls at time and it travels by calmly where we enjoy seeing the show off of the waterfall. I was excited seeing the falls and we really enjoyed the place. We spend around 3hrs over there creating memorable moments..

We stayed overnight here a few weeks ago. I was very impressed with our updated room on ground level. It was clean and the bathroom was nice. It’s a cozy, updated, and dare I say fancy little motel that overlooks the beach. I was also super impressed with the soft plush robes & slippers, and the nespresso machine in the room (which I’ve never seen in any hotel, not even in more expensive and fancier ones I’ve stayed in). Sometimes those little details just make your stay extra special 😊 oh and the staff were super friendly and helpful as well!By Ash Pose (2 months ago)Went for lunch with my best friends. Great service and great size portions. Lots of outdoor seating. Perfect on a sunny day with ocean views. Good value, super clean and could handle large group bookings.By Christine Stonestreet (4 months ago)We had a mixed experience here, partly because of expectations. The food was very good. But my main course (crab cakes) was an overpriced starter. I was so hungry I had to eat the spaghetti my daughter left behind. Kids chicken bites were over cooked and over battered. The wait staff were more qualified as models than waiting staff. A few other minor gripes. Good place to have an expensive three course dinner. Not a good place for a bite to eat.By Tom Blandford (5 months ago)We spent our anniversary night here. Just a hop and skip away from the beach, this is a quiet hotel with nice rooms. The restaurant opens a bit late (10:00, check-out at 11:00), but the food is great! They have an EV charger; very welcome but I think they should add a few more.By Rich Teer (6 months ago)The restaurant accommodated our party of 12, on a last minute request. Our waiter Steffan was very professional and attentive. The food exceeded our expectations and we were surprised by the highly entertaining 2 piece band. The ambiance was perfect. Hats off to the management team for running such a smooth operation.By Anne C. (5 months ago)

An amazing vista, fabulous trails, and lots of room. You can walk out far into the Strait and enjoy the sand and wildlife. Lots of parking, some great picnic spots, and beautiful trees.
Great campground, not too noisy, and very clean. The fire rings needed maintenance as they had not been dug out for a long time. But the outhouses were fine and the beach was lovely and accessible from any site.
One of Vancouver Islands best provincial parks. Lots of space between wooded campsites, flush toilets and hot showers. And a beautiful beach to top it off. What more could you want?
The beach with a wide view has a charming view. It takes about 20 minutes from the beginning of the trail to the place where the sea is surging. The trail is gentle and comfortable, and people come in droves from afar to see the wide and flat coastline. The public facilities are complete, there are toilets, children’s play area, dogs can walk on the trail, however, can not enter the prohibited area. This is a very good place to recommend to everyone.|07/09/2022
Amazing beach with warm waters. We went on a mild day so was worried it might be to cold but the water was so pleasant it was nicer to be in the water than outside. When it’s low tide the beach just goes on and on making it great for the kids to play without having to worry about them going in to deep. Even though there is a lot of people there is so much space between people that you feel u have your own little section. There is a nice picnic area behind the beach very shady and toilets close by. Best Beach yet.
