I ordered from this location yesterday. Bought a Nespresso machine and pods for $200 and change. Went to go pick up. Yes, it was raining – so they had people go to the door. Got to the door. guy puts “my stuff” inside. didn’t ask for my target pick up code. Probably should have checked it. It was a little fishy. I didn’t check… Drove all the way to my hotel and got someone else’s bag…..
Instead of a nespresso machine and pods, I got pringle’s, paper plates, plastic utensils, and a puffer jacket….
Called customer service (ONLINE) because no one at the store answers the phone and they were able to reorder my stuff.Inconvenienced and got it at a DIFFERENT location to avoid incompetence. Thanks to target phone support and NO THANKS to this store!!
I really want to report this store to corporate because well, I doubt this was done by mistake..

By Bernadette Valer (2 months ago)So I came to this store location after escaping hurricane Ian in Florida. What did I encounter when I went into the store to pick up an order? Ally, the customer service manager. I walked in with a great mood and she quickly changed that. Starting with a look of attitude towards myself and my friend and then continuing verbally berating us during our pick up order. Her employees said that’s just her and that’s it’s worse for them. That’s disgusting.
Come on Target, if all Targets were like this you would never be in business. Do better for your employees and customers. I shop at Targets all over the country and never had an experience like this. I’ve also never had employees apologize for a manager that they know is horrible.

Drive an hour to this Target and count 6 workers in this area. SIX! Why couldn’t 1 pick up the phone? No clue! But whatever, I get to the counter and ask for the status. The worker tells me, “The item is not in stock and there’s a glitch in the system. Sometimes it doesn’t even cancel people’s orders so they drive up here and find out we don’t have it.” Seriously, so why not have SOMEONE, ANYONE answer the phone. I live an hour away. The store was totally disorganized. The shoe section was just jumbled boxes, and let’s not even get started on the lingerie area. Up your pay and benefits for part-time workers, Target. You need more folks or on the floor.
Also, this store is VERY difficult to negotiate for folks using mobility devices! Everything’s too close together, and there’s stuff all over the floor. Do better, Target.

I went to a different target the other day where it said certain items were in stock, when they were in fact not! I spent 2 hours in that target trying to find items within their disorganized and messy shelves. This target seems to have a lot of inventory and is always clean and organized whenever I go. The only pro of the remodel is the self checkout on both sides. It no longer has flow between groceries and grocery items such as pots, pans, cups etc. it’s on the other side of the store now. I’m certain their clothing sells have decreased considering it’s always junky. Clothes and shoes all over the floor from day to night and even into the next day. Came here during renovations, lots of things empty on the shelves however this is definitely not normal for the store. They have a Starbucks stand as the one usually in the store is also under construction. Workers are always friendly and helpful too, electronic sections are a bit low stocked too. Overall very clean and convenient location!
Everything you would expect from a Target. Clean store and friendly staff. Order pickup and drive up are quick most of the time. This location also has a Starbucks inside. How can you not want to buy everything?
This is not my neighborhood Target but can you ever go wrong by shopping at Target! They always have what you need and you find things that you don’t need. 😂😂😂. The carts are organized and NOT broken but it’s usually the people who make the shopping experience memorable. Jacob, at Customer Service, assisted me with a return and was awesome and Ms. Pam provided a pleasant checkout experience. Thank you!
I go to this Target store on a regular basis to get my groceries. The quality has been consistently satisfactory. Today I had an opportunity to visit their optical section. I was very pleased with how the the lady there(I am blanking on here name at the moment) walked me through different options and helped me pick the right glasses for me. For the longest time I didn’t even know that this Target store had an optical department. However, now that I have been there I would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for prescription glasses or sunglasses, at least to check it out.
A really nice target! The store and bathrooms were very clean. This store has everything you would expect to find in a target. It also has a little Taste of Target snack center right next to the Starbucks. The optical center here is amazing and has great service. The I thought it was very nice that they had a dedicated nursing station for mother’s in the fitting room and pull down stool for the kids at the sink.
