Great customer service. Shopping for iPhone 14 max pro but not have in stock need to order to pick up. New item is coming on 10/7 so need to wait and see. Mac book also possible. See technician need 5 hr to wait. So please make an appointment ahead of time. Apple store will reimburse for parking up to 2 hr.
Crowed as usual.By Jennifer Wu (4 months ago)I came to pick up my online order. I was told to do a line inside. I did the line, once I got to speak to a customer service representative I was told that I was in the wrong line and that I needed to be outside. Once outside I requested to speak to a manager because I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment and they did not allow me to pick up my watch earlier than my arranged appointment. I explained my reasons of needing to be accommodated. I was running out of time, needing to drive to Lagrange IL. I was offered to come for the watch (online order) on another day. I live very far from this particular store. I asked for an accommodation, staff informed Manager Courtney of my situation, Courtney saw me from far and send staff to inform me that she was busy. Manager Courtney came 5+ minutes after, I explained my situation, she informed me that I had to wait at least 7 minutes before my pick up. There was barely 3 people in line. I was standing in the corner until my time, suddenly a caucasian women showed up at 12:18 and said “I am here for my 12:30 appointment”. She was allowed to go in. The 2 staff did not tell her that she needed to wait. I looked at them and they realized I was standing there waiting for no reason. I am posting a picture of the line. I am suggesting for cameras to be looked at. I could not come up with this! I finally got in, during my pick up time I asked staff for a different size in watch. Staff member informed me that it was a big process to give me a different size. To take the watch and that I had 14 days to return. Absolutely nothing went right on my visit to this store. The worse Apple experience I ever had. Never will I come back to this store. Apple I suggest you do mystery shoppers on the daily. Garbage store!By Xiomara Ramirez (4 months ago)I went into this store and was greeted enthusiastically and cordially. I had them answer some questions for me about both iPhone and MacBook Pro. My questions were answered fully and adequately. I was walked through increasing my iCloud storage in order to back my phone up to the cloud. We also looked at how much a new MacBook Pro with my desired specifications would be. That’s why I deducted a star, because the prices seemed astronomical, making it very difficult to upgrade my laptop. I have a 2012 MacBook Pro. It has gotten me a lot of mileage and helped produce some great music, but even after hours on the phone and in-store with Apple Support, it still runs very slowly and puts a dent in my effort to be creative and spontaneous. I hope I can save up the money to buy their new MacBook Pro, but that might not be for a while. In the meantime, I am stuck with a very slow computer and that is a challenge.By David Mesirow (9 months ago)Andy was extremely unhelpful and rude didn’t even care to ask for what color of the case I was looking for; instead, he decided to read the whole inventory of the store, of course, so that he could make his sell
I walked away without getting my husband his valentines gift.
Andy needs some more customer service training and actually
Ask for what the customer is looking for and NOT what
He wanted us to buy.By Raylson Weatherford (11 months ago)Very helpful staff, came in for a trade-in for an iPhone 14 Pro Max and they explained all the questions and they were able to wait and verify that all your data was transferred from your old phone to the new one, (it took time, but make sure to make a back up of your pictures and videos at home because that’s the main thing that causes a lot of time transferring).By Erick Mejia (a month ago)

Extremely organized, clean and runs like a well oiled machine. We came in for an appointment we were seated right away, repair was made within an hour we were on our way. Very knowledgeable staffBy karyn Rodriguez (a month ago)The customer service was trash and they didn’t resolve my issue. Oh wait, they wanted me to buy a new iPad, because of no proof of purchase on my 2015 iPad mini. Let me just retrieve that receipt from seven years ago. How about fixing my iPhone since I do have apple care, but with the deductible, service fee of $29 for screen or back glass damage or $99 for other accidental damage, what’s the point? It’s best to have an appointment, but you will still have to wait, because it’s pure havoc every time you visit. To quote Bujee Springer, Apple Main Place will happily sell you the products, but refuse to fix it when you have a problem.By Miscellaneous Muzik (3 weeks ago)I love my MacBook Pro and was delighted with the service at Apple Main Place, where it received a new battery and keyboard for just $199 and now works and looks like brand new again. I was assisted quickly and efficiently (typically of Apple, the process is tightly controlled), both at my initial appointment with the Genius Bar, and two days later (!) when I dropped in to pick up my computer.
Apple technology is amazing and most of their products are beautiful and a joy to use, but like most global corps it’s also a voracious monster out to separate customers from as much of their money possible, by whatever means possible. This is worth noting because they pretend to be above the fray of ordinary business and somehow better than other companies. Buy if you love the products, as I do, but not for the false mystique that Apple has created around them.
By OneWorldAwakening (5 months ago)I’ve always had very good experiences at this particular location. I went yesterday and today with some things I needed assistance with and an associate by the name of Henry helped me and my family. He was so kind, informative and patient throughout the whole process. I had a lot of questions and concerns but he eased my mind and helped me every step of the way. I was very happy with his service and definitely recommend him for any help. Like I said I’ve always loved the staff at this location but I felt he went above and beyond.By Jasmine Martinez (a week ago)I went shortly after opening, the staff was super easy to chat with and efficient. I forgot the lady at the door who helped me, she was great. My technician Czar was super nice and efficient as well. My first time in an Apple Store, and I will be back certainly in the future!By Evan Mackey (2 months ago)

