- Reviews:My husband and I decided to shop here today. Their lazy cashier over scan my groceries, their self check out machine doesn’t work properly; and it overcharged my strawberries. Their customer services employee needs more training on how to take care of the customers. I got my money back, but I had to rescan all my groceries myself! This is ridiculous! I wasted my times with double work, and one of their employees came up to me and told me to take everything out of the bags before I rescan my items. She did offer to help at all. Don’t shop here! Some products are impossible to get, because you can’t get assistance where they are locked up. I think some of the employees could be better trained on how to properly dress, behave and greet customers. The employees need to be mindful that they are representing an organization when they work there. Sagging pants at work is never appropriate. Additionally, the store has gang members walking around in it. Wearing out and proud gang material is disgusting and pitiful. I went in to get an SD drive. They were locked up. It’s around 750pm. Walmart is still open. I’m in the electronics department looking for the person to unlock the glass door so I can get my item. No one around I see two employees talking and laughing. I ask them where is the person with the key, Id like to get an item. I was really nice when I asked. Smiling even. A guy says, “oh I think the women working is on break” I say ok who took her place? He said I’m sorry ma’am there’s no one else but she will be off break soon. I laughed a bit because I don’t have time to wait for her to get off break to get me my item. He couldn’t understand that her being on break is not my problem. So I walk to the front. The girl that was with him walked up to me and said “I spoke to the manager. The person who had the key went home I think, but you can ask the manager. I’m sorry.” Well at least this young lady tried to help. I told her thank you for trying and I want to the manager. I tell her my issue and she says to me…. Oh the only person with the key went home. (Blinking my eyes excessively) So I can’t get my item? She says… Not tonight? I laugh while upset, went to Target, got my item with no issues or locked cages no problems. Posted a video why I will never shop at Walmart again and haven’t been back since. This was two months ago. Love the new remodel ! Really clean and organized. The staff is super nice and shelves have plenty of everything. Never feels like it’s over loaded with tourist. Great swimming selection and has a nice fishing selection too .
The store itself is pretty standard and I have no complaints. I would like to give a shout out to the guy who helped me with my phone accessories. He is not a Walmart employee but I believe he is a contracted worker. I can’t remember his name (Brent I think). Anyhow, he was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back to that department just for his great service. It’s nice to know they have quality workers that care and take the time for customers to feel welcome and appreciated.
Went to Walmart to buy some knives for cutting fruits. There was one particular brand that I liked. The package was missing one & there was none left except that set. Had asked the store manager for a discount but was denied. Was told that if I wanted that set, I had to pay full price no matter what. I was upset cause why should I have to pay full price for a package that was not complete. PLEASE explain WHY??
I like shopping here because I always get everything I might be looking for in most stores here. It is easy to locate, very big store. I like using the self check out to avoid standing in the long lines. Nice staff, clean store, might needs some price checking machines on some isle to help customer check the price of products. Overall is a great store.
Went to the auto care center to replace a flat tire. The staff was extremely rude and would not change my tire unless I purchased tires through them and I had brand new tires in my truck. I even called ahead to make sure after being stuck on interstate 90 they could put MY new tires on. However, the staff was still extremely rude when helping me after I told them that was fine to purchase a tire through them.
