  1. Somewhat underwhelming. It is under renovation at this time but what is left is a single floor of Apple products and nothing more to explore. There is a lovely courtyard outside with benches and tables and that’s not a bad thing … weather dependant of course. One would expect something more iconic in Apple’s home city at the very least.

  2. Been here couple of times, overall very exciting. The repair service is the best I have seen, they are very understanding and helpful, you come by an appointment and they help you directly, you can spend time learning something while you are getting a service with Today at Apple! Also I bought a lot of devices, the service was fast and easy. Apple is Apple, the store looks amazing!

  3. I have to start saying I’m disappointed. It’s an Apple Store and you will find their full range of products. Staff is very friendly and professional as always. You can use all the products to make a buying decision. There’s free internet off course. Being SF Apple’s home I would expect something more iconic for their store. Maybe was just that my expectations were too high.

  4. i14Pro Yes, I’d recommend this product.
Beautiful, sleek design with an amazing camera! such an upgrade from last year’s iPhone! Dynamic island is an immense help during everyday usage. Totally Recommend!

  5. Clean and classy interior, helpful staff, and neat displays make this store a nice place to visit.

I’m an Android and Windows user mainly, but I like seeing what Apple has to offer. This store allows people to test out the latest devices and the knowledgeable employees do their best to answer all your questions. There are events/demonstrations on the second level, accessed via stairways. Also, they have outlets if you’d like to charge a device. Overall, I recommend stopping by to window-shop or shop-shop.

What a beautiful store! The purpose of the visit was to upgrade one of our phones and the service did not disappoint, the staff was efficient, knowledgeable and FUN in a professional way. The time spent setting up new device was spent conversing with one of the representatives who answered all the questions and was not pushy! Kudos

Beautiful store with incredible customer service. Raven went above and beyond to help me with an issue I was having. Had a rather unique challenge and rather then pushing me off on the online apple support team she called them to help resolve.

I was blown away by the design of the Apple Store at The Grove in Los Angeles. This is easily the largest Apple Store I’ve ever visited. The way they incorporate the trees in the design looks great. A lot of natural light due to skylights and the mirrored ceiling was pretty impressive. Of course they have a ton of Apple products along with a large staff to assist.

Typical Apple. Beautiful store. Design of their equipment is great. My friend can afford it. But I can’t. I haven’t had a MacBook since mine died when I had an Epileptic seizure/killed it with a drink that spilled all over it years ago. I’ve been using cheap Android phones ever since. They don’t look as pretty, but I’m not missing much…. And I used to be a MacAddict. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Every professional, courteous and friendly associates. I made an appointment and check in 10 min prior of my set appointment. Once seated at table, an associate assisted me for scheduled appointment. The associate, explained step by step to what will be done to resolving my issue. With-in the hour of my appointment my issue was resolve. I’m extremely satisfied with professionalism and and courtesy of my experience. With-in a hour my issue was resolved, and my parking ticket was validated. 🥰

A+ customer service. It’s always crowded at an Apple Store, but this location does a great job of serving everyone quickly and efficiently.

UPDATE: 10/24/22: phone messed up again. Went back in. Tech said she was going to send my watch to her tech. As I understood send at no charge to reset my watch because it kept looping. If fixed it is sent back at no charge. If no fix, it is sent back and I have choice to get it fixed at $299.00 or buy a new one. Ok I said. Then I see my e-invoice after I leave the store and what?! The are going to charge me $299.00 if the can’t fix this, they willing fix it and send it back to the store. But wait this is not how Tech J explained it to me. This is not what I agreed to. Shame on APPLE. Today I need to down grade to 2 stars. Only because my watch managed to work for two days after the first fix.

Be honest and upfront with your customers!

    Customers beware!

10/19/22: Had issue for 6 days. Apple Watch Series 6 GPS/Cell shut down after it dialed 911 without my calling. I called Fashion Valley Apple Store and spoke with Tim the store manager. I explained my issue to him. He was very polite and listened to my issue and complications with the Customer Service worker accessing my phone and all. Well Tim made me whole again. Tim had me go to the store tonight which I did not mind. I did not have to wait another day. Tim had Cori assist me with my issue when I got to the store, Cori was extremely nice and cordial. And knowledgeable. Voila! My watch is working! Thank you Tim and Cori. You are the best! I am an Apple Consumers for life!!

I’m not an apple person, I’m a Google Pixel person. I was with someone who is an apple person. The service they gave was above and beyond when it came to helping my friend set up her new iPhone from her old iPhone. I was very impressed.
On a side note, I’ve never had so much trouble going from one Google Pixel to another Pixel to need that sort of help apple gave. It was over the top customer service though.

Everything was good until I came to pickup my iMac from its new screen replacement. They gave me back the desktop computer with its brand new screen without any protection whatsoever! When I asked if I could have a bag or some sort of cloth for protection of the large computer they looked at me like I was crazy and said they don’t have anything. What’s crazy is you could pay like $600-700 for a new screen repair and they’d just be like here ya go, good luck lugging this thing back to your car and house without damaging it! If you guys can’t offer a bag, at least let people know so they can bring something to protect such an expensive purchase. That makes no sense to me.

