Wow. Employees just ignore you when you walk in. Needed to ask for help and even that was a lackluster responseBy Ryan Collier (4 months ago)Three staff in store, only one working the register. Waited in line for 15+ minutes to check out for 1 item. Allowed customer to use multiple of their rewards so that after they rang up all their items, the transaction was cancelled because only so many can be used at one time. Then waited for the same customer to have their purchases rang up in multiple transactions.
Either clearly post your rewards policy or just let people do whatever they want.
I will never go to this store again and wouldn’t recommend it.
By Tabitha Spike (4 years ago)Extremely dirty, unorganized place. Clothes all over the floors.By Alexandra Tabakov (5 months ago)Was in here yesterday. Two girls were at the register took well over 15 mins for them to check out two people. I waited for twenty minutes I eventually put everything back and left. I love this store but the way it’s running it’s gonna close soon. Retail better stop doing this or theirs gonna be monstores left cause it’ll all be online.By Alexandra J (3 years ago)This place is trash. I went to the children’s place in MOA with my baby who is 3 months old and breastfed. They would not let me use one of their two fitting rooms to nurse him when I had asked. I got the response “yeah, sorry. I think there’s a room you can nurse in on the 1st floor somewhere” I was blown away. I was going to browse but after that absolutely not. So as my child is screaming we walked down the hall to Abercrombie & Fitch where they had no problem letting me nurse in their fitting room.By Taylor Leyk (3 years ago)

I love the prices of the clothes. My son grows out of them so fast. What I don’t like is every time I go into this store, it is a complete mess! I see a few employees working but I rarely see any actually folding the clothes, or straightening up. The racks are jam packed and it’s impossible to find anything. I had gone to get my son school clothes and to look at outfits for my niece and nephew who are twins. I found some really cute outfits for them online. I had hoped, when I went to the store they had some of the matching outfits. I didn’t see anything that was online, in the store. I settled for two outfits, I checked the prices on the scanner in the back. Both rang up at $13 and change. When I got to the register one rang up at what it was in the back. The second was $19.98. When I asked the sales person about the price difference. I was met with attitude by him and by another employee. I can’t shop in a place that is a mess all of the time, the employees except for only one I’ve met are rude and unhelpful.By Leslie Snoots (a year ago)They have a racist working here! Her names destiny I know from personal experience never would shop here againBy V Campos (a month ago)They open at 11 am and by 11:30 already have an attitude with customer. We can all understand having a tone and keeping things professional, but as one who works with customers on the daily, it wasn’t the right attitude. If you don’t like helping people when they have an issue and address you in a proper way…I suggest another job ma’am. My problem was solved but the awkwardness and attitude was just not itBy Evelyn Hernandez (a year ago)My wife and I just walked out of the store. They had signs up in many places saying $5.99 basic denim. Also had signs saying 7.99. When my wife asked about the price signs they clerk said they were all out of the 5.99 . We went ahead and picked out 5 pair and went to pay for them. My wife politely told the clerk that they should take down all 6 signs about the 5.99 that it is confusing. Not once did the clerk apologize about the miss communication or agree with the mistakes. Like I told her had the clerk once apologized we may have bought them anyways. But to just continue ringing and asking about our email and not showing any customer service attitude I would rather go elsewhere even pay more for our purchases. A simple apology can go a long way.By James Maddox (4 years ago)Great prices and cute clothes! Really can’t beat the prices especially with the credit card they give you a 30% off your 1st purchase. I bought 35 items and only paid $210! I bought both my kids all their winter clothes including coats!By Amanda A (4 years ago)

