“Full Service Laundry”? Haha. Try “No Service Laundry”. No one running this place during normal business hours. ATM? Out of order. Coin machine? Out of order. Ended up with two washed loads of laundry and no quarters to dry it. Ended up hauling my laundry down the road to a competitor who was more than happy to provide me with quarters and win my future business. The facility is kept clean, the machines are clean, & the washing machines do wonders on heavily stained clothes on the first wash. Washers used to be cleaned daily. Doesnt look like it anymore. Now, most the washers are nasty and the seals have mold growing in them. There used to be a real nice lady that worked in the morning. Our washer went out in the middle of a load after several weekends of traveling and I wasn’t sure what I was going to do with all the dirty close. They were able to get them all back to me in less than 24 hours all folded and sorted for a very reasonable price. Pretty good for what it is. The owner is very friendly and helpful if something isn’t working right. Only reason for 4 stars is that every time, there are dryers that aren’t working right and it takes us way longer to get the laundry done than planned.By LaDawn Murphy (2 months ago)I had left some clothes in the dryer and I was 1-2 hours away. I called them, spoke to Laverna, and my clothes was still in dryer. They had put it aside for me to pick up the next day. That is GREAT customer service!

Pretty sure you’re not getting two loads in it. $5 for a 4 load washer. Certain I got 3 loads in it. The water is hot.
Dryers are $.25 for 8 min. I ran on hot.
Bonus they have WiFi.
Bummer the Coffee shop hasn’t been open since 2021!By Lori (7 months ago)I used their facility and they NEVER clean the washers at all!! The facility is also extremely dirty!!! Apparently on the day that I went in to do all of my bedding someone prior to me had put greaser laundry in the washer. I had checked the washer prior to use and saw nothing wrong with it. I washed and dried my bedding and when I went to fold my $290.00 mattress pad I saw that there were grease spots on it when it wasn’t there prior to washing. I only had this mattress pad for less than a year and it was completely ruined. There offered to try and put chemicals on it and I explained that it wasn’t an option for this kind of mattress pad. The owner refused to even make it right!! Triple load was $5, regular load $3.50 but you can get a lot in a regular washer. Dryer is $.25 per 8 min. I used medium heat and everything was dry in 32 min.
Would have given them 5 stars if they had WiFi. In this day & age it is almost a necessity.
Place was hot as a/c does not work. Would not hurt to update this. Washers are tiny with triple the price. I will definitely try the others before going back
The gentleman working tonight was amazing. I got a call this evening that two of the kiddos in a family I work with had no clean clothes and couldn’t go to school until they had clean clothes because of it. They are also with an interim caretaker who has very limited funds and no car due to a family emergency. As soon as I got off work, we headed over, but I was worried we would be crunched for time. He stayed an extra 15 minutes so that the clothes could finish drying and paid for one of the washers again to help us get out a tough stain on a mattress cover. I really appreciate his compassion and help this evening. Two kiddos with clean clothes are looking forward to school tomorrow and a bit of normalcy and support from their friends in their current chaos.
Just about every time I go it closed long before 9pm when the sign is very clear about when they’ll be closed. I just need 30 minutes and I’m done. I’d understand closing early for some reason but at least leave people a note instead of closing two of the only laundry mats over an hour early
1: Would be great if the bathroom stayed open as long as the whole building does!
2: Most of the washers need work. The smell that they hold is appalling. Some refuse to take quarters and the latch on some machines don’t register so you have to slam it shut and slap it around just to get your quarters back or to get it registered to start the cycle. And even when you start a “Hot” or “Warm” cycle they almost never get washed in hot/warm water.
3: Quarter machine has a mind of its own. Put a $20 in once and it gave me back $6 in quarters.. then tried calling the number that was available on the door and was sent to voicemail.
4: I appreciate the laundromat because it cleans my clothes but they never actually feel clean. So charging $6.50 for a washer that smells like urine and cigarettes is wild.
