  1. First off, this hotel gets 5 stars due to the staff. From the gentlemen outside directing traffic and valet parking to the extraordinary staff working the front desk. We were treated so friendly and kind. The young lady that assisted me was so patient with all my questions and helped find the answers. Our room was beautiful and extremely clean. Beds were comfortable. Food in the restaurants were good as well. We really enjoyed our stay here and we will be staying again in the future.

  2. Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any place. This web site will compare hundreds of hotel sites and normally will have prices much cheaper than others! You’re welcome :)! This resort is one of the highest rated in this area. I’ve been staying here for years. If you decide to stay here you will love it I’m sure!

3rd time here and still one of the best hotels I have stayed at!!!
Rooms are quiet and clean. Hotel restaurants have a great variety. The deli shop was my favorite if you did not want a sit down dinner.
    Staff was top notch!!!

  3. From the moment we booked, we were skeptical considering the great price and were hoping the pictures were realistic. Upon arriving to the hotel, the valet guys and bellhops were amazing. The lobby is beautiful and everything looked clean. We got our room and everything was beautiful going up to the room. We got the room incorrect, but they fixed it right away. The room was very spacious, clean, nice decor, and the bed was comfortable! We had an issue with the room being super hot but once we called down the technician explained the air wouldn’t stay on when we were not in the room for energy consumption. He bypassed it so we could have a cold room and didn’t have issues since then. The pool was big and the bar by the pool had great food and drinks. The pool bar was pricier than most I’ve seen in hotels. There isn’t any entertainment for little ones, so we were a little disappointed for that considering there were so many kids there. Overall, we had a great time and will keep it in mind for a quick getaway. Thank you Rosen Centre for not having a resort fee, it is greatly appreciated. We also got discounted parking not sure how but I wasn’t going to complain lol.

  4. What an amazingly beautiful establishment. The moment you pull up, it’s breathtaking. You walk through the lobby and it’s absolutely fascinating. The pool is beautiful with lots of hot tubs. Walk up bars, restaurants, stores. So many amenities inside this building. The rooms are absolutely amazing and the views were to die for. Nothing quiet like starting off a lazy Sunday poolside! 5⭐️

  5. I am so surprised with how great this hotel is. I travel often and stay in A LOT of hotels so I it made me pause when I booked this hotel to know it wasn’t affiliated with one of my trusted brands. I am shocked at how much BETTER this hotel is from my “go to”s. Usually, I notice little issues somewhere in the room that I attribute to the hotel not being able to inspect each room very often, but this room looks like the hotel just opened. All of the employees have been amazing and I’m in the hospitality industry so I would know! One of the things I was most greatful for was the covered skywalk to the convention center. I was in town DURING a hurricane and the whole conference went on as if it was a typical workday. I really can’t recommend this hotel enough. (Rooms-spacious and luxurious with extra pillows!!) (NO issues anywhere in the room with paint, upkeep, supplies, etc) (Employees were beyond accommodating) If I wasn’t a business owner myself, I would definitely want to work for Rosen because these employees HAVE to love their jobs in order to do it this good. (A friend of mine in our industry stayed at the Hilton is lamenting not choosing this hotel.) I challenge you to try this hotel and respond to me if you have a different experience.

Great place for a conference. Rooms are clearly marked and for the most part the layout makes sense. Just pay attention to the details and know if your class is in north or south because it is a walk from one to the other. Good options available were pretty decent and not quite as outrageously priced as other nearby places like certain theme parks or the airport.

This convention center is huge. It host numerous volleyball tournaments through out the year. It would always be more enjoyable if they would keep the food options open longer and turn on all the lights so it was bright enough to see well. Nothing like playing on a poorly light court. Unfortunately, they leave 1/3 of the lights off.

What a great time we had at megacon. The multiple floors for events were very cool. Bathrooms were clean and no line which is always a plus. The parking is a little congested but overall a really great experience.

