Where do I start? This place is magical! I’ve been coming here for 5 years since moving from New York to Jacksonville. From the manager Ms. May to all of the nail techs, EVERYONE is awesome! I personally go to Hannah but have had services from Kelly, Tracy, and Lisa (who isn’t there anymore). They were all amazing! Very professional atmosphere and spa like. I come with my 4 daughters and everyone leaves feeling rejuvenated. I have went other places and this place is by far a game changer! Honestly love them!! They were all nice and respectful and the guy who did my nails was making sure that my nails are what I asked for. I gave him a picture of exactly what I wanted and that’s what he gave me! I will definitely be going back to him. First of all, I called to schedule an appointment for either later tonight or tomorrow, after reading some reviews and being referred by a friend, I specifically asked for Vivian, they told me that she was available tonight and I could go ahead and come on in with no wait time, 1st gold star!
I already knew exactly what I wanted, SNS dip powder with pink and white ombre. I don’t like super pink I like it really really soft and natural so as soon as I got there I explained that to Vivian and she said it was no problem and was eager to get started!
When I tell you this girl is phenomenal, she really knows her stuff!!! I asked for almond shape and she suggested I get tips since my nails were quite short (I bite them don’t judge me).. i agreed and she shaped them so perfectly!! we decided at the end to add a little glitter on the top coat and I am in awe! I haven’t gotten my nails done in about 4 months and I am already hooked again. Vivian did an amazing job if you come here (DO IT!) definitely ask for her you won’t regret it!!
Not to mention the salon was clean and well organized, very nice ambiance and not too crowded! so happy I found my new nail place!!!!

I am always getting compliments on how great my nails look! This is the only place I recommend weather I am getting a Manicure or Pedicure I always get treated with the utmost care! The best part is my nails usually last about 4 weeks so that really speaks to the quality of the products used and the skill of the person doing the application! Lee always delivers the best nail designs he goes above and beyond and pays close attention to detail! Amy usually does my pedicures and she delivers great quality as well!! He polished my nails with acrylic. I attempted to explain you need to build the nail and not make the flat. Nobody in the shop can understand me, unable to understand English??? This nail spa is absolutely my favorite!!! They are always so polite and very helpful! They have a rewards program as well which helps to save a little when you earn points. I highly recommend this salon and the wonderful staff! I would highly recommend Andy also he is the nail artist I see and he has amazing attention to detail! I simply bring in pictures or ideas and he goes with it! His ideas are always fabulous when I’m unsure of what I want! All the techs are great! Even though she shaped my toes more round than I’d like, I did not specify so I’d give her a 5/5 stars. The rest of the experience was not great. The man doing my nails complained about having to do Acrylic powder and kept telling me I need to get gel polish or dip powder next time because it’s faster and easier, even though I said I’ve always gotten acrylic powder at other salons. He did my nails very quickly which was nice, but strangely did not ask me to wash/scrub my hands at any point. The last 5-10 minutes of my fill in he drilled over my cuticle making 4 of my fingers bleed. Finally, pricing was odd. He first told me $115 for a standard (spa) pedicure with gel polish and an acrylic powder fill in. I felt that wasn’t right so he then said it was $100 for these services. Today I did a full set acrylic manicure at the salon for the first time and unfortunately it did not come out exactly how I wanted. Comunicacional skill zero, his whole vibe is a bad one. So I requested a full set and he replied with “ no you don’t need it and that will take me an hour to do it”
I agreed to it, when finishing I requested the guy to cut my cuticles and he started to talk in his Language. I don’t speak that language but I do understand body language and he was t happy about me requesting something that should be part of the service. He got upset went to look for clippers and started working on my finger like if he was working on a horse feet. Hurting my fingers and cutting my skin out it was very painful. So I had to stop the guy from doing it.

Love coming here! Love the atmosphere and love how friendly all the staff are. I was introduced to this salon a year ago by a friend and she recommended me to see Huey, after the first time he did my nails I was sold! Huey pays such great attention to detail and I never have any complaints about his work, he is always so polite and always asks me if there is anything I want to do differently. I used to get gel manicures but I upgraded to SNS when I wanted to grow my nails out and he does them perfectly every time! He makes me so welcomed every time I come to the salon. Tina did a gel manicure for me and oh my gosh it’s better than what I get in California. She cleaned my cuticles perfectly, I have never had so much detail and attention to them like this. My polish looks so good and she listened to exactly what I wanted in terms of shape.
I didn’t make an appointment, I had about a 20 minute wait and with the service I got, I didn’t mind the wait at all.

After running errands all day, I realized it was after 430pm and most nail salons were already booked for the evening. I saw this particular nail salon on Yelp twice earlier in the day so I took a chance and I’m glad I did. Very nice staff and very welcoming when I walked in. I was able to get my old set removed and get a nice ombré French manicure. I will be coming back again when I visit home! Very pleasant experience! Poured some sort of disinfected on my toes with little warning which,obviously, burned and I was unprepared for it. However, I didn’t care all the much as the paint looked good. Nails are uneven and crooked. It also took double the time it takes when I do it myself and quite frankly they come out better. Techs were friendly enough but doesn’t out weigh the bad experience. I stopped by after eating at a nearby restaurant and Ivy was my tech! I told her I was having a baby girl in a week and wanted something fun. I absolutely loved the colors and she gave me the absolute perfect shape that I asked for. I would definitely recommend Polish and will definitely be returning even though it’s a 30 min drive from my house!
I moved to Jacksonville in June 2021. I am very picky about my nails. I have been to about 5 other places around the area and one even an hour away to find a good place. I happened into Polish with no appointment about two weeks ago. They took me immediately and did a great job. Very friendly professional and above all did what I asked and not what they wanted. I got a good leg massage & foot massage with my pedicure my gel/acrylic manicure is great. I now came back a second time today and they have not let me down again. This is a great place to get your nails done. I highly recommend them to anyone picky about their nails.

After a concerned email from the email below…. I have gotten no response after days. Now my paint is peeling off by layers.
I am actually going to pass out. Just spent $70 on a fill in….. no crazy shape or color… and one crooked nail.. when asked I was told there was a rate increase…. NEVER going back to polish.
I went in with the hopes of getting tips. But after explaining what I was looking for, I did not feel comfortable spending the money on it. I opted for just a regular manicure. My guy was pretty grumpy (which is fine but…) he slice my cuticles and did not do a great job, I had to go home and file again thou he did follow my wishes of them being square (I was thankful because usually this is not done). It’s an expensive place for what my service was 21$ before tip, for a simple manicure. I would have given it a three but my cuticles are torn up worse than when I walked in and it was the whole point of coming. If you are in a pinch or on vacay this would be an “ok” place to go. I got in quick which was nice. There were other people working who were more friendly but I think they save them for the regulars.
LOVE POLISH!! they are amazing with gel manicures and gel pedicures! all the techs are great at shaping. my favorite techs for acrylic are Red and Alex..are great with full set!!
