  1. One of the best Manhattan Apple stores to visit. Extremely large and spacious with enough employees to help the large volume. Staff is extremely friendly considering the amount of people, questions and issues they must have to deal with everyday. All staff were wearing masks and Apple had an abundant amount of (filled) hand sanitation areas along with mask stations. Highly recommend visiting this store over others as the store and employees per experience seem to have thorough knowledge on all your questions or getting answers to them if they don’t know in an extremely quick manner. Every product Apple offers seemed to be on display in a non crowded spacious design which, was also extremely convenient and pleasant. The staff from every level are extremely pleasant and helpful.

  2. Definitely one of the best places to buy apple products and also if you need any help with hardware or software issues . It’s located on fifth avenue very close to Central Park and is 24 hours open . You can visit them with appointment through online booking or even try walk in . I went in the morning around 5 and was very well taken care off. The staff had a lot of time to assist me and didn’t had to rush since there were hardly any people . Highly recommended.

  3. This is a very nice Apple Store. But when you walk down the street and you go into the Microsoft store hands down the Microsoft store was more friendly and especially more user friendly. I found that the people were not as helpful as I had experienced in the past and was hoping for a better experience. If you need your device repaired or you want to check out the latest and greatest that Apple has to offer then this is the place for you.

  4. 5th Ave – The Apple Flagship store which is opened 24 hours! Lots of friendly, patient staff to assist you with your every apple need. Place is huge, clean and just draws you in to look. And trust me, there’s a lot to see! They also offer educational sessions, just check the website as you may need to make appointment to attend. Of course, there’s the Genius Bar, too.

  5. Spacious area with all apple devices along the walls and at standing tables. Pet friendly.

Entrance: take the staircase from the outside into the basement. Staff usually greets you at the stairs.

Exit: at the corners of the store, follow the exit signs to the stairs. Or you can use the elevator at the main entrance.

If you are picking up a new device, join the line at the far wall where everyone is waiting and let the staff know.

Bathroom is located at one corner of the store nearby where the charging cables are.

We went there in the middle of the day and it was too crowded. My friends phone had broken and they gave us an appointment for an hours later to look the phone.

We had great help from Cat at the Apple Store when we came in to buy new phones. We had a lot of questions about how best to transfer the data to the new phone and about the trade-in policy for our old phones. She provided us with recommendations concerning accessories and also for which phone capacity would be best based on how we each use our phones.

And thanks to her help and information, I ended up buying a new iPad by trading in my old phone. It was a very quick process and overall a 10/10 experience thanks to Cat! Would definitely go back ☺️

State of the art apple store. Wait time was bit longer than expected. Experience is worth it and the staff are friendly too.

Sometimes I wonder why I spend so much money on Apple products when I can get cheaper electronics? But Sebastian at the Genius Bar reminded me why with top notch customer service. He went above and beyond to help me save my data after the new iOS update nearly killed my laptop. He was also just a very friendly and chill person with a great energy. THANK YOU!

Apple Store- World Trade Center is a great store to shop, repair, or troubleshoot your Apple device.

When scheduling an appointment be sure to arrive promptly, this store is on time.

The store is located within the WTC, beautiful location.

The staff are phenomenal, every staff member was professional, and very knowledgeable about the various Apple products.

Highly recommend this location, one of the best experiences, I have ever had in store when visiting a Apple store.

One Apple store is not like another, wait never mind, they’re all stylized exactly the same way. As cookie-cutter as they are to each other, this Apple store in the Oculus at the new World Trade Center within Lower Manhattan stands out to be exceptional.

I went in for an iCloud problem that got a little trickier than we all wanted but they were very helpful throughout the whole process.

Chris was on the last day of his training but he seemed to know everything. He was assigned to me when I went in for a service and I couldn’t be happier with his help. Everything was quick and speedy and highly informational. I’m happy I went into this location, and you will be as well!

Tacara was a great help today. She is professional and knows products very well. I didn’t like the wait time even though it appeared that the store wasn’t that busy. She got the job done quickly and helped me get my items repaired. Thanks so much

This used to be my go-to location for service in NYC, as it’s a bigger location that’s usually not too busy. My iPhone totally display got the “Green Screen of Death” this morning, so I went to this location for a walk in appointment. They said it would be an hour and ten minutes, and I’d get a text when it was time for my appointment.

