  1. I drove my sister’s friends here to pick up their iPhones. The store is located inside North Park Mall, right outside of Nordstrom. There were no lines, and we got greeted by a worker right away. The whole process took less than 10 mins. The store was clean and had all Apple products displayed if you wanted to play around. I did feel pressured because the employees kept coming up to ask if I needed any help while I was browsing for my group to take care of their business. Still, it’s much better than the Galleria location which always has a huge line outside with a wait time of 20-30 mins.

  2. There was a line to get in but it moved quickly. We were just browsing so when they asked what we needed today, they told us we could get out of the line and go right on in. They said to be sure we just ask if we decided we needed anything. My wife ended up asking about a desktop Mac and the guy was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was extremely polite and glad to be there. It made our experience there worth the trip to Northpark.

  3. Had a terrible experience on iPhone 14 Launch day! The employee was trying to force me to get apple care made up fake stories & wouldn’t take no for an answer 3 times! Then told me I got a screen protector that they “couldn’t put on because they’re not liable” if it’s done wrong I was in shock after I spent 1.2k & had the audacity to say that when he was trying to force me to leave with apple care can’t imagine if I bring the phone in broken we’re not liable since you dropped it on “concrete” the employees seemed out of it, should’ve been an exciting day if you don’t like the job or can’t handle the heat in the kitchen find another job! 🫡

  4. Overall a good experience. The guy who helped me was super professional and helped with my issue. Only complaint is that I ended up waiting for about 20 minutes even with an apt. As well, I think they should have a better system for those waiting to know their place in line or something. But overall would recommend this location.

  5. Happy to see it in good health. So many malls have lost so many tenants. Don’t know exactly what they are doing to keep it running smoothly but kudos to them!
Still just a wonderful mall to visit.

The place was packed. But the service was still good. Limited and busy. But okay. The apple employee helped me and another customer at the same time. Multitasking. He was very friendly and helpful. Good vibes between employees and employees and customers. I’m new to apple. But the quality is great. Service is what hooked me. I had an issue with my appleid and also linking my phone to Verizon’s free Apple Music subscription. They were great in helping on both calls.

Summer was an absolute delight to work with. Everyone was so nice at the store and willing to answer all of our questions. We walked in and were told it would be about a 30 minute wait and were being seen in less time than that. Due to our tech issues it was about a 2 hour trip total (not bad). Summers positive attitude and calm demeanor definitely helped those two hours go by better and smoothly!

The specialists were very friendly, responsive, and respectful. My problem was solved in 5 minutes or less. They gave me realistic insights and recommendations. However, you should make an appointment with the Genius Bar prior to visit because it could take an hour of waiting if you make one there.

Went here to get a new phone after visiting a different Apple location, and that location said that the Domain has a limited supply of the exact phone left. Arrived about 30-50min later and got greeted immediately by a ‘Genius’ and she was incredibly nice and funny. Received the package with the new phone within 5-10 minutes of getting in the store. Great experience, and even happier they had the phone in stock.

The incredibly long wait time wouldn’t be quite so debilitating if it weren’t for the terrible waiting area. They have twenty or thirty small boxes that they expect you to sit on for some ungodly amount of time. While it’s kinda funny to watch the employees try to balance airpods on their knee when there is not enough room to work at the tables, it’s a fleeting joy. The service ultimately was good once we eventually got it but having to wait for an hour and thirty minutes in spite of having an appointment is just not a good time for anyone.

We came to this location to buy an Apple Watch for my daughter’s birthday gift. After waking in, we were greeted at the door and introduced to Courtney. Courtney welcomed us, and walked us over to the watches. She went over our options, then took us over to another table so we could try the watches on and see what they looked like with different bands. She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and offered helpful suggestions. After we made our selection, she bagged the watch and checked us out.

We were literally in and out in 15 minutes, she made the purchase fast and easy. We surprised my daughter with her new Apple Watch on her birthday and she absolutely loved it. It was a great decision to buy here!

I highly recommend this location for fast and friendly service. If you get the opportunity to work with Courtney, you’ll be in great hands.