I had a wonderful time! I attended the MegaCon Orlando 2022 convention, and it was phenomenal. My only issue was the parking and drop-off situation were very confusing and they should have better signs and indicators of where to go for events.

This convention center is nice. Has plenty of ameneties once set up. The wifi however is a negative point. No free wifi available in the exhibition halls. For 80 dollars per day for paid wifi, that is not a seller. Many people complained about the paid wifi.

    Can you really complain though?

    What?
Conferences at the convention center. I attended the Global Pets Expo. I also had a meeting in one of the meetings rooms. It was a meeting for ~25-30 people and it was quite an experience. AV is provided by LMG…..ordered AV equipment prior to the event for the meeting and there were a lot of miscommunication… The delivery window was 8-12p at the meeting room and it showed up at 2:30p AND showed up at the booth as well the next day. A very sloppy job done by the company, even after so many confirmations. The food ordered was on time, the person that helped with the food did a great job, very disappointed at the selection though. What I thought was popcorn is box popcorn… The temperature of the room was TOO COLD and you can’t adjust it by yourself. You have to call them to make adjustment. (call from the house phone, someone answers, no one answers from your personal phone). It was 60* in the room throughout… even at 5PM is was still cold. Very bad planning with no on site/go to person for assistance.

    Environment
The show was nicely prepared. The parking is also very unreasonable. It is $20 for parking for the day..with no re-entry. What does that mean? Means you need to eat the food that is provided by the convention center. I bought a coffee for $6 and it wasn’t worth it at all.

    Niceness of the staff
Staff were overall nice, nothing that can be helped on their parts in terms of the complaining that I was doing

    Dollar
Overly expensive from a consumer perspective.

    Yes?
I can’t decide I won’t go, just can decide to prepare better.

We were here to see the VanGogh experience. I would give 5 stars because this show was beautiful. My only problem would be that I am limited when it comes to walking long distances. I cannot express how large this facility is and how far we had to walk! I’m not exaggerating when I saw a few miles. When we arrived we asked someone at the gate where the best entrance was for me because I have a bum ankle. He did not tell us there was a shuttle bus so we crossed the facility inside to go to the other complete side. When we left someone noticed my struggle walking and directed us to a shuttle. Bless that man. We caught the last shuttle back to our parking area.

Very well managed. They run a tight ship. The staff is mostly polite and takes care of things.
-1 star for the lack of private area’s and the fact that staff gets very angry very quickly when you wander from the approved areas. You should install private booths or something, we need to be able to take a call without you blasting usher in the background.

Went for the everything under the sun expo. Easy to get in and out of. Tons of food options and restrooms are everywhere and easy to find. Classrooms are clearly labeled. LOVE LOVE LOVE that they have nursing and pumping rooms for moms. Everywhere should have them as nice as they are here.

Went to the Van Gogh immersion experience, very impressive…facility is huge (2nd largest in the U.S.) but parking was available ($10) on site. Great time down on International Drive…

Overall for the rate we found it was an excellent choice. We were staying here while visiting Disney Parks. Our room 600 was spacious and had some nice amenities such as microwave, small fridge, small coffee maker, hair dryer, ironing board with iron.

Beds were decent and we both slept decent. While the barn door for bathroom looks great the functionality is poor..noisy to close and open and does lil to mask noises from bathroom. The toilets are super low, and the floor of the tub was worn and spray paint was used to poorly cover the damage. Check in and out was quick and friendly. Plenty of parking for our visit and it’s free.

Breakfast buffet offered to all guests with many options, although for someone like myself that must eat Gluten Free the options are slim. I was still able to find a few safe options to enjoy. Pool area is small but nice. I would probably stay here if I found a discounted rate offered online.

