I liked the variety of brands as well as the current sale. I couldn’t believe they had Gymboree clothes! It was busy but the line went quickly. The lady at the register was very patient with me when I changed my mind about getting their credit card once I had already started the process. She was professional and opened another register while I was entering my information.By Sandra Savage (2 months ago)Drove 25 min to get here. The store itself was well kept (for the most part ) walked in and the manager is schooling one of her employees on what to say to customers as they walk in. Offer promotions etc and the proceeds to actually acknowledge the fact that my children and I were standing right there. Then practices what she just told her employee to do. You could cut the tension in that store with a knife. We shopped for a bit and the manger was always 10 feet away or less as if she were waiting on my kids and I to steal something. Upon cashing out there was another gentleman and I. As the manger walked up she gets on her walkie and promptly scolds the employees for not making themselves available to the register. I am a GM for a retail store and they way she handled both of those situations not only should have been in private but she could have spoken to them with some actual respect. They do not carry two packs of any items in store so be prepared to pay the full price. I would give 4 stars based on appearance of front half of the store. The back half was a disaster and if I could give the manager 0 stars I would.By Christina Wood (5 months ago)The store is a mess especially in the toddler section. Clothes are not folded and hard to find sizes and i was in there the first hour of opening. Store just looks a mess. I came in to exchange uniform clothes for a bigger size as my first year pre schooler had a growth spurt. Was told good luck finding that by the store manager. After 30 – 40 mins I found my items. Went to the register to what I thought would be a simple exchange as I had the receipt. Boy was I wrong. I was told the items have to be returned then a new order made. Very time consuming when you could simply return the items and then ring up the new items in the same transaction. Anyways after I returned all the items and the rude manager (the way she talks to customers and employees is ridiculous) rung up the new items while I got online to get a new coupon because she couldn’t just do a simple exchange. The coupon wouldn’t work said I had to call customer service to use the coupon and get a refund. She knew all this time their system didn’t work why couldn’t she just override my 20% off as she is looking right at the valid coupon. Or again why couldn’t this just been one transaction as a simple exchange? Instead the manager talks to you like you are dumb and saying “you can do and pay however you want but you have to call customer service.” Manager needs better customer service skills, store needs a better and faster return/exchange system. They need a larger location or to get rid of some of the tables to have racks for more space. Fold the clothes not just at the entrance but the back of the store too.By Jessika Turner (4 months ago)It’s located next to Brow Bar
Surrounded by or walkable to various stores (Amazon Style, Jeni’s ice cream 🍨, Mac cosmetics , Northface , Lego giraffe 🦒)
Good place to view at night with Christmas/New Year decoration lights
Summer/Fall is good as well to do window shopping and walk around
Enjoy shopping !!
By Rajavel Selvaraj Ganesan (a week ago)I called to get the location and the lady was rude. She had no clue where her store was located.
Being in Easton we typically have to park and walk so i wanted a general idea of where it was, being it is end if December and freezing.
No one wants to drive around or walk in circles. This young woman could use a lesson in customer service and know what’s around her for safety.By AK Y (2 weeks ago)

Terrible customer service. Worst ever. I will never order from them again!By Lisa Vancleve (2 weeks ago)Called multiple times today 1:20pm, and was hung up on after 1st ring with no answer.
Member answered after and said they would not check to see if an item is in stock, I would have to come in.
Edit: 11/3/21
Tried calling in to return online order to ask if confirmation email was sufficient. No one answering phones again, they pick up then hang up.
I cannot leave a review for the online store, but here is my awful 0 star review.
Ordered bday shirts which site said multiple times would arrive the 28th. They did not process items till days later, so, no it did not arrive when stated. Called online service, they said no, it’s on time even it arrives after the day stated (also spoke to manager). I not intelligently bought an identical order to get here in time, paid for Rush Shipping, said shipment would get here by 29th when I paid extra money, nope, arrived the 1st. Called in and of course, even though I paid extra to arrive by day that they stated, they said no, it still arrived in time. I expect when I pay $20 more for a guaranteed shipment day to get it on time, or if at worst, only a day after. Online Managers did not give a refund of shipping, offered a 25% off coupon that I could easily get by signing up for emails instead.
Because of that fiasco, I was returning unopened items to physical store that does not answer calls. Yup.By Kris Levi (a year ago)I have ordered from here twice, each time I have been disappointed because their customer service is bad. I never get my stuff when I am supposed to . They never have a excuse they really don’t care because they give you a hard time from the beginning . They tell you the orders are processed right away if that is true why does it take so long to receive it. They need to do better but I will not be a customer any longer. Signed Nakia BBy amiera b (4 years ago)We have never received good customer service here… not even from the Mgr, and that speaks volume. I just walked out today bc we asked if they price matched their website. They said yes, I mentioned that the store offered more colors they said I can only get the 1 color offered online ( fine no biggie their sales lost at the EOD) then even the mgr knew about the promo, they refused to honor it until I brought it up on my cell, problem was it was a dead zone in this mall and my web browser wouldn’t work even w wifi, I showed them the issue they still refused.
P’D OFF BIG TIME jerks!!!!!!!!By Nunca solo en Este mundo (4 years ago)If I could give them zero starts, I will. But since I cannot, I gave them a start. Horrible customer service!By Mz. Tish (5 years ago)

