Love Target the ease of shopping and returns. I was able to return a couple of tops that were too big with no problems. I just scanned the bar code on my phone. On one hand, they have a huge selection and this is THE best Starbucks spot that I’ve come across.
On the other hand, the store employees are a mixed bag of people that are helpful or non helpful, well meaning or not, and they don’t much care for cleaning the place. If you want to come in for good customer service, then maybe don’t. But if you want delicious Starbucks drinks and a wide variety of selection, this is the better location of West Valley.
One thing to keep in mind is this is a dangerous area to navigate in terms of traffic and crackheads. I physically had the cards in my hand but when my kids got ready to use the cards, they would not work. Checked the balance on the cards and it stated that the cards was used online at Target in San Pedro, CA. I instantly called the card company for my refund. They stated that they put a hold on the card so it can not be used any longer but they had already used the money up on the card anyway, which didn’t make any sense at all. Also stated that I needed to call Target to have them refund the card. I called Target corporation and they stated that I need the online purchase order to receive a refund. They would not give me that info. They also stated that they can not look up orders from the card numbers that were used. Now they push the blame to the gift card company. I decided to go up to this location and speak with a manager, the moment I stated the problem the lady behind the desk stated that Target had to take the cards down because of this issue. I called the day before and spoke with a Jonathan in security and he told me they were having this issue at this location. Come up to the store and they will take care of me. When I mentioned that the card was being used in San Padro, CA, he stated that’s what other customers have been calling in saying. NOW I HAVE TO FIGHT TO GET MY MONEY BACK. RIDICULOUS, IM FURIOUS. If they know this is a ongoing issue, then why sell a third party product, unless you are in on the scam as well. NEXT STEP IS, IM GOING TO THE NEWS TO REPORT THIS. The prices here are more expensive than the store back home in Utah. We were able to find what we needed but just surprised on how much more items costed us. Even though they are Target, they still aren’t quite on Target yet.
Next time, we’ll probably walk around the corner to Walmart, not that they are any better, but its Capitalism at its finest.

They need to drop the “Super”By Tim Tempe (5 months ago)I had the most unexpected and amazing experience at this Target store right now.I have a nice-ish bicycle and was actually a bit worried about parking it there due to quick releases on everything. But I went ahead and did so anyhow.
When I came out, I saw that security had actually gone ahead and put a high-security lock on my ride that was locked with only a small Kryptonite chain.
I want to give the highest accolades to whoever thought of that at this specific location. Thank you to the security guards especially!!! See photo

Target is pretty cool, it’s not much different from any other target I’ve been to besides super target. The staff there is pretty friendly and helpful overall. The store is clean and everything is pretty easy to find. The only downside is how busy this place gets, I don’t think people understand what The self checkout lane is for, I’m there trying to purchase 5 items meanwhile this lady has over 30 items and a massive mattress. The self checkout lane is supposed to be an express lane and if you have that many items you should just go to a cashier.

Target has one of the best curbside services I’ve ever used! The items are good quality, the orders are pulled quickly and you are greeted at your car by employees who are very friendly!
I love Target, but I especially love the 43rd Avenue and Peoria location. The customer service is always a pleasant experience. Weather its for a purchase, return, question, etc. I especially love their curbside. They fulfill orders quickly and being able to select a substituted item is great. It’s especially convenient that I don’t have to make a reservation for an order.
Went to this target to get the buy 2 and get 1 free and when I went to the Register “Stella” the cashier was very disrespectful and rude when we asked why it was showing all three at full price, she snapped back and proceeded to give attitude I simply explained that I had already came the night before and got the third one completely free, she proceeded to say “ you can go ahead and go to customer service if you want and you will see you will NOT win” I said that it’s fine but their is no reason to have attitude and she laughed in my face.
As a person that works with patients I know you need to have customer service and to me what she did was disrespectful and disgusting for someone to treat another person like that. She was completely out of line and did not need to act the way she did, if you can’t handle a customer asking simple questions then maybe you should not work in that industry or better yet maybe you should retire.
The cashiers name is Stella in case anybody gets her when they are shopping at this target.