We tried to return a pair of shoes with the brand new shoes and receipt shortly after purchasing it. They denied any returns unless the product had the tags. It doesn’t matter if we had the receipt and the item from the day before. It doesn’t even fit my son, and now I’m stuck with a pair of shoes that were overpriced to begin with and do not even fit my son. I asked to exchange them for another pair, and any reasonable store would gladly exchange with a receipt. But the woman behind the counter very angrily said no we don’t do returns without the tag or exchanges. We asked for the manager because surely there must be something they could do to make it right. But no. This location has rude customer service, and all they care about is money.
Needless to say I will never shop at any of these locations again. I’m out the cost of these expensive baby shoes and the shoes themselves.
Horrible customer service and a waste of money and time.
Happy holidays
By Everett Tucker (2 years ago)Only giving top marks and a big thank you to the associates in the Grand Junction store location! After placing an online order that kept me updated, and telling me my order shipped, then was cancelled, then my bank account wouldn’t be debited, then my account was debited, then it would be possibly a week before my bank was credited back my funds; the associates in Grand Junction assisted me in getting everything straightened out!
Word of caution… shop local! Online shopping may not be the convenient, time saving method we’re led to believe! I’ll continue shopping Children’s Place, but only in the store! Thank you again to the staff there!By Diana Hurst (3 years ago)They deserve 0 stars. I walked past 3 employees with my son holding my drink so I could tend to my infant. My kids needed clothes. I left without buying anything because a very rude employee kicked my 11 year old out because of a drink he was just holding. Your employees should be nicer. I deserve an apology and your company doesn’t deserve my businessBy Daphne Barnes (2 years ago)The only time I will go into this store here in Grand Junction is when the manager is there. Otherwise the employees are more interested in there friends that are there or there cell phones. My children’s size they don’t even carry in store you are supposed to order it online which I’m not doing so they lost business there as well, but when I went into the store trying to find some jeans for them it was me and the employee and she didn’t say a word to me the entire time. I told my children to head to the fitting room we got there door is locked she just stood behind the desk I finally just left.By Abby (3 years ago)I love shopping at The Children’s Place! I am only giving them one star because of the awful customer service I received, when trying to use my place cash. The cash wouldn’t scan and a lady that works there said they couldn’t take it if it doesn’t scan. I said, “It just became available to use today,” and another lady (presumably the manager) said, “Yeah, but you can use them online.” I guess that was an insinuation it wouldn’t work because I had already used it online. Funny… maybe they should check to make sure their employees aren’t writing down the numbers and giving them to family members… So rude and humiliating!By Melinda Bowen (6 years ago)

$30 shoes peeling after 5 hours of wear indoors. I called Monday, the day it happened, and they said they would honor an exchange. I called today an hour before I planned to go up there to confirm the exchange, and they said they remembered my call from Monday and to come on up. When I showed up the manager Maggy went back on her word, said she could not resell them in current condition and said I could not exchange. You cannot say twice you will exchange and then not honor it when I arrive. Drove up specifically for that, only to be turned away. Waste of gas and time. My first and last experience with The Children’s Place. Cheaply made clothing and unprofessional management. Will not be shopping there again, but will be formally filing a complaint with the company.By Jo (2 months ago)Love the clothes and pricing and if I can’t find it here the online shopping with free shipping is a life saver. Makes great presents sent to family and friends! Thank you.By Brittany Mcdaniel (8 months ago)My twin grand babies received adorable shoes and sweater that didn’t fit for their 2nd birthday. We went into return and exchange items ans were told we could get no refund without original card. No mention of gift card or pick something else out.
I had the twins with me, and I them sit on the little shelf under the counter. They were being good. An associate walked past us and addressed them “Could you please not?”.
They are 2 years old, I’m right there, address the adult. Horrible customer service! They clearly got their money from the card or it wouldn’t have cleared. I’ll never shop there and I will be contacting the manager. Update-manager made things right and was very amiable. She said she would speak to the associates.By Tina Segers (2 years ago)The woman that checked us out yelled at my son whom just turned 5 because he put a price tag he found on the floor in the hole on counter. She repeated as nasty as she could 3 TIMES “THAT IS NOT A TRASH” Her eyes were like daggers…poor kid was traumatized and went to car and cryed. No one should ever treat a child like this especially at a children’s store! We will not be back. Next time Target or walmart.By Carrie DiCarlo (a year ago)the prices were in no comparison to Ross4less or other local stores. I could not find what I was looking for and my visit was okay. I thought ítems we over- priced & my hopping experience was ok…By Odette Marie Moronez (3 years ago)

That’s it for our list of the best family activities in Montana! If you have any arguments or additional information, please leave a comment. We love to hear from our readers. And don’t forget to check out some of the other posts on our blog for more travel inspiration. Happy beachcombing!
This place is wonderful- not just for kids but adults too. We took our son here for the first time and we interacted with the areas as well! We ended up getting the annual pass. More places should have things like this for kids. The staff was helpful and friendly also. There’s different areas for kids to learn and explore without knowing they’re doing it!
My kiddo loves going to the summer camps here. They are affordable and I feel as if she is learned quality information at the same time.
I almost gave them 4 stars after I volunteered to make them a dinosaur and they picked a pink Trex. But, I won’t. 😉
My grandchildren love this place! Their excitement and joy is like sitting next to a warm campfire. I love watching them become completely engrossed in an exhibit, as their imagination takes them into exotic, fun-filled places. The staff is professional, courteous and always cheerful. Can’t wait to go again!
I genuinely feel the Children’s Museum is one of the greatest gems Great Falls has to offer for our youth and community. I discovered the Children’s Museum in 2016 when my son was 2 and I wish I had found it prior!! He is now 7 and we still enjoy attending. It provides a fun environment for kids of all ages to play and learn. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and it is obvious the love and attention they pour into that place!
Terrific play place! My kids (2&4) could have played all day long if we’d had the time. We are visiting from
Calgary, wish we had something like this at home! Absolutely fantastic, do not miss if you have children to entertain!
