I particularly noticed how hard it is for wheelchair folks to shop down an aisle with the large shopping carts of walking folks. There are insufficient amount of wheelchair parking spaces as well. Has a fair selection for its size, which contributes to aisle narrowness. Cashing out is quick but not painless. Enjoy your shopping experience. Remember to be kind to all. I’m sorry that the craft, fabric and yarn sections are smaller, but the rest of the sections were nice. Treated very badly by employees who implied I put wrong cartridges into a printer I was returning. No, the cartridges came with the box. I had much better opinion about this store. Never again. The lady who did my return told me that these cartridges have to be sealed. I replied to her saying that you need to insert them to make that printer work. The printer wouldn’t turn on on them. Before that she checked every nook and cranny of that printer box, she even touched an envelope to make sure that the disk is there! She didn’t want to do a return because numbers on cartridges didn’t match to the ones shown on the box. I told her many times that I got those cartridges from the very same box, I didn’t buy any other cartridges and put everything back since my computer wasn’t able to detect that printer. I wasn’t even able to print one page. The lady didn’t believe me and I asked her to call the manager. The manager who came said she had to honor the clerk’s decision, and they cannot accept my return. Then another manager was called by the second one. While they waited for that another manager – I saw on top of the box “compatible with cartridges #s” and their numbers where shown there as well, and they matched those cartridge numbers from the box. They finally agreed to process my return and handed me cash. Never apologized for the inconvenience. I felt like they thought I stole those cartridges and put something else in. Never in my life I was treated like that. Today I saw acorn squash, big sign above it $1.18 ea
When I put it through the scanner it charged me by the lb and came to $2.70. Rather than hold up the line behind me, I just took it to service desk (with photo of squash & sign) stood in line and the guy gave me the $2.70 back but said I would have to go through checkout again and ask clerk to correct the price.
Annoying, but stood in checkout line again to have the clerk tell me the sign was wrong. I went to manager and was told the sign was wrong and I would have to pay what the checkout computer said.
Isn’t this illegal? Meanwhile the sign still has the wrong price and who can trust any of the signs?
Tried the online shopping and then, the pickup at the parking lot loading for online, worked very well, the system works quickly, and the items are brought to the car. Payment having already been sent. This will be the much desired process to in-store travels.
I suggest that anyone who doesn’t care for crowds and lines at checkout will make this their choice for their shopping.
Today it was a lot cleaner and fully stocked. I was able to find most of the items I was looking for and at the checkout, the cashier was able to resolve my coupon I was using. It wouldn’t work at first but she kept trying and got help so I was able to leave with no problems.
Always a great place to shop. The kind young man helped me ring up multiple cases of canned veg at the self checkout. Wonderful selection, great sales and the fresh bread and cheap rotisserie chickens are unbeatable!! The employees are very kind and helpful. Security always has a smile for me. Nice, very nice!
Walmart supercenter is now closed. I have now updated my rating to five stars. Parking lot is fantastic!