Like most apple stores this stores is pack most of the items that we have been there. This last time we were there to buy a phone for my daughter. The guy that help us was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products he made recommendations on how to get the most out of my daughters phone and he helps us activate it and get the credit for the old phone that we left there. We’ll definitely be back to this store.

The way this store operates … the way that the store geniuses operate as a family — as a unit — immaculate. Thank you Erin for taking care of me today! Can’t wait to put this iPad to use! I had an amazing experience today and wouldn’t trade it for the world.

Pretty good experience straight from the entrance. Promptly asked what I needed help with, was coming in for an appointment, to which I was very late for. They still took me in and Ivy helped me square away my issues. Very happy with the experience overall, fast and straight to what you need. Store is pretty big and spacious, parking is just around the corner.

First and last time in an Apple Store. I talked to tech support the day before as the crown button on my Apple Watch stopped working and they scheduled an appointment for me in store. This is my 2nd Apple Watch to stop working without any cause!! Both at a a year and a half of daily use. Both times now Apple has said it’s past 1 year so there is no warranty. Design a product that lasts more than 18 months, or at the very least service the product and resolve issues for your customers. They offered to send it out to have it looked at for $299……. Rediculious

We had an appointment and still had to wait pass that however the technician we received was very kind, courteous, professional and all around awesome. She even took the time to explain in detail the process of how to play IT when we get home with the computer because we need to reset the computer password since it’s our son’s computer with his ID on it. Definitely would go again

I was helped today by Annie and she was INCREDIBLE. I felt heard and seen by her. I was dreading having to go into the store because it’s always so busy, but she made my purchase quick and easy. She was knowledgeable about each product and helped me to make a decision with ease and peace.

I called Apple and talked to Christina, North Star Mall location in San Antonio, Texas and she was AMAZING! She was very professional, answered all of my questions! Christina has a great personality! I felt like I knew her for years. You can tell she loves her position at Apple. I haven’t seen this kind of customer service in a long time. All Apple employees are great, but Christina was Amazing! Thank you Christina for such great customer service! if I was your manager I would definitely give you a raise and a promotion! Enjoy!

Really disappointed after I asked, some tall skinny employee with short curly dyed blonde hair, for help. I asked him if the phone size for the 13 pro and 14 pro are the same; because I need a new phone case. He said yes. I buy the almost $50 case and a nearly same price screen protector, and preform the unexplained self check out. I’m walking out the store, and do I just leave? Am I trusted that I purchased these items? I ask 1 of 2 employees standing next to a family, if I need to show my receipt, and this one tries to tell me to wait my turn before the smarter looking female says I’m good to go. So did I even need to show my receipt? I don’t usually come to the Apple Stores, and order online, but I was already at the mall and I absolutely regret it. Finally I get to my car to try on my new phone case, and change out my old screen protector. FYI The 14 pro case power/ volume buttons don’t line up with a 13 pro phone, and I ended up with a max screen protector. All of this could’ve been avoided if the tall scrawny blonde guy stepped away from his conversation, with his coworker, probably not about work.

Great sales service here. The staff were very patient and helpful with the different options available in purchasing a new phone, trade in or repair my new cracked phone. Unfortunately, there were some technical problems getting connected with T-Mobile to finalized the sale to activate the account on T-mobile’s end and I was just waiting in the store for over an hour. It’s not the Apple’s store fault by the way but the manager was very patient trying to get connected numerous times. So while waiting, I took some pictures of the store.

I went into this location yesterday and had a fantastic experience. We were helped by two young ladies who helped us choose a new iPhone. They also helped us select two different Macs and they have incredible patience. The location was clean and easy to find. And the time that staff took to make sure that each guest was taken care of was duly noted. I just wish they had a wider range of stock available when it came to more tricked out model customizations. Larger customizations or two weeks out. Other than that this was a fantastic experience. The store was clean the entrance is very interesting. But I am not a total fan of the new open concept. I like the old Apple Genius Bar. Felt more like a retail store. This is definitely a new concept.

Purchase a phone online and schedule an appointment to pick it up inside the store. I arrived about 15 minutes early and I was able to get checked in and get my phone early before schedule time.

    Great Experience
