Staff walking around doing nothing while customers check themselves out. Half the self check out is always shut down. The line for the other self check out literally stays backed up to the produce section of the store. Managers spend more time talking to each other than helping with the flow of traffic and did I mention HORRIBLE attitudes. I’ve stayed on this side of town for 2 weeks and already won’t be shopping there anymore. I’d rather have Amazon deliver my food than go get a pack of napkins out that store. Everything most people need was out of stock and the staff was rude at best. I have gone into this store on several occasions while transporting clients to appointments. On a recent occasion I went in with my elder aunt, who began to experience some form of reactive incident with advancing dementia leaving her disoriented, yet she chose to stay and check out her few items. We used the self checkout to get out quicker. There were a some problems with the self checkout scan-and-pay. When I politely asked the sale associate for help while assisting my aunt, the young lady openly sighed as if we were inconveniencing her, was unpleasant and hostile; at one point what appeared to be some form of security staff stood by us-go figure. It made an all ready stressful situation of trying to help my elderly aunt cope with her health during her outing unbearable. I will NEVER step foot in a Walmart again. We went to Walmart on 12/12/22. Just came to grab a few things. There was a guy in grocery in his Walmart uniform walking around on his phone with 2 ladies that must’ve been customers as they were no in a uniform. They were all being loud and obnoxious and the guy was doing zero work. Just walking around talking with these ladies. And he was being loud and cussing in the aisles. I had small children with me and that is 100% unacceptable. My kids shouldn’t have to listen to your employees talking like that. As we went over by the deli to get hummus and a cracker, cheese and salami tray. As I was looking at the cheese it was molded. There were 2 people at the deli counter and no customers while there was molded cheese on the shelf. It’s hard to believe these people get paid to do nothing but stand around. This Walmart needs some serious help from home office.
The employees are rude! There are always out of stock and if you do find anything it’s on top of the shelves or just the rone on the shelves in boxes or in plastic wrappings And nothing is ever where it is supposed to go It’s like nobody even cares how the store should look Or just cares. I think they need a new store manager and I definitely think they need new employees you know people that actually care
When ordering groceries, always lots missing and charged for! Always! They should give customers a receipt with delivery orders. Posting on line is no proof, you never know we what they are putting on your card. Customer Service fir Walmart is in another country, no help and hard to communicate or understand. Need an improved customer service dept!!!!!!!! In the USA speaking clear english. 👍👍 ✔️Immediately start giving delivery customers receipts ‼️‼️🤬👍
This Walmart location is always clean and well-stocked. The staff is helpful and friendly, especially in the pharmacy department. I wish the bourbon selection was a bit better, but that’s just me being picky.
I love Walmart the help is phenomenal and kind, checking out is new age and I save time with the app, I definitely have Walmart penciled in my calendar