I went there couple of days ago regarding airpods. The guy who was attending people was generous. It took total 15 minutes to resolve the issue. My visit was good.By Prince Sharma (3 months ago)Went in with an Apple issue, was taken care of quickly and professionaly. My issue could not be resolved but it was clearly explained what happened and why!
Excellent and knowledgeable customer service!
By Ed Pizza (5 months ago)HORRIBLE sales support. I bought 3 new devices in 2 months. Sales folks are least interested in selling. For every question they say you can look specs online. Why would i come to store if i have to look everything online.By Chixago Xoxo (a month ago)It’s very bad service from Apple company.if i buy any device from any small company and the device still has warranty I have the right to trade this device with new one . I went yesterday to Apple Store in wood field mall and I met one man his name Tony and I explained to him my iPhone has many times is freeze , it doesn’t work well until I take off the SIM card then put it back ,my iPhone becomes has heat when I drive with GPS and for that reason I want to change it with new one because it’s still has warranty after 18 days no more warranty , he answered me we can’t trade it ,because all these problems from the carrier T mobile, and that is not true.I am disappointed with this company and no more to buy any product from Apple.By samer barakat (4 months ago)It was Jake who entertained me. I came here to buy an iPad pro11 and also to trade in my iPhone 13, I’m a fan of this guy he was so helpful, friendly and understanding kudos to him and the apple team for hiring and training him. Went there around 11am their opening time and was done in 10minutes that was so quick!By Syed Muhammad Hussain (4 months ago)

This is outdoor mall and across from Macy’s if you are looking for a parking. Be ready to walk a little though. I came for my appointment 15 mins late but lady put me back on waitlist. Wishing five mins I was called and resolved the situation. I came in with a phone purchased a year and since warranty included in that time period it was smooth.By Shabana Baig (2 months ago)Excellent service and very nice people. Quality you expect from Apple.By Evan Thompson (5 months ago)Came to purchase iPhone 12, we told an employee what we were looking for and they assigned someone else to assist us. When the second employee came over we confirmed that we wanted a 12 and they went to get it for us. They didn’t want to set up in store because we came in at 7:30 and they close at 9. We agreed to set it up at home, they didn’t hand us the box directly or ask if it was the correct phone they went right into processing the payment. It was all very rushed but we left thinking we had an iPhone 12 in our bag because it is what we asked for. Once we got home to set it up, we realized they had given us the wrong phone. While the price difference was not a very big deal, the customer service was very disappointing and at the end of the day we didn’t get the phone we asked for. We like to purchase our products in store because the employees are typically welcoming and offer great service. Unfortunately today was not it.By alondra romero (4 months ago)Their Genius Bar staff was outstanding in helping me with a complex issue. Aldo, especially, went above and beyond. I wish I asked all their names, because they all were great. My phone isn’t yet fixed, but I have a clear path to fixing the issue thanks to them. They rocked it so well that I give 5 stars even though it’s going to take another day or two!By John Ryan (a month ago)Was helped by Chris than Wayne. I had my battery replaced Chris assisted me and then I noticed scratches. Called Apple the next day and because they took pictures of your phone 📱 prior to taking it back they did notice my phone did not have those scratches and replaced my screen that day that’s when Wayne assisted me. These guys were amazing 🤩 also the other employees that came around and asked if I was being helped. I love their energy in the store. Yes it was crowded but the employees make you feel as though you are the only one there.By Jewel (3 weeks ago)

Good place, right next to River walk & from the river bridge Trump Tower can be seen. The place was crowded. They did not had all things in stock, sometimes it’s a model othetimes it’s color. Would prefer buying online, but can go in store to check out the product.
Taste. As a recent owner of Apple products, the store is new to me. I had heard of them, of course, but never experienced one. The attention to detail and good taste of the store is amazing. It felt very personal even thought I know it is a giant corporation running it. The service was very good even though the place was constantly busy. The location, on Michigan Ave in the Magnificent Mile and right on the Chicago River makes it practically a tourist location itself!! I think my favorite thing was that we were able to get exactly what we needed and felt like celebrities while we shopped!
Nice apple store windows all over hot love the prime Real estate here they are only apple that said 5 mins with out appt quick in & out it crazy city got like a million ppl but in Wellington fl at the mall @ Wellington green we can’t see smh 🤦🏾♂️ the Whole county had bout 460k ppl live in it the 2nd largest county in Florida
One of my favorite, Apple stores I love the architecture from the outside. It’s literally a huge MacBook lol On top of glass . Very busy locations but with breathe taking views since it’s by the river walk .
Planning on visiting one of the most iconic architectural city’s in North America, might as well stop by an Apple Store to experience their vision. This location is grandiose both inside and out! Funny thing, the roof looks like a giant iPad from outside.
