45 day return policy….even with a receipt. Not a whole lot of time when you live over an hour away from a store and it’s winter time. I will hesitate to buy anything again unless it will for sure fit my kids. The clerk was not interested in accommodating a guest. Disappointed consumer.
Consistent in not acknowledging customers. I was the only customer in the store and the two employees had no interest in even seeing if they could help me. One was even on her phone while i was in the store.
I did a little walk through of this place. I never bought anything and didnt have the intention to because I dont have kids but I had never been in one of these stores so I wanted to check one out. It was pretty cool.
Decent place. Plenty of offers. Staff are super nice
They have a lot of good clothing options but they go up to size 16 and my boy seems to be too big now for anything they have there sadly. My daughter on the other hand, I think more than half her wardrobe comes from here. Pleasant shopping experience
