This is a prime location on the corner and perfect for a bite to eat!
Pros: Everything is extremely fast and the workers sweet and honest. The menu has something for everyone and a mix from day to night.
Cons: Quality is not a priority here. Everything looks great but lacks flavor and texture.Overall it’s definitely worth a visit, especially if you are hungry and want something familiar.
By R (4 months ago)Saw The Smile perform an excellent show. We had general admission 2nd balcony seats and got there about 45 minutes before showtime because we weren’t sure what the seating situation would be. It turned out it was not necessary to get there so early. We were in second row and there were still seats next to us available when the show started. The pit/orchestra at this venue is so massive that the balconies feel so far away from the stage. Acoustics are OK. The bar and restrooms at the 2nd balcony are conveniently located right outside the seating area. This venue is also super close to major subways and LIRR, a block away Penn Station.By angel jackson (a week ago)Poorly run door security. They tried taking my $100 dollar lighter instead of giving me the opportunity to take it back to my car. And without crossing the metal detector tried to act like we crossed the venue and couldn’t return after I forced the lighter from that tyrant’s hand. It other employees to reason with that jerk to tell him I’m good to go to the car and come see the show I paid hundreds to see. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied. I’ve been going to concerts for 30 years and never experienced this level of unprofessionalism.By raymond herrera (4 weeks ago)I attended the Perfume concert this weekend, and it was amazing. While I am sure the venue is full of history and old world charm, I think the experience here can be improved. Firstly, as many other concert-goers have commented – if your are under 6 ft tall you will probably have to move your head occasionally to get a clear view of the stage. If you are under 5.5 – sorry to say this but you are out of luck unless you are within 5 to 10 ft of the stage , or at the back by the drinks and concessions. The design of this venue does not lend itself to general admission standing concerts – unless the stage was raised by a foot or two.
In order to get to the front it is best to line up early outside the venue. The venue itself has the large Manhattan Center sign out front ( and not Hammerstein ballroom). My second gripe would be the way people line up and are corralled into separate queues – it is totally possible for people in the back to jump the line and move up in front of you (which is what I did when I arrived 10 min before show start). If you want comfort and are willing to pay 3 times the cost of GA, I would suggest the seated mezzanine section for a unobstructed view of the stage.
The staff for this event were very respectful. Costs of drinks are in my opinion comparable to any major venue or sports arena plus a surcharge for being Manhattan – i.e expensive. A double Jack and Coke was $17.
By Jason C (3 years ago)Superb, its a commercial, financial. And cultural centres, most of the visitors seen in Manhattan,, tall huge high rise buildings.parking is short and closer area but night and day view marvellousBy Azhar Gulzar (a year ago)

This is the cheapest option we could find south of 132nd, so we didn’t expect high-end luxury. As we walked in and saw the mat covering a 1’x2’ hole on the floor of the lobby, we figured we might be in trouble.
We booked two rooms. A double bed on the fifth floor with stained, but seemingly clean sheets, featuring two holes on the bathroom ceiling. Not pretty but livable considering the savings.
Our second room on the seventh floor was simply unclean. Towel piled up on the corner of the shower, bed unmade, floor covered in small white particles.
We spoke to the front desk and were told no other rooms were available, but we could wait in the lobby for the room to be cleaned. I asked how long, and was told it would be up to housekeeping, an estimate couldn’t be made. We sat in the lobby with our 6 month old for 20 minutes, a much shorter wait than I expected, before being told there was, in fact, another room available. This one on the second floor was clean, with the same stained sheets. The quality of the unfinished accommodations warrant a 1 star review, however the fact that they relocated us and the breakfast included chocolate croissants and good mozzarella combined with the budget expectations, doubles this to 2 stars.
By Sergio Picone (a month ago)DO NOT GO THERE! If I could, I would give it a 0 rating ! The room was filthy! The shower had dirt all in the tub, with the drain plug out of the shower and with hair in it. I wish I could post the pictures I took . The bed had black specks on it, who knows if it was bed bugs. I was not taking the risks. We checked in at 5pm and by 5:20, we canceled the reservation. Then, when we tried to cancel, the property manager had the nerve to say he wasn’t going to give us our money back because there was coffee missing ! Seriously coffee? I wouldn’t even dare to take the coffee from that room with how filthy it was. My husband and I also have a great jobs where, thank god, I don’t need to steal a packet of coffee. By the way, when we walked in the lobby of the hotel, there were mounds and mounds of dirty laundry just sitting in front. This place was NOT up to standards and I hope the city goes and inspects them so others won’t make the mistake of reserving here, just like we did, and ruin their experience of New York City.By Marleny Rodriguez (2 months ago)If I could I this place 0 stars I would. Absolutely disgusting, horrible service, eerie atmosphere. The lobby had trash everywhere, boxes everywhere, our room number was written with pencil, whole establishment smelled, our room was disgusting with weird stains on our bed, open hole in the bathroom. There were dangerous maintenance rooms open for public view and access. Checked in and checked out with a refund in under 30 min. Not to mention that she refunded the wrong card it first! Leaves STATE IDS open on the desk for anyone to see. Absolutely horrific. Place needs to be condemned.By Madie Stroup (a month ago)This is the worst hotel in the world! They offer breakfast, but at 8 o’clock in the morning you can’t even drink coffee and I couldn’t find any food. The room was dirty, there were no pillowcases or towels in the room. The shower curtain was very dirty. The heating was provided by a mobile heater, there was no air conditioning. The staff was condescending and phlegmatic! I will never come here again!By Monika Kocsis (a month ago)Room was nice, clean and beds were ok. Staff is incredible, we had an issue with the TV and someone was at our room to fix it in a very short time.
The only negatives were the shower handle fell off, the internet wouldn’t work, and there was no ice machine or ice bucket.
But my family enjoyed our stay and will probably be returning.By Kenneth Moyer (2 months ago)

