I have had to ask for help a number of times when the photo / electronic center is empty but really the one part of the store where you need someone to unlock a cabinet or get your photo order. I even understand it not being staffed but after walking to the front and talking to the manager and being told someone will be right there and having to tell the manager 10 minutes later no one had come it got frustrating. I and my friend went there to return our bike that we bought a month ago as Walmart’s policy said we can return it within 90 days but they keep saying that they don’t do that policy because they are now using their store policy (then why promote the policy at the first place?) and keep saying that their warehouse is full. (but my white friend just return his bike before us 30min!) The employees are very rude. They don’t even have any service mind at all. The employees even make fun of me and my friend. I bought a chips and I did not know that it was 4 months expired from the buying date. I got sick for 4 days due to that toxic expired chips. I told the management and I filed a claim in the store. This is the claim number L2262012. They apparently don’t care about their customers because I went there again and I found 11 chips expired more than a month ago the crazy part is they were all the same chips brand that I reported previously !!!! I wish I didn’t have to select a star to write a review that’s how bad it was. The auto center was SUPERRRRR slow! It took them 3hours to put 2 tires on. The guys there move like snails and I honestly think it’s time for them all to retire. I would never go there again
I would like to take a moment to say how the associates at this location has a tendency to place items in the location, and the customer ends up being unsatisfied because they are deceived at the register when they check out. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. When you get to the register the customer service manager does not seem to care that you were deceived by the price on the shelf. When you call the store no one answers the phone to listen to your concerns.
The Walmart pickup here is horrible ! They deserve 0 stars. Yesterday I placed an order for pick up for today between 10 and 11 (18 hrs in advance). I get an email this morning at 9:46am stating my order was ready for pickup. I get a second email at 10:31am saying again that my order is ready. I was already in route and Literally 2 min later I get another email stating my order has been cancelled due to “fraudulent activity” apparently because I added more items to my order yesterday. Complete nonsense! When I go inside to speak to someone my order had never even been prepared. My order was cancelled because I had a big order that had never been prepared in the first place. They told me there was nothing they could do and I’d have to reorder my items after there is already a hold on my account from the order THEY cancelled that I did not receive. Unacceptable and so inconvenient! This is not the first time I’ve had issues with my pickup order at this location and I do not plan on shopping with them again.
Go in the morning during the week and you usually won’t have to wait for a register, and can actually go through a regular checkout line. If you go in the afternoon or on weekends, plan on standing in line for 15 minutes, at least.
Some of the aisles in the clothing departments are too crowded to maneuver the shopping carts through.
Longest wait times I’ve ever experienced and it’s always like this. I’m never shopping at this location again. I’ve been waiting almost 2 hours are a curbside pick up.