This place is truly amazing. We have been staying here for quite some time and wanted to wait to review this place until after a few visits. When we first arrive, we are always greeting by a friendly, courteous staff member. On this particular visit, Tonya took care of us at the front desk. She was extremely polite and very professional and had us in our room within 5 minutes. This place is always spotless and beautiful. Their breakfast in my humble opinion is 5 star. It’s not one of those cheap breakfast buffets. It has everything on it and it’s FREE. Yes FREE. When we got to our room, it was ready for us and spotless each and every time we have stayed here. The location is very convenient to everything around. Also have to give a shout-out to Alyssa. She always makes my reservations for me whenever I need anything at all. Overall I would extremely highly recommend this property for your next visit to the Orlando area

I highly recommend this hotel! Our three day stay at the Hampton Inn Orlando was very enjoyable! Very close to the parks! Great location! The staff was amazing! The hotel manager Zero and Anna at the front desk answered all of my questions and concerns I had during my stay. The morning staff who attended during breakfast hours in the dinning area were very attentive making sure breakfast was ready and available during breakfast hours!!! I will plan on staying here again when visiting Orlando! See you soon!

Hotel and room were clean. The bathtub was draining very slowly but was repaired by maintenance. Enjoyed the pool. Ana at the front desk was pleasant. The hotel cleaning staff were always so respectful and showed initiative to help in whatever way they could. Checking in and out was a quick and easy process. Would stay here again.

Rooms were unexpectedly exceptionally clean for such a fair price. The continental breakfast was fully stocked, clean, and organized. Our room had everything we needed so we didn’t have a need to ask for any additional service. My 10yr old said they had the most comfortable couch she has ever slept on ?. The hotel is also conveniently located next to ICON park and several dining and entertainment options. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed here for about a week on a business trip. The stay was great. Room was very clean & aroma was wonderful. The front desk people where friendly.I can say that breakfast was absolutely wonderful due to their server Debra! (Sorry if miss spelled)I’m not personally a morning person but she managed to make me smile every time I walked in the door. Super sweet, hardworking, makes sure everyone that walks through her kitchen is satisfied & very well taken care of!

This was a perfect starting place for a family getaway! The suite was just the right size. The cleanliness was great. The amenities were good. Staff was kind and friendly. The negatives were that the pool and one elevator were not in service. The pool next door was available for us – across a parking lot. Only one elevator meant waiting a while in the busy hallway.

Here for the AAU national volleyball tournament the place is huge and the area is great with many dinning options this place is awesome if your coming here you’ll have a great time.

Wow, this place is massive. Great place to hold huge events. Only think that I wasn’t happy about was the food prices. If your able to pack a lunch. Cost me $90 for 3 adults and two kids..ouch..We are here for the AAU volleyball national championship.

The convention center is nice. The rooms were unfortunately between cool and freezing. In August attendees were looking for places to buy long sleeved shirts and sweatshirts and I had to buy hot chocolate and my wife hot tea to survive a session in the downstairs. If there are hot chocolate sales in August that should be an indicator to management there is an issue.

Nice venue. Attended the Nutcracker at the Linda Chapin. It’s a very nice theater and pretty decent seating. My only complaint would be the parking, cost and the long walk from parking to theater. Plan accordingly and account for a walk from parking.
✭✭✭✭ By Emmanuel Rivera (11 months ago)
First time I saw a nutcracker without Russians. Growing up in USSR and seeing a lot of quality ballet during my childhood, I left pleasantly surprised and feeling very nastalgic about my past. Ballerinas and choreography was really good and place was clean and well maintained. Director was also pretty funny giving his speech. Will go again next year!

Handicapped parking is on the opposite side of the building. Parking spots are nearby if available and are $5/hour (3 hours max). No sign out front marking the theater, but personnel outside were helpful.
✭✭✭✭ By Kimberly Conenna (5 months ago)
I went to The Nutcracker show and it was not bad. I really thought there was going to be a story to it but overall it was cool. The place was nice and clean. I was sitting on the back and I still had a good view. Parking was easy and close to the place. The fee for that was $10.
