  1. First experience went horrible.
I ordered online and just came to pick up right before closing. Store looked like a mess, hangers on floor, signs falling, cashier front looked like a mess, you name it..I’ve worked in retail before so I know how hard it can get. The clothes are so cute and affordable and checking out the uniform pieces are cute as well.

After trying to call and figure out my order’s tracking I was so disappointed. Got 0 help from whoever answered..I come in and got 0 acknowledgement as well. I have to stand waiting while one of the young staff just stares at me and finally gets that I need something. She finally walks up to counter and is so dismissive of my order and I’m just finally excited to up and leave the store.
Disappointed the clothes are so cute but not worth coming back unless I’m strictly ordering online. Don’t recommend going to this location.

  2. I dont understand why they are so miserable to work at this location. The cashier usually a tall African American lady is so rude. I have gone to do pick up or buy only because my daughter loves the clothes. But I hate going because they hate their job and make you feel so unwelcome. I used to work in retail and their attitude is unacceptable in a retail industry. You would think they would value their job as so many businesses have been affected by covid. But because of that same attitude they will keep loosing customers and eventually close the stores.

  3. Went on Saturday to pick up a online order, its usual to wait forever here to pick up orders so I’ve grown accustomed to it. However, Saturday March 8th ,2021, the older women working there was so rude. No apologies for the wait, I greeted her and no response back, I even tried to help her find my bag , when she did find my order,, she just asked for number, I started to give it to her and after I said 832 she practically just cut me off and like “tossed ” it at me. I told have to have a wonderful day and still no response. Can this place just have a self check out?

  4. They all seem completely miserable. When I ask a question they seem bothered – even if there is no one else in the store. I only continue to go to this store because it’s close. At this point my customer service expectations are low for them because I know what I’m dealing with.

very neat & organized. overpriced clothing if not on sale. Cutest pajama sets.

This location is trash! It’s dirty and clothes are just thrown around. Kids are running through the store. The 2 employees here both have attitudes. I stood in line for 17 minutes waiting on a dressing room before I decided to leave. It was more important to have a stock room instead of a 2nd dressing room 🤷🏽‍♀️

The workers are really nice. The products are always stocked. Store is kept fairly clean. My only problem is fitting room situation, but i also understand, because there is a lot of theft in the stores in this area.
If you go shopping here, my advice is, know what size you need

Went to exchange a pair of pants for a bigger size and was told that I could not exchange it because I took the tag off of it, even though I had it but was not attached to the pants and I had my receipt. Spoke with the manager, I told her I wouldn’t be shopping there again. All she said was ok, poor customer service. I was told to call customer service for a refund. What a waste of time. I used to shop here for my oldest daughter and never had an issue. This was at the Gulfgate center location.

All these employees and only one working the cash register? The price scanners NEVER work! I went to buy ONE item. I waited 45 minutes because ladies had their kids hold their spot and then price check EVERY ITEM!! Then decide they didn’t want it so the cashier had to go back and void half of the stuff! They should have one register for price checking. It’s so ridiculous!! The lines are always so LONG! The store is so hot!!! They need to fix it for opening again after closing it for a long time.!!! My son had to use the bathroom he was crying he is little. Employees didn’t care I said I’m buy clothes please it’s an emergency. NO!!! After waiting in the long line I left everything and took my son to HEB to use the bathroom. I went to heights so friendly and way nicer!! ************** 7/29/19 I went to buy school uniforms my kids couldn’t try them on because BOTH dressing rooms because they have alot of boxes of stuff that needed to be on put away! They said I can go to a corner and try on the clothes. Really?? Letting my kids undress in public??? That’s wrong!!! They need to do something about this location!!!

This place deserves 0 stars. I had to wait in a line wrapped around the store for over an hour just to pick up an online order. Only to get to the front and be asked to step aside and wait longer because they couldn’t find my order. I had to leave and come back, and when I returned they still didn’t have my order ready. They only had one associate working the register and pulling online orders from the back the entire time, while the manager and other associates folded clothes on the floor. How backwards… Let’s have one person tend to a line of over 20 customers, look for online order and leave customers waiting in line for an hour, while everyone else folds clothes. I was vocal about this issue, and management did nothing but offer me the number to file a complaint with corporate. I launched a complaint with corporate, and all they offered was an “I’m sorry you experienced that.” The end. What’s clear to me is this is not a customer oriented establishment, and that tone comes from the top. I will never shop at this place again!

They have the worst service with the online orders and management ,lack of organization and can’t find no solution to the problem ,the one star is for the deals at the store
By Julio Reyes (4 months ago)
Danielle had me come all the way from another side of town thinking my order was ready! I provided her with my name & phone number thinking she pulled up my order confirmation details prior to arriving to the store! The Customer Service could’ve been way better than my first shopping experience here at the specific location! Sales associates weren’t any better! Smh

If I could go any lower I would. EVERYTIME I come in here for something so simple, mostly tights it takes 15+min to checkout and I went this morning!! It wasn’t even busy!! like get it together pleaaassseee.
By Jacquelyn Loftis (11 months ago)
The one star is for the sweet young lady at the register Jocelyn when I checked out. SHANNON… which I am not surprised to see her name in other reviews is the absolute worst and needs a new career path if she doesn’t like retail and customer service. She answers the phone rudely…does not greet anybody that comes in the store or around her. She’s in front of me right now giving the worst phone service. Long story short..she made my quick trip a very uncomfortable and unpleasant one.