I came for the above & beyond new years eve concert. The lines were huge even for general tickets that were already bought. Very poor and slow ticket checking in process. Get here early as the lines are too long. I suggest moving around to get a vibe of the entire place! Pictures from the back came out really nice 🙂By Henali Patel (2 years ago)I have been to the Above & Beyond concert on the 2020 New Year’s Eve. The place is decent and exceptional. It was spacious though. Roads were blocked by the cops after the New Year’s Eve. It was little difficult to book cabs to go back to home due to road blockers. Over all I would say it is a decent placeBy CHYTHU G (2 years ago)This location is pretty close to me in the sense that its the only venue space in my borough. I have been here for the greatest day ever and for eric prydz. This location is super dangerous if you are taking the bus because its so dark, quiet and nothing but warehouses and trucks everywhere, there is no traffic besides the ravers that are going to or leaving the expo center. If you take the bus then tou walk the opposite way of everyone else and unfortunately police presence is only in the immediate area not a large enough perimeter to make anyone feel safe walking through the area. The venue itself sucks for the lines that are formed and security, inside its a large venue. I did enjoy greatest day because there was enough room for about 6 rides.By Chris (2 years ago)Huge venue, but the roof rattles which is kind of distracting. Maybe a better experience if it wasn’t cold and rainy, the venue was cold and the porta John’s were outside.By Kenny Gilliam (2 years ago)The place is very huge. It is located in such a remote spot and in the industrial area that one can never imagine if it can be converted to a concert venue. The place had great sound system, plenty of bar area closer to stage area through all the way back, same with restrooms and open areas. They also set up a beer garden with tent/shed for people to rest and chill.By Siddharth Shah (2 years ago)

We have worked with Ruben at AMA Times Square for nearly a decade. He spends time working with you as a client to make sure all your needs are met. His team do great work with setup and scheduling. We have a lot of faculty that sometimes need A/V help and the AMA team is always happy to help. It is a great venue for any University that needs to offer extra classes or even graduation events.By Michael Conrad (7 months ago)My two day HR conference was held at AMA center earlier this week. The whole experience working with Ruben and his team was wonderful. We met several times ahead of the conference to discuss the details of this meeting and Ruben was very accommodating. He catered to all our needs. His IT team was also excellent and thanks to them I was able to have a hybrid conference with some people attending in person and some online. I will highly recommend this place for any type of meeting or training. Another big plus of AMA center was their location in Time Square. My attendees that came from all over US were so happy to be able to walk around Time Square during lunch break. Overall we had a wonderful experience and we will keep this place in mind for future conferences.By Sylwia Wygonik (2 months ago)We just hosted a weekend event here, and I can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff was. Even with 150+ people in the space, the beverage center was always immaculate, there wasn’t a single overfilled garbage can, the restrooms were always clean and well stocked, and any requests were quickly attended to.
The conference rooms are well appointed with A/V that made it easy to transition between in-person speakers’ presentations, and allowed presenters to participate easily via Zoom.
The entire planning process was painless, and Ruben is a delight to work with. He is thoughtful and creative about set up, and excellent at anticipating needs; wonderfully professional, and warmly welcoming. Ruben and his staff are incredible, and we had a very successful event. We look forward to hosting events here again soon!By Jenny Henderson (2 months ago)We have used AMA several times for corporate meetings and orientations, and have always experienced excellent service thought the entire time. The facilities accommodate every need we could possibly have and our rep. Ruben Cobbs and team made the process absolutely flawless. Thank you!
Will definitely be using AMA in the future.By Naama Yechezkel (3 weeks ago)My organization has been using this center for over 10 years. I have taught there myself countless times. We have never had a bad experience. I was just there teaching a 4-day class for my company. Ruben is always great helping us to make the arrangements, and then he’s there again onsite making everything goes perfectly. At the center, Bobby and Mohammed were there all day for support. We arrived at 6:30 am and didn’t leave until almost 7:00 pm, but one of them was always there to help out with anything we needed. I love the AMA Center. I just hope they can acquire more space. We are anxious to go back with larger classes. Always a great experience.By John Gill (a month ago)

