It was very messy in here. There were things on the floor and lots of clothes were unfolded. There was also just one person checking out in front of us and we had to wait such a long time to check out until another employee finally came to help us.By Isabelle W (4 months ago)Wow… got here right at 11. I finally just left with out my selection of items. There were 2 employees at the registers. Each only serviced one person in the entire time I was waiting. I will not be returning. If you don’t have a receipt you can only get exact item…if they don’t have your size too bad. They won’t help and get you the product. You can’t get in store credit. Very very unfriendly and so slow. Not sure how they are in business. Not worth shopping there. You don’t have a receipt they treat you like a criminal. Corporate says that’s their policy. Three staff in store, only one working the register. Waited in line for 15+ minutes to check out for 1 item. Allowed customer to use multiple of their rewards so that after they rang up all their items, the transaction was cancelled because only so many can be used at one time. Then waited for the same customer to have their purchases rang up in multiple transactions.
Either clearly post your rewards policy or just let people do whatever they want.
I will never go to this store again and wouldn’t recommend it.
Was in here yesterday. Two girls were at the register took well over 15 mins for them to check out two people. I waited for twenty minutes I eventually put everything back and left. I love this store but the way it’s running it’s gonna close soon. Retail better stop doing this or theirs gonna be monstores left cause it’ll all be online.
This place is trash. I went to the children’s place in MOA with my baby who is 3 months old and breastfed. They would not let me use one of their two fitting rooms to nurse him when I had asked. I got the response “yeah, sorry. I think there’s a room you can nurse in on the 1st floor somewhere” I was blown away. I was going to browse but after that absolutely not. So as my child is screaming we walked down the hall to Abercrombie & Fitch where they had no problem letting me nurse in their fitting room.
Extremely dirty, unorganized place. Clothes all over the floors.
Wow. Employees just ignore you when you walk in. Needed to ask for help and even that was a lackluster response