Very clean store !! Security at the door and staff very welcoming and accommodating!! Good selection of clothes and very well organized !!

You would think at children’s place the staff would be pleasant because let’s be honest everyone is there to shop for their children. As I was leaving out two Hispanic young ladies were standing by the door doing inventory I assume. My mother walked out first then my twins followed she held up her hand to high five them and told us to enjoy our day then continue to say support black owned businesses then chuckled. It was so random I stopped in my track like wow she really said that, And thought it was funny. I’m not confrontational so I continued to walk but it’s a shame that the staff is so ignorant and childish. What was the point of her comment what was her motive behind it. I’m a 6’0ft woman athletic built there is not doubt in my mind things could have gotten violent quick but my children were there and that’s not the example I want to set for my children when they encounter uneducated test tube adults. Moving forward this store will no longer get my business I will be escalating this to corporate smh. God bless America

I was nervous to go to this location based on the reviews, but I am extremely happy to say that I am beyond happy with Sonia, and her teams customer service skills!! I had an issue with my place rewards and a coupon I was attempting to use online. I went ahead and called in to see if they could offer any help with why I was having so much trouble. Sonia informed me it was a common error that could only be corrected in store. She then let me know that she would be more than happy to help personally if I decided to go in, which I did. I went in, and was out of the store within 15 minutes!! Beyond happy with the service, and the store itself was great. As for the customers shopping there, I was extremely dissatisfied. I completely understand it’s a children’s clothing store, but teaching your children to have manners and respect seems to have gone out the window. Will be returning, no matter the unruly children.

Very rude and impolite staff! My family walked in, they acted as if we never entered, not willing to assist or anything. I waited for someone else to walk through and they received the same treatment. I went and stood in front the counter and waited for someone to acknowledge me or ask “if I needed help with something”. The two girls looked and me and continued on, as if I should be asking them to help me. I put everything down and walked out. They had cute items for little girls, but WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY WITH PEOPLE WHO TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS. There are plenty of other kid stores out here to shop. WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!

I’m not really surprised at all the negative reviews…this store isn’t stocked at all and probably because there are boxes everywhere. However, the worst part was the attitudes of the employees. They were cold and rude, especially the cashier “Jazz”.

I’ve been shopping at The Children’s Place Snellville location for a little while. I must say, the store manager (Soli) has really turned this place around! The store is always clean, as fully stocked as possible and neat. They have helpful staff, especially Daisy! She is always incredibly patient and accommodating. Under the current management, this store has become one of my favorites to keep my young ones dressed in fun, cute fashions!

This store is horrible. Avoid it at all costs!
Children’s Place is not a bad chain overall; unfortunately, this particular store is awful.
Firstly, they never have anything in stock. If I have to order online then I can do it from the comfort of my own home without coming here!
There is always a shortage of employees, and the ones who are here are rude or they do everything they can to avoid you and answer any questions.
I have tried giving them many chances, but the trip is just not worth it. I just left the store without completing my purchase. Two women were hogging up the cashier line for over thirty minutes, and sadly none of the employees here had enough common sense to open another register so that other people don’t have to wait.

I don’t recommend this store, they don’t deserve even this one star.💩💩💩💩💩

Went in today to see if they were open. When I entered the sales associate ran to the door stating we are closed. (Door open means your open) She closeed and locked the door and proceeded to talk to me behind the door with a mask on. Terrible customer service. I asked her if there is store pick up options on line but your store is closed how do I get my items? With a mask on she tried to explain and pointed to a sign that says items in store will be shipped to your home.WHAT? How much sense is that and what is Children’s Place paying three of you to be in the store doing nothing but turning customers away?
By Shadeki Rose (2 years ago)
I wish I had the option to choose zero stars. The sales associates have negative attitudes, the store is often in disarray, and most days I can’t find what the website shows that they carry. Whoever does the ordering for the store needs to be reevaluated. The selection of available clothing is subpar. It’s truly disappointing because I enjoy shopping at Webb Gin and hate having to travel somewhere else for The Children’s Place. Save your time and just shop online. Soon my girls will be old enough to wear Justice clothing and I will be able to put this store behind me.

I took my daughter shopping for her birthday yesterday and the dressing room was absolutely disgusting. My daughter wouldn’t even stand on the floor to try on her clothes. There are stickers from the clothes stuck all over the floor that no one had bothered to clean up for who knows how long. There was trash, dirt and paper towels in the corners. When I told two cashiers, they just shrugged it off and said they’d get to it, like it wasn’t a big deal. I will never shop at the Snellville location again.
