The overall process was good (the staff is always great). However, compared to Amazon, Walmart continues to underperform. This is why: I was informed that there would be 2 substitutes, but not that the online system was inaccurate and one item was out of stock. If would have been told, I would have cancelled the order Walmart has a relatively small number of items available for shipping. - Reviews:The most stocked and varied Walmart in Bergen County. I love that there is a huge lot with ample parking, no matter how busy the store gets. It makes for a less stressful experience. Relatively clean and organized. There is always someone working in the department I am in, stocking shelves or cleaning. The only drawback is that sometimes, especially the grocery aisles, have a shortage of products due to the high number of shoppers. They reorganized the pick up area to be in the back of the store and to be much bigger. Regular customers that are pick up and Walmart drivers that are making grocery delivers are in the same place now. You check in when you get there but they can take up to 25 mins to bring out your order (that’s how long I had to wait to get my last order). They seem to have only 2 people working and they ask you to pack it into your own car so I’m not sure why they are so slow. All they seem to be doing is bringing things out. Wal-Mart is a definite go to!! I have been trying to get into the store for a month but the lines are long. Tonight I had to take the plunge. Their stock is amazing and I was able tho shop four both groceries and clothes! The lines were not too bad and I’m happy to say I got everything I needed! Also everyone was wearing a mask and most people respected space..
A very strange visit.. I felt like I was back in the beginning of the pandemic because there was nothing on the shelves in this store. I don’t know the reason why & the last time I was inside here was Sept 2020. Parking was fine, employees and security was polite, the bathrooms were clean, and surprisingly there was only one person in front of me when I got to the line. I went about an hour or 2 before closing. But the shelves were so empty it was very inconvenient. I don’t typically expect much from Walmart to begin with. (Rolls eyes) They added something that looked like metal detectors but the security described to me it was just so people don’t walk out the wrong way.
This Walmart store used to have 90% of detailing products for a DIY. I just wish they carry a lot more variety. But with their new update remodeling they now they have 50% less product. For some extra stuff I’d say head to Auto Zone 1 minutes across on the huge parking lots.
Quick in and out ample parking. Was an easy day not busy and all shelf well stocked
It’s always a pleasure and I like to go shopping at Walmart because of the prices in the bargains that they Have I’m ready to go on a trip to DR and of course I found a great bargain of some? Water shoes? That I need it, have a great day?
