  1. Store was disgusting! Clothes everywhere! The manager was very rude and refused to honor a coupon code that was clearly valid. I will not return and I advise everyone to do the same. Unless you want to wait in line for 15 minutes to check out because the manager said it’s “not his job.” Or unless you want to walk all over piles and piles of clothes ridden in dirt because no one knows how to clean up in the back of the store, only the front. Disgusting.

  2. Very rude manager I went in there the other night and spent about 2 hours in that store they were closing and we were checking out not to mention I’m a mother of 4 little girl ages 6 2 1 1 /2 and a 4 month old and as we were check out my 18 month old pulled a few shirt off the rack my oldest daughter went to get her the manager picked the shirt my daughter apologized and was attempting to pick up her young sisters shirts she knock of the shelf. Before my daughter could get to them the manager got very horrible attitude with my daughter stating she can’t go home because my daughter knocked a few shirts off the shelf and I spent$500 that night. Do disgusted when the managers behavior and had to explain to my daughter that not all people are nice like they should be because she kept questioning why that lady was mean why she was being nice trying to help and that her sister is still learning not to do that. Like I said horrible manager should not be allowed to work there no need for someone like that to be around children

  3. Possibly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever witnessed. My wife and daughter headed to fitting rooms to try on a dress only to find a barrier placed across the doorway (with that belt and pole system). We ask a sales associate “Hey, what’s with the barrier? Are there alternate rooms?” She says “No, the dressing rooms are right there”, pointing at the blocked doorway. She then simply walks away. We follow and say again “Uh…what’s with the border? Can we not try on these clothes?” Sales associate responds, “Oh, we close that off when we close at 9”. We say, “But it’s only 840, you don’t close for 20 minutes”. Sales associate just stares blankly as crickets chirp in the distance…Wife goes over to manager and has some heated words about roping off dressing rooms 20 minutes early. The manager looks her right in the face and blankly says “We block those at 9 when we close.” Wife responds, “But we still have 20 minutes.” Manager continues to stare blankly as coyotes howl in the distance…
Obviously, we just walked out. I never seen a group of retail employees that cared less.

  4. I was told I would receive a 30% discount off my order of $190 if i got the credit card. I got approved but did not receive the discount as promised. The cashier told me to call customer service and get it taken off my balance.

After calling, customer service said the cashier should have put in the discount, and now they could not fix it. After arguing with them, they gave me 6 days to use a 30% discount on a future order. I no longer have an additional $190 to spend and get my original discount. This 6 day discount is completely worthless to me being that the closest store is 1.5 hours away and 30% off $40 is not the same value as 30% off $190! Ignorant cashiers and careless reps on the phone.

I liked this place until I order clothes for my daughter. I ordered a size XX-large she was turning 10 (size12-14), the shirt was smaller than my sons shirt that was a medium. She can’t even fit the shirt. I can’t believe they would send me that.
She can fit my adult small shirts, and believe me her shirt was smaller than that. This was is good for toddler and small kids but other than that nope!

This was my first experience with Children’s Place in years since my grandchildren are now adults. I had a great time shopping there with my friend oh, the selection was really great and I thought that the prices were fantastic. The staff was so good until it made me want to work there. Keep up the good work Children’s Place.

I ordered from the online a month ago, and have not received my order. When I went online and tried to email them an inquiry about my order, using the email link on their website, the email bounced back! Are they even still in business????

Checkout was crazy, otherwise duper cute clothes… kinda pricey. Not well organized clearance racks
