Store hours are listed as closes at 7pm on the website, but one of the representatives said that they’re supposed to close the door at 6:50 pm. You should consider changing store hours, so people don’t have to rush out of work to make it right before 7 to then find the doors closed. Worst experience ever. And I asked to speak to the store manager and she was worst. They are lazy and don’t know the meaning of customer service. If corporate or someone in a high position for children’s place sees this review. I’d love to speak to someone. And from what I could see, I’m not the only person that had a problem with this specific branch. If I went to marshalls or dsw I could find a quality pair of shoes for 30 bucks needless to say I will never buy cheap expensive shoes from them ever again. The selection is ok which is why I gave them one star. The only reason why I’m giving such a low rating is the staff. One of the staff members was extremely rude to a co-worker who was either new and made a mistake. She talked down to her in front of customers and rolled her eyes at her. It was extremely mean. I have daughters and I would never allow anyone to speak like that to them anywhere not even their workplace. I felt so bad for this young lady who looked so sad but continued to work and take customers at the register. Managers, do better with your staff. And if that lady was the manager, well then someone else needs to be called to handle that. I simply adore this brand.
The Children’s Place is one of my favorite stores to stop by and shop for amazing clothes with added sparkles.
Unlike many of its counterparts, this store located in aviation plaza is super tidy and neat.
I suppose it was the issue on this particular day that The checkout counter was weirdly slow. There were just 2 people ahead of us in line and it took more than 20 minutes to process.

Wanna get ripped of and unprofessionalism this is your place. Waited on a long line because the one cashier was too busy having convo with a customer and going through the cutomer’ s phone to get a coupon. Then a woman cuts the line in front of me because she made the line before and got off the line to continue shopping and that’s okay according to the cashier. Then I get charged regular price for something that was on sale. When I mention it, the cashier tells me that’s online price only. Don’t waste your time and money in this dump.
Manager is a freaking bit***, I didn’t see the sign that says do not try shoes, and I was trying the shoes on my little one, and from far away she yell at me like I’m an animal, so I told her in another word you are telling me to buy they shoes, try them outside to see if they fit her and then return them, her answer was yes. Well no bit**** I not spending money on, without checking if the shoes fit. I think her name is Genesis.
It’s 7:40 and they’re not letting anyone in and the website says closes at 8p….corporate should really look into it because they are losing money and customers for false advertising the store hours. Just advising.

I ordered online and the size was not fit,
In their website they said ” you can return in any location”
I went to two stores but they didn’t accepted and they said you have to ship the item and pay for shipping!
It is not acceptable!
The cashier was very rude and unprofessional not only did she leave the customers unattended to go outside she came at me with an attitude because I wasn’t standing where she wanted on the line to pay
