Great store. Clean. One of the largest in the surrounding area as I was told. Gets super busy.
Some of my business visits has gone well, others are a little painful, depends on which tech you get. Staffs are usually friendly and helpful.
Tech support is painful. The process and wait time is a mode killer, yes even with an appointment.
By Meng Thao (5 months ago)Typical Apple store. They seemed to have a lot of workers and we were asked twice if we needed help. We did as we found a watch band they had in display but of course they didn’t have on display.By John V (5 months ago)I had a wonderful experience at this store. Ellie (though this was short for a longer name) did a wonderful job with my parents setting on their phones, case and wallet. This young lady had patience and a wonderful personality – my parents were very happy with their experience.By Kenneth Van Dyke (4 months ago)The service in this store is beyond unprofessional. I understand when they are busy. I work with people, I know humans are not the easiest to work with. However, when there are literally over 20 employees chit chatting while you are waiting to be brought your phone back, now that is disappointing. It wasn’t until I had to flag another person down that they decided to finally bring me back my phone. Apple should be training their employees better.By Wandering Pharmer (a week ago)I called the Easton Apple Store to get a new MagSafe Power Adapter. The sales associate told me I could pay over the phone or make an appointment to come in to the store to get it. I chose to pay over the phone and then the associate set at time for me to come in and get it. I showed up at my designated time and my order was not ready. I called to speak to a manager who said they cannot do anything until I receive an email the order is ready for pick up. I was told the orders take awhile to process (despite being ordered directly at their store over the phone). I called again 5 hours after ordering the power adapter over the phone. I made an appointment to just come in and buy the adapter and it took less than 10 minutes but, somehow, the store was unable to just grab that and fill my phone order. Then, as I worked with the sales associate to cancel the first order, I was instructed that I had to sit in the store an additional 20 minutes to wait for the email that was supposed to be sent to me. That email was going to let me know the first order was ready for pick up. At that time, I was to let the sales associate would grab it, mark it as picked up, then, I could return it. Needless to say, the email didn’t come. Finally, after 30 minutes of waiting, I told a sales associate and they checked their system to show that my order was ready. Then, I had to wait for them to check it out to me. THEN, I was able to return it. This was so ridiculous because there should have been a process to cancel the order since it was not filled at the time. The sales associates in the store should be able to process a return much more quickly not over 6 1/2 hours.By Cathy Thompson (2 years ago)

Very customer service savvy! They open the door for you when you come and when you go. They make sure you’re headed in the right direction for whatever it is you are visiting for. If your phone or other apple product is in disrepair, they explain what is going on and how long it is expected to take. They were very helpful.By Deb Sims (10 months ago)Staff is crazy nice and they are very efficient. They run a great shop at this location. Handled my repair with ease and just from viewing interactions with customers who are clearly unfamiliar with technology…very patient. This will definitely be the Apple Store I visit for any and all apple related things.By Chris Petry (4 months ago)They didn’t replace my phone even though they should have, nut they were professional and kind in delivering their decision.
The Genius Bar hostess needed a trip to charm school, but a technician greeted me in less than three minutes.
The store was neat and orderly. Even though I was unhappy with their decision, I have to give them a high rating.By ROBERT TAKAC (4 months ago)The younger guy who sells specially iPhones here is absolutely rude. I’ve unfortunately bumped into him twice. The first time he rejected a iPhone 12 to iPhone 13 trade in straight up without explanation.Today I went to the store to purchase an iPhone to give to my mom as a birthday gift. Unfortunately this same guy was the sales rep I was assigned to. He asked me a bunch of questions like who am I buying it for. Do I want Apple care and so forth. I simply said it’s a gift for my mom and I don’t want Apple care. He then said “really you’re buying an iPhone for your mom??? And no Apple care?” And laughs at it. Then I said that I never needed to… knock on wood. And then after that statement I made, he said, “well they made differently”. Not sure if her referring to my mom or the phone, although I doubt that he was referring to the phone because Apple always advertise that the phone is made better every year…
Then after that the rep from the back brought out the iPhone. This young guy then took my money, went and got the receipt and returned to me slapping the receipt in front of me and slide the bag with the iPhone in it to me and walks away without a single word.