I just went there to pick up my iPhone 14 but there was a 1 hour queue despite that I booked an appointment. The person who was checking the QR codes was totally ignoring my need to pick up my iPhone in the given time frame. I explained to him that I’m leaving soon after the appointment with the train to LA. After I explained this he just totally ignored me and talked to another customer. For a 1000$ phone this is one of the worst customer experience I had in my life. With Samsung I never had to deal with poorly trained staff.

Ridiculous waiting and absolutely bad test in mouth, horrible customer service. I just wanted to buy a phone, I have to get in the line to make an appointment and come back at the appointment to wait more. Someone comes up and says wait here. At that point I talked to 4 different people and wasted everyone’s time! I had to spent 4 hours to buy a phone!

I went in just to buy a watch I knew which one I wanted and I asked an African American lady that was just standing with other 4 of their coworkers in their tablets talking to each other, if I can join the waiting list and it was still 2 hours before closing and I got told that they were done for the night that I couldn’t buy it, to come back tomorrow. Totally not helpful at all Apple should hire people that are actually going to do their job and not just stand around and act busy!! Never going back to this store !!!

Store is awesome. Website is trash. Super hard to navigate. Wanted to setup an appointment for the genius bar and couldn’t. Page gave option to call, email, chat but none of the links worked.

Store is loud and crowded, I couldn’t ask basic questions of attendant and felt rushed. I wanted Apple to cover the cost of replacing a battery that only last 1.5 years — for a $730 phone! And they wouldn’t offer me this, nor could I ask it with how rushed and loud everything was. and that was a slow day for the store — poor customer service, really disappointed in a company whose products i usually like

Really overcrowded. Employees are rude, and condescending and customers are treated poorly and as if their problems are just a burden. Please is filthy, disheveled. There was a 1 hour wait list to make a purchase and they don’t take walk ins for service and won’t let you wait for a cancellation. They make no considerations for your time. I had an appointment to have my screen replaced I thought. Instead I waited an hour to drop the phone off with them and was told to return in 4 hours to pick it up which took another 45 min. I have to take it back too bc one corner isn’t flat now. Employees are unapologetic and the slightest criticism is not tolerated.

If you think waiting at DMV is long, try Apple Store.

They promised 25-30 minutes, but it ended up almost an hour. I know they have a lot of people and may have some marginal error. But this is much longer than DMV based on my experience with any appointment.

And they are really nice even though after a long wait. You cannot get mad at them, people are working to help you. They tell me to walk around and pay attention to my text message. Well, it sounds good, but I cannot go shopping or walking around knowing something is coming up and if I miss it, it may be another 1 hour wait. I decide to wait inside with AC and chairs available instead of somewhere else.

People come to return, seniors come to ask simple questions, and others come to check out and touch the latest product with their hands. Apple is indeed sexy that almost everyone here is busy asking questions or being asked. I don’t blame them. I respect Steve Jobs, not Tim Cook.

My question gets resolved in 3 minutes after nearly one hour wait. I have full product line of Apple and I am here for iPod touch battery issue since it is still under AppleCare and there is no way to check the battery health except by phone or visit the store. And I know by phone will make me an Apple hater, I choose to come in person.

Expect the long wait even they tell you 25-30 minutes, you can never and neither can they predict how long the person/people before you will take. Too bad they don’t provide charging for my phone while I wait and my battery nearly has less than a quarter left.

It is still a bitter sweet experience. The person who helps me is extremely professional and courteous. He is surprised that my battery is going through only 57 cycles after 2 years and ensures that my battery is healthy from his device. I am relived.

Try not to visit again as I don’t hope to have any more issue. I hope my first time is also my last time.

By the way, the design of the store is fun and trying to relax you while you are there.

2nd time with appointment here and bring here on time still needed to wait. It was just having too many fans, people and questions that it’s always busy. But luckily, I did not wait to long, it was just that no one checked me in when o arrived and I had to interrupt someone to check in. But overall, they are eager to serve and help once you get their attention.

Came in to buy an Apple watch 8, but I changed my mind. It’s all about the experience right? Well this place not for me… I don’t want to associate my watch with a snobby condescending lady dismissing a customer for kindly asking assistance… “yeah I will send you someone” that was 45 minutes ago, by the way… sorry Apple for coming in the Santa Monica store. And no it’s not for being understaffed on a saturday, you have plenty of guys and all your employees are cool, it’s probably the manager that isn’t fit to talk to customers. I see am in line with many other customers complaining the rudeness of some manager that needs to go thru toilet cleaning training again… I don’t even want my iPhone anymore, why am I an Apple customer since 25 years?

My experience was quick by the assistant Brandon.
I was having an SMS problem, I couldn’t solve it but he was super helpful.
Talking about space, decoration, product display, there is nothing to say, this store is one of the most beautiful Apple Stores, indisputable.
