  1. Was trying to buy jewelry. Noone was in this section. The jewelry dept employee was in shoe dept asleep. I asked 5 people for help. Everyone acted like they hated being here. This is unbelievable and a joke. Worst Walmart experience ever. I woke her up myself and she proceeded to help me with an attitude. Guess I woke her up too early….Smdh

  2. Worst Walmart ever. Many things are out of stock, unorganized, you will never spend less than 20 min at check out, Ridiculous long lines.

  3. I waited in line on Saturday, Dec. 31, for 50 minutes to purchase 5 small food items! I was on the Self-serve line, and the cash register was faulty!! There was no worker in that section. Apparently they were very short staffed! And there had to be at least 1,000 customers in the store.
On my way out, through the garden center that contained about 80 large patio grills, I told that worker that I smelled gas, probably a gas leak. I had to tell him to call a manager, because the building could explode!! He said he didn’t smell any gas! He was only concerned about checking receipts!

  4. If I could give zero stars, I would. I lug a large piece of furniture in for a return that I have already started on-line. All I need to do is drop it off & have the bar code scanned. I struggle to get it into the store since the carts are not designed for something this large. I make my way to “Customer Service” only to discover the lights are off & shopping carts are lined up blocking the entrance. I search for someone who can assist. That was an effort in futility. I couldn’t even find an employee that spoke English. This all occurred at 7:00pm on a Saturday, a time when absolutely the customer service counter should be open. My days of shopping at Walmart are over.

This Walmart has to be the worst Walmart IN AMERICA. The store is absolutely filthy, all the prices are wrong, expired meat and dairy on the shelves, associates smoking weed in the parking lot, no carts. CLOSE THIS WALMART DOWN!!!

I am deeply disturbed how my legally blind with his folding cane and disabled brother was harassed, embarrassed and accused of shoplifting at this location. He made 2 purchases, one for $80 and the other for $27. The smaller purchase was for cat food. He feeds feral and abandoned cats. The cat food wasn’t bagged so the lady at the entrance demanded he produce a receipt. He showed where he made the 2 purchases on his bank account, but she refused to accept it. She had them check the video to see if he paid for it. He was made to wait for hours while they were doing this research. Finally they calculated and determined the cat food would equal $27. This is totally unacceptable to treat an elderly, disabled person like this. It’s a violation of the ADA act among things. We are now seeking legal advice, because he’s traumatized and no one should be treated like this ever!

I want to thank Alex and Elijah for an EXCEPTIONAL shopping experience and GREAT customer service while they were working self-checkout yesterday! These two young men were pleasant, respectful, and showed a sense of urgency! I have told more than 10 family and friends about my experience! Thanks again Alex and Elijah!

I can tell any good dedicated workers leave notnlong after they start if they have other options. Employers tend to look very miserable and sometimes even bored. It can be hard to find good-looking soft produce (leafy greens and anything that needs to be kept cool). Many times, items are out of stock. This is the only Walmart close by unless you go up to Campbellton, and it’s just as bad.

. On 12/11/22 around 2:30p I placed a pickup order to be picked up from 7-8p. I’m a little busy so this is the most convenient option for me. Right at 7 I get a notification that my order is delayed “no more than 2 hours” which is understandable. I call the Help #just to get a status update but the automatic response says “We’re preparing your order” I NEVER receive an update until the next day at 6am saying my order is ready. Okay. I get there at 8:40am and call the number on the pickup sign 15times and no one answers. My question to the managers, owners, operator, etc is why are you offering a service that is designed and is intended to provide a convenience to customers but is actually inconveniencing. If someone would simply answer the phone, or update the app more frequently, or communicate in some way with your customers, and provide the common courtesy I would be more understanding. Waiting so long has caused me to be late for work, which if I was simply communicated with, I would just enter the store and do my own shopping. This is unacceptable and inconvenient. Please provide more updates, calls/texts to customers, and communicate more effectively. Also, when checking in it tells you to provide a number but for this location they use letters. Do better

First time visiting this location and it was a very decent experience. Store was reasonably clean, shelves were stocked, and overall a very good experience compared to the Walmart in Duluth. A definite recommend if you are in the area.

My God this store has a bit of everything. I was having a pleasant experience while shopping here today until I witnessed an old caucasian man completely disrespect 2 Walmart employees when they tried to aid him in his self check out..because he clearly did not know what he was doing. The place was packed and the old man started rudely yelling out loud to the 2 employees who were only trying to help him. I feel I need to say that the 2 employees were not caucasian. I could not believe my ears. The old man almost brought me out of character when I heard him speak so ugly to the 2 workers. I must brag on the 2 workers. Eden, and Mohamed were super professional and after I told the old man he was out of line and to calm down, they calmly continued to help the man(can’t say gentleman) even though the man was still a bit rude. You just don’t see such professionalism any more. Great job Eden and Mohamed! After not shopping at Walmart for ages, I will be back to this store simply because I know you two work there.

I was there to purchase some windshield washer fluid! The price on the shelf stated one thing but the price on the app and at the register was higher! But I did get it for the lower price after I took a picture and went to customer service! Shame on you Walmart! #shameonyouwalmart #walmart

It was okay. Although I would say it would be great to have most folks in the stores to point where things are located, for certain. It took about 30mins to locate cardboard boxes because they’re move them for seasonality. However, the stAff was helpful assisting with searching for the new location.