He needs to have manners and have proper customer service.
By Hiep Nguyen (a month ago)The store does not take phone calls so you get routed to someone who is working remotely from home that is part of the call team. That person then needs special permission in order to contact the store, so if you’re trying to reach the store you cannot call them period. I find this absolutely ludicrous because if I need to call them with information regarding a policy I can’t reach them and neither can the people who work in the call center. Absolutely ludicrous. They also don’t seem very interested in acknowledging whether or not you have a warranty because they would rather not follow through and uphold the warranty, they are purely money motivated which is the main issue with apple in general.By galmyorous (5 months ago)

Every time I go to this store, they end up taking money, they don’t work for Apple, they work to make their own franchise money. I tried to return a broken phone they gave me with my so called Apple care insurance. The guy found a dead spot on my screen, pressed it 8-10 times to make it pass. It was a intermittent screen not registering a touch. He just touched till it recognizes and passed it. Said I had to break it in store and pay again for another refurbished piece of junk. So I’m in the store he brings out a fake manager, she says same thing pay another 99 but first smash the phone or they won’t fix my problem. So I smash a phone I’d had less than 48 hours and walk out with another refurbished phone. This place is so bad if I could rate 0 I would. I also saw them lying to someone telling them their phone was bent, His proof was that it moved on the table when pressed opposite side of the camera that sticks out…. Total crooks!By Alexandria Michael (5 months ago)As all Apple stores, this place was packed with customers. I don’t know if that’s a good thing or a bad thing. Nevertheless, I was able to get in and out, with minimal delay, as I was only making accessory purchases and needed no assistance except to be checked out. So, this time, my experience was pleasant. I can only hope that it will be the same if I need to go back there for a repair, reboot, or other special request.By Morris Dr. Mo Redd (a month ago)Read the fine print they well fix your phone. But it better be in pristine condition. I have a 3 year old iPhone 11 pro max. And they said it had water damage on the inside. So we can’t fix it. Really on a water resistant phone. Right how about you show me proof of said water damage. Or call let me no this before you make me wast 2 hr of my time. But I get it your a corporation just wanted to make money. So it would be better to just get me a new phone 1100 dollar phone.By Darren Ditmer (4 months ago)Waist of time and money going to this store. I took a pair of air pod pros that have a warranty on them and they mailed them off and two days later I received the same ones in the mail saying there’s nothing they can do for them even though they look brand new and are under warranty. I have a second gen Apple Pencil I just called about instead of wasting time going there the pencil isn’t to old but it has damage done to the tip and they pretty much told me I could replace it for around $110 even thought there only $120 online. This place is horrible. Apple is a rip off.By A AR (5 months ago)I came in to swap out my charger because it completely went out on me. I was greeted kindly by the security guards and I had to walk to the back of the store to get assistance. All of the employees were sitting around the back left table on their phones on social media not wanting to assist any customers. I then approached the gentleman on the end whose name on his name tag read Eric and I asked if I could do my AppleCare and swap out my charger. He then responded and said we’re not doing that tonight you can buy one or you can come back at another time . Of course I did not go through with the purchase given how I was treated as I was exiting the store the security guard question why I didn’t end up getting when I come in for. I told him my customer service experience was not the greatest. As I was leaving Eric then shouted back at me and said maybe you should’ve came in sooner. It is crazy how much customer service has really declined the fact that he was a older gentleman you would think that he would at least still uphold the values of customer service prior to it’s decline.By Jasmine Mclaurine (a month ago)

