Most machines don’t work and the corner dryers cost 25cent per min when I asked why I was told it’s for ppl who don’t wanna wait. I stopped by this one early morning and to my surprise this particular facility was very clean,organized, nicely set up for being in Springfield in a very busy location. I peeked into some of the dryers and to my surprise were very well taken care of. To the Manager and staff, keep up the amazing work. It is not easy. Its been already twice that someone has taken clothing and its really sad because there’s a saver’s in west springfield and a salvation army up the street.
What’s unprofessional is how the staff refused to review the cameras and pretty much supporting the behaviors!
The price is sky high and now we have to stay consistently with the clothing as you cant take a bathroom break at all!
Who wants to be going to such a business place!
Sad that theres parents teaching this behavior to their children as its OK!

This place has change since new management, desire is the best employee. Her boss is lucky to have her. She went above and beyond in customer service. It’s good to know that there are good people still in this world. Thank you guys for the memorable experience.
I love this laundromax it’s so clean and there are about 4 mega washer of 8 load great for big families. Austin it’s just a nice guy by helping me carry my bags.
Laundry mat is always cleanly and well kept up. The staff is always friendly and helpful with whatever issues you may have. I’ve been coming here for years and have visited other laundry mats in the area and always come back to this one !
Stays open late, free drying. The clerk on Friday night was very helpful and friendly. Patient while taking me through the steps on validating the prepaid card. Sold me a bundle pack suggested which size of washer for my needs. Was always making sure the place was clean after a patron left. I appreciate him.
What I would have liked to be a 5 star review is now at a 1. This used to be my preferred laundromat. I use the drop off service as well as the diy machines. The last 2 times I used the drop off service I noticed a few items missing. All jeans/ pants. I wash for myself only. My size is not an average clothing size. I don’t roam house to house nor do I share my clothes. I KNOW WHAT I HAVE. Therefore if something is missing, it’s not hard to tell. I made a complaint multiple times after the first incident. No response from management as I was told would happen each time I spoke to someone. Reluctantly, I used the drop off service once again.. making a mental note of what’s in my bag. Again, a pair of jeans were missing.. green ones, at that. I know for a fact they were in the load I dropped off. Needless to say that was my last visit to this location. I assume the clothes were more needed by someone else, so you’re welcome. However,
I would absolutely advise anyone using the drop off service to be aware and pay attention to your items!