This store has sadly went downhill fast.. I have shopped here for years, with all 3 of my daughters but the prices now are absurd, I picked up a pack of shorts the other day that were originally $64.99 I thought it was a joke, it really wasn’t …. I’ve never had much money which is why this was my go to place… The price point was low but the quality was great …. Now, the price point is outrageous & the clothes aren’t even cute like they used to be. Not to mention I’ve been trying to order the Halloween black cat shirt, it’s been out of stock everyday when I check … I’ve asked if they could put me on a list so I know when they’ve been restocked & I was told they couldn’t do that. Well when a shirt is 6.99 it’s not going to stay on the shelf very long because it’s so cheap, especially when it’s a Halloween shirt .. I know times are tough but they need to reconsider what they are doing before they start losing more customers… Lower the cost, and keep your products restocked at all times. Don’t go weeks before getting it back in knowing it will sell out just as quick as you put it out… Order more than enough product so everyone has a chance of purchasing!!By Jennifer Lynn (4 months ago)I used to love this place, but the selection the last 2 years has been awful. The options for girl shirts are horrible. If your daughter is not obsessed with pink, unicorns or black girls on their clothes, there is nothing for them. I suggest having a unisex section or something. The only thing worth it is the jeans prices when on sale. Won’t be shopping here anymore.By Laura Mercer (5 months ago)Very helpful and alot of things on sale.By Chris Bracken (4 years ago)Absolutely love this store from the prices to employees to the quality of clothing only suggestion is that this particular location needs to expand there store size the bump and grind gets to be a bit much sometimes.By Jordan Milburn (3 years ago)You sent me someone else’s order and my wife and I have tried calling and emailing for the last 10 days with no success in being able make this right.By Will Staufer (2 years ago)

First of all Soumaia, you need to understand a thing called sales and price matching.
Customers can price match with the website to get some items cheaper. Online sales is always going to be cheaper to some extent. But feel welcome to price match in all the stores in the world. It’s a practice that has been in retail for years. Hope this information helps.By Anonymous Review (3 years ago)Be aware the price in the store more expensive 30% plus than online handbag 14.99$ online 9$By Soumaia Sheikh (3 years ago)Long sleeve choices are same as last years nothing newBy M D (a year ago)I love the deals and how well the store is kept up, very clean. I shop here because my daughter loves it. It’s never a perfect visit and signage is messed up on something I’m buying (like every time). I do NOT think you should have a table that says jeans for $11.99 etc, and then place several piles of exempt jeans on that table, like anywhere on that table. I don’t even want them on the floor under the table. Put the exempt pants on other side of the store. It’s a tactic and practice that needs to stop.
My last visit the two ladies at front were pleasant and very professional. But one of the girls towards middle/back of store was unbelievable! I learned real quick not to ask for her assistance. Why not? Because her boyfriend was visiting and had brought her a large cup of Starbucks. ( and he had obviously bathed in a bottle of Old Spice). She continually folded and refilled clothing to look busy why kissing her boyfriend or him grabbing her bottom. At one point the clothing racks she was fussing with were lined up blocking anyone from getting to fitting room. I had to say “excuse me” pretty loud to use the only aisle that was available because her boyfriend was standing their kissing her neck in that aisle.
Finally at check out, the two up front were very busy with helping people, I stood at register for close to five minutes when I tried waving to the Children’s Place Vixen to come check us out. Nope, she yelled to front of the store for other girl to stop helping a group of ladies and come check us out. Clearly she’s a shift manager or something, because no one said anything to her. It was ridiculous and highly unprofessional.
Came into the store trying to return some items that were given as gifts to my child. I learned we couldn’t without a receipt we could only exchange, no problem didn’t have what I needed to exchange for the exact item in different size or color asked the manager for help as to what I would look for next if this was not available I was told “look at the tag” & walked away. since I walked into the store no type of welcome no type greeting & when asked about returning managers was completely rude & had no intention of helping me. Worst customer service I’ve seen coming from a MANAGER & the other staff was completely no help either …
I went in the store on Wednesday, January 1, 2020 and it was not a great experience. First off, we weren’t even greeted or welcomed when we entered the store. Second, the store is over crowded with items so you can barely move through the store. They need a bigger space or they need to remove some products. Third, I tried to return some items my mother-in-law got from the Tuttle Mall location, only to be told we couldn’t use our gift receipt because Tuttle Mall was on an old system. As a customer it was very inconvenient to be told I would have to return with the original receipt or go back to Tuttle. As I explained to the woman/manager as she called herself, Tuttle didn’t have a great selection since most of their clothing was sold out. I also expressed to her it wasn’t her fault it was the company’s, but that I would not be returning because like everyone else, I have to work! She proceed to ask if all my items were mine. I asked if she was trying to say we stole the products. She proceeded to be rude and keep talking so words were exchanged. She called the cops as if to scare us, and we were told not to return to the store. She has now caused the company a loyal customer whose family has spent thousands of dollars with the company. I will also be filing a complaint for discrimination because her actions were unacceptable. BLACK BUYERS BEWARE IF YOU SHOP THIS LOCATION!
Very disappointed with the overall shopping experience. Was not greeted or even acknowledged by the two woman working behind the counter and we were the only ones in the store. When my mother asked a question about sizing, they laughed before providing a snarky response. I have only heard bad things about this location and it was all confirmed tonight. Atrocious customer service.
I had received some cute gifts for my baby from this place so I wanted to get some more similar items. I didn’t want to take him into the mall, so I was happy to see a location not in a mall. It is so difficult to get a stroller through there it made it really hard to shop. The baby stuff is at the back of the store and there’s only one way to get there with a stroller, which is past the register where there was a line of people. Then when you finally get to the baby section, you can’t get the stroller to most of the clothing bc everything is so close together. And I would never want to leave my baby unattended, but especially not while an older very hyper child was in the store. I usually shop at carters and I’m used to the baby stuff being at the front of the store and there being so much more space to freely move around and find what I need.