My phone went from working great to not working at all overnight. I got to the Apple Store at 10:30. I was greeted warmly and quickly. My estimated wait time was spot on and I was paired up with D to help me. He was FANTASTIC. Kind, caring, thorough, and fun to be with for 2 hours. In the end, I sadly needed a new phone, but D helped me stay within my budget and got everything setup for me. It was a great experience.By Letoya Monteith (2 months ago)I went in when I stupidly was walking around without a case on my phone and it fell in a bush and the screen cracked. I also had some water damage as a result because I couldn’t go in right away. They told me they’d make an attempt to fix it, open it up and look at it. So I shopped around with my mom, and came back an hour later. They weren’t able to fix it unfortunately but thanks to apple care it only costed $100 to replace. I love that they offer this service. Saved me a lot of money if I had to buy a whole new phone outright. People complain about the time it takes. Simple solution, don’t go when you have a bunch of stuff to do and places to be. Having a phone is basically a necessity these days, give the staff a chance to do their job the way they’re supposed to. It’s their protocol to try and fix the device if possible or at least take a look at it. Which makes sense to me to avoid sending out new products if there was a chance they could repair the issue.By Shannen Sharpless (4 months ago)After having a damaged phone replaced under apple care I had the representative tell me I had a carrier SIM card issue. When I went back to my carrier we attempted 5 SIM cards. They all failed and resetting my phone locked it out. Upon calling apple the next day they escalated a ticket on the phone and left it alone. It wasn’t until I went back into the store that a Verizon phone rep was able to show the issue to an apple rep thru me physically altering the SIM cards in front of them. After that it took a 2 hr repair to fix the phone. All in all I wasted $90 in gas, $99 in repairs, 4 hrs of driving, 4 hrs of phone calls 3 hrs in Verizon, and 6 hrs at the Apple Store. I remained polite and their compensation was a screen protector (though I had one to use at home). Terrible customer service at this store, reps don’t listen, managers have absolutely no power to assist further. Hopefully customer service makes a change as I was stuck here until the mall closed. Finally after calling customer support the best solution was air pods for my missed work and wasted time. Absolutely the worst customer service.By Anthony Barni (2 months ago)I went in super excited to switch to Mac.
Staff was impatient and not willing to share their product knowledge. I felt like I kept asking the same questions in a different way to understand all the different features. All they wanted yo do was “close” the sale and snap out short mumbley answers. The experience was frustrating and disappointing at best. I also HATE when young techies are condescending about the features I want and or use everyday. Just because Apple doesn’t support something doesn’t make it invaluable.$2,800 later and I’m not excited about the order that is going to take 3 weeks.
I spend money on quality products and Great experiences. I hope the quality lives up to its reputation, because the experience left me frustrated and not excited about my purchase.
By Medina Centre for Dance Art (2 weeks ago)it’s okay, i’ve definitely had better service in an apple store before. upon waking in, i was not greeted by anyone, although several employees walked past me and just gathered around to talk and whatnot instead of helping of even saying anything. i went to the back since i had an appointment and was asked if i’d checked in, just to tell them i hadn’t since nobody spoke to me. from that point on, the service was phenomenal, i was treated well and helped quickly with my issues and left the store with the problem resolved..other than the lack of customer service skills for the employees on the floor, this store wasn’t too bad.By J. Made and appointment online for 6:40 and, despite it being very busy, was with a tech within 10 minutes. Isabella was awesome and really went above and beyond to diagnose our device. Unfortunately it couldn’t be repaired but thank goodness for the Apple Care extended warranty! Brand new device at no additional cost. Overall great experience. Would definitely recommend this location and Isabella!
This mall is amazing. I was shopping so hard they closed. Lol!
Back was cracked made an appointment to have it replaced. In its vaguest form I was told there was some “ internal hardrware issues” and my total was 500 dollars in repairs. Come on guys stop upselling it’s 29.99 with my warranty. I said I I’d pass and proceeded to walk out. This will be my last iPhone!!!
Torn on this review because my overall experience was great until the end. Brought my phone in to get my Face ID replaced under my warranty. Great customer service and was helped minutes after my scheduled appointment. Upon receiving my now fixed iPhone 13 I noticed external damage that was not present when I gave my phone to them. Luckily the nice woman that originally helped me had taken notes of the condition of my phone prior to the appointment. They ended up replacing the entire housing free of charge which was awesome. Great staff and excellent service but whoever the technician was that thought I wouldn’t notice the damage they caused is the reason there is a 3 stars and not 5. 5 hours of waiting to get one part fixed was a little outrageous. Overall decent experience.
After numerous mobile phone stores failed us, the apple store saved the day and Christmas! My son will be very excited to be able to use his first phone. We were in and out pretty quickly considering that there was about 75 people in the store. The staff was excellent