After an hour and a half, I checked in with an employee, and turns out they’d marked me as a no-show, even though I’d been standing around the store this entire time and never received a text. I was pretty upset, but accidents happen, so whatever. But what really drove me over the edge was their utter lack of care that’d I’d been marked a no-show.

They told me the next possible appointment was in two and a half to three hours or offered to make me an appointment for two days later. I was dumbfounded. I’d been marked a no-show by their mistake, and then after waiting 90 minutes, the best they could do to rectify it was to ask me to wait double the amount of time I’d already waited.

Again, I’ve only had good experiences with this shop before, but after today I will not return. If you’re trying to get a walk-in appointment, I’d go to another location.

I understand I came there 30 minutes before closing, but I was in the area and wanted to check the store out. Never before have I felt so unwanted in a store that prides itself on customer experience. There was no one within reach despite there being like 5 employees huddled up in a corner, talking. When somebody did come by, they gave me the impression that they really wanted to go home. Compared to previous experiences at Soho, Grand Central and 5th Ave this one was by far the worst.

I bought a new computer and got my old one fixed. The employees were so nice. Joey provided superb customer service for setting up my computer. Also had a great customer experience with two other ladies, but I can’t quite place their names.

I am very disappointed, I had a hard day, the fault of the technicians on the second floor, I had an appointment to repair my iPhone 12 pro max, my phone was charging at 90 percent and when he gave it to me it was 10 percent which is ridiculous considering i came from very far away and i needed to use my google maps to find my way, shame on you

I was nervous about coming to this store because of some of the reviews I read, but Justin was so helpful and patient. He took the time to answer my questions or any concerns I had. He was a wealth of knowledge which was so helpful in choosing a watch for my daughter. He also brought us upstairs to set up the watch which I was happy about because it was much easier to do it there. Me and my daughter left happy. Thank, Justin!

An exceptional customer experience. Smart color scheme to the stairway to heaven effect via floating steps positioned under the well placed skylight. Great support staff from the greeter in the lobby to the assistance provided at the genius bar. Excellent.

I’m actually surprised by all these negative reviews. I think the issue is that ppl go their wanting a certain outcome & that doesn’t happen. EVERYONE I’ve encountered at this store is so friendly and pleasant. There’s 2 apple stores in my area and I’d rather come to this store which says a lot. I’m always out of there within a half an hour; today it was literally 15 minutes. They actually listen to the customers needs and problems rather than tell you what they think is wrong. Keep up the good work guys!!!!

If you are curious to find out where apple sends some of it’s worst employees, try shopping at this location. Always a joy to have retail employees treat you like you are lucky to show there. Not once have I been greeted or asked if I need help at this location.

While trying to check out with a white male employee help a white customer before ringing me up. No apology or explanation. Rude as hell. I just left. It’s almost as if they feel like they can treat the customers in an area that has a lot of people of color like garbage and we should just be happy about it. Whether implicit bias or just hood old fashioned racism it’s Disgusting.

It’s funny how I get better service at the Manhattan stores. 🤔

Went to this location yesterday to accompany some friends to buy an iPad and iPhone. Beautiful location, no surprise being an apple store, very clean, alot of natural light flowing through the whole store. Not particularly a huge apple fan but must say I was impressed with the service and feel when I was there waiting and listening to a few of the conversations with customers and the apple reps

I’ve been here a few years ago, I remember waiting a good while before anyone asked if I need some assistance since it was very crowded.

Store got much better now, it’s still very crowded but now they’re much better equipped to handle the crowd. They must have increased their employee count.

Awful experience. Truly unhelpful. A bad company. They couldn’t clean my charging port. You have me pay a thousand dollars for a phone that fills up with lint every six months and now you take away the tool the employees need to clean it out. Smart move. Guess I’m switching to android.

I have to mention that this apple store has given me the best customer service ever. I bought my watch , my phone and did my trade in here. Manager found a solution for me and was will to serve and listen . I had a worse experience with the staff as well as manager at the SoHo branch in Manhattan so for me this Brooklyn branch has given me the best possible customer service as well as finding solutions.