Jay Conference is really my home away from home. Working here has been so great for my work / life balance. The space is beautiful, eco-modern vibes with lots of plants, light wood and great lighting. Many comfortable and practical work areas to sit and stand, equipped with power sockets everywhere. The organic tea, the coffee and snacks are all great. The food is actually amazing — great quality and health-conscious. Lots of regular social events give a great community vibe and networking opportunity. The Hydra exercise classes, shower space and meditation / nap rooms are the best! The Robin app to book rooms is easy to use. The Jay Conference and Hydra staff are all so friendly — I have already made friends and genuinely enjoy coming to work each day. What a luxury! The rooms are equipped with the latest AV and sound system. The coffee/tea station looked always very welcoming and fully stocked, the lunch buffet was well-sorted with excellent food. By Ryan Leary (3 years ago)A nice, average conference center. Helpful staff. Chocolate chip cookies and brownies for snacks were pretty good. Unfortunately at lunch all the sandwiches had dressing on them and not everyone likes that. I know I do not.By Randall Stempler (3 years ago)

Visited here for a three-day class. Security/front desk employees are very friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and updated. There were excellent views of New York. The in-house kitchen made excellent food each day and provided a large variety of snacks. I would recommend hosting business classes here or attending one if given the chance.By krazykorean913 (3 years ago)Very hospitable and accommodating. We had a department wide meeting here and it was great. The coffee, snacks, and food prepared we’re all delicious. Snacks and coffee is switched up every day and refilled often.By JoCee Porter (3 years ago)I travel here to work. Our company does seminars all over the country and this is the venue we use in New York City. The staff is the best I’ve ever dealt with, it’s clean, it’s reliable, and I’ve never had a problem there. Whoever they choose for catering the events is amazing as well. Thanks guys, can’t wait to return for the next time!By Samantha B (4 years ago)My company holds workshops here at least once a year. We use 3 floors of space and eat lunch on the 18th floor with a wonderful hot buffet. They just added free wi-fi for our participants. Space is clean and professional-looking. It’s not easy to find conference space in NYC. It’s right near Fulton metro stop and convenient to parking garages and hotels. The staff is super helpful – I can’t sing their praises enough! (I did not have time to take photos this year – see their website.)By Laura Schlaikjer (4 years ago)Perfect for small intimate seminars. No access to amenities within. Close to everything since all streets are small. Is Old NY.By Robert Barzallo (3 years ago)

If you’re looking for a convention center in New York NY, these are the 10 best. Each of these centers offer something unique that could be perfect for your next event.
We went to the car show –
Excellent set up and layout ,,,easy to navigate.
They could use more food vendors , but those they had served good food-
The car show itself – April 2022- was focused on electric vehicles, they even had displays of e-bicycles and scooters.
What the car show needed was vendors for after market parts or maintenance products like waxes , polishes, etc
New York international Auto Show! It has returned! Whether you are buying a car or not this is always a must see show. Electric Vehicles are the star of this year’s show with indoor test tracks with various models and brands. Even electric bike test drives. The biggest attraction and longest wait time is the JEEP Wrangler outdoor test track. Thirty feet tall 30° angle ride up and back down! Side roll, stair climb and articulated bump drive. Plus the exotics. If I had $1M! Get there early stay late. Food court is available.
So grateful that the NY International Auto Show has returned to the Javits Center after a two year absence due to the pandemic. I’m glad that all the major automotive exhibitors have a lot of electric cars on display this year and the electric test tracks looked amazing. People need to purchase and drive more of these vehicles that are better for the environment and emit zero carbon emissions. Loved the Subaru exhibition with their commitment to supporting the National Parks Foundation.
Awesome arena. We’ll put together and great architecture. I came today to attend a conference.
The upkeep has some to be desired. The bathrooms were not updated, and were not super clean.
I was impressed with how many escalators there were. Lots of them. And lots of carpet used in the event, it seemed to be good quality and good padding under.
I also appreciated their variety in snacks.
Amazing experience. Beautiful space. I love it. I went for the NY International Travel Show in late October. I had a great time at Javits Center. I took a lot of pictures! It is fun to meet exhibitors! Staff at Javits are excellent. Facilities are superb. Over the years, I have been to my events at Javits. It is a beautiful area, too! Lots of transportation available: 7 train, Crosstiwn bus, taxis, for example. High Line is here for walking further downtown.
