  1. The best brunch in South Florida. This hotel is very beautiful. The staff was very good and very helpful. Food was very good they have:
    – Crepe section
    – Omelet
    – Small appetizers
    – Sushi
    – Seafood ( fresh oysters, crab, lobster, caviar, salmon)
    – Roasted beef, Roasted ham
And the best part is the desserts.
I totally recommend this place for brunch.
    Thank you so much!!!

  2. We spent about a week there this July and have stayed here multiple times in the past. It’s always been great but last time was over the top! Outstanding service and attention to detail! The Italian restaurant was great and very good with kids. There’s a play ground outside and an arcade inside on top of great food! Our ocean view room was perfect!! Definitely 5-star service and amenities!!!

  3. This place is truly stunning. I always thought it was a bunch of hype when people would talk about it.

I didn’t stay in the rooms, but heard good things.

The grounds are amazing. The pool is stunning. Great beach access. Awesome bars and restaurants.

    Really beautiful spot!

  4. 5 star resort for a reason…the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we checked in to the moment we left. We had a small mishap with receiving a (requested) crib, but they made up for it by bringing a teddy bear to my sixth month old son.

The property is immaculate and the food was an A+. I’m not a big buffet kind of guy, but the breakfast buffet was better than I could have imagined. Shout out to Sam (waitress) and Ian (omelette station) for taking such good care of us! We also loved the Seafood Bar and HMF cocktail bar.

My only complaint is that the rooms are very small compared to the price you’re paying for the room. Next time we’ll be sure to get a bigger room. That was probably on me for not doing enough research.

It gets a 5 star rating from me. Definitely looking forward to getting back there – especially when it’s not so hot.

  5. My husband and I recently had the most beautiful wedding celebration at The Breakers and we couldn’t be happier with our experience and the amazing weekend we spent with our family and friends! We worked closely with Katie, our event manager at The Breakers – she was fantastic and truly made planning the details for our event an enjoyable experience. Katie was professional, supportive, knowledgeable and such a huge resource while planning all the details for our special wedding. The Breakers property itself is absolutely stunning with its architecture and ocean views, but we were most impressed by the exceptional level of service and hospitality provided by all hotel staff – as were all of our wedding guests. The newly remodeled room accommodations were tasteful and luxurious – the ocean view balcony rooms were serene. All of the food and beverage served at our rehearsal dinner, cocktail hour and reception were beautifully presented and delicious! We couldn’t have imagined a more magical day or a more perfect venue to host our family and friends for our wedding – The Breakers was an absolute dream!

Conference stay after hurricane wiped out Naples. Experience was great. Generous bar and food/service was good. Room was very large, well appointed with welcome water and charger outlets easy to find. Bathroom was well appointed. Marble floor was very slick when wet and a real slip hazard. I used towels for traction. My colleague had same experience in his room. Overall great visit.

What a gorgeous hotel and property!! I had an event for work and decided to stay here. Check-in was a breeze, but the front desk could probably use some more help. The hotel was super busy with tons of guests so more hands on deck would be nice. I loved my room – I was on the first floor and I had a nice view. The hotel is dog friendly and so I brought my dog, but the only thing that I didn’t like is that there are no waste stations and no pet waste station bags for pets. Good thing I had extras in my car. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!!

I am not one to give a review, especially a negative review. We stayed for 2 nights in one of the 2 bedroom cottages so I can only speak to these accommodations. The cottage was very gross. The one we stayed at has not been remodeled at all. The floor was sticky, the bathrooms were just plain nasty. The washer broke on the first day and was not fixed and had standing water in it the whole time. The carpet in bedrooms was badly stained. If you are picky at all about cleanliness or having an updated accommodation I would highly not recommend to stay in the cottages! Nasty! I would assume the hotel rooms are remodeled and much nicer! The staff was so nice and the pool looked beautiful! The gym in the resort was fantastic too! The bar is very old school but looked decent. I just know I would have liked to read a review like mine before my husband booked the cottage.

Decent! We went to the spa, the restaurant, and hung out by the pools all day. The best parts were the quality of massages we got, the fish sandwich, poke bowl, honeybelle pie at the restaurant, and the large and spacious main pool. We liked the concept of the mineral and dead sea salt pools, but we needed to ask them to skim them (to get the dead floating bugs and debris off) and all of the pools needed water, so that the built-in skimmers can function properly. The staff was pleasant, especially Alex, but they had me down as a female and had the wrong name for my massage, which was annoying. The front desk experience at the spa could be more streamlined too… We literally had to say our last name 3 times, which isn’t a difficult one. The locker rooms were nice, clean, and smelled good! The pool area could stand to be weeded and the trees trimmed. Overall, it was a good value and we would definitely go back! Personally, I liked it better than The Breakers, so if they just fine-tune on the details, they’re almost there!

My mother and I evacuated from Florida’s west coast this week and were so thankful we ended up at the PGA Resort. The rooms were spacious, clean and very functional; the food and beverage options were plentiful, the common spaces very accommodating. What made the resort such a fantastic refuge were the incredibly gracious and proud team, beginning with the Valets who made an incredibly welcoming first impression to every person in the F&B operation; Every meal exceeding expectations in quality and flavor. In a stressful time, you all made a huge difference for so many. (In a time when staffing is a challenge, it was impressive to talk to your associates who drove quite a ways to work at the resort and the response was always “it is a good place to work”. Guests enjoy that positive vibe).

My family and I had a good time. The rooms were pretty clean, but they were a quite outdated. Apparently this was a very busy week for the resort because they ran out of clean washcloths two nights in a row, so that was not a great experience. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly. The highlight for us was the beach, the pools and the activity center. They offered a variety of events each day that our kids loved. Tony Lucas at the Activity Center was exceptional!! He greeted us and everyone warmly and really made us feel welcomed. He made sure we had a great time there.

My family of 4 came here last week and we had a great experience. We did book an 1 bedroom ocean front and it was totally worth it. Our view was spectacular. I recommend paying the extra points or price and getting the ocean front. The building we were at , dolphin , was super close to the family pool. Since I had 2 kids (5 and 1) it was important to be near there. We never had any issues getting a pool chair. The beach was walking distance. We did have to pay $100 for 2 days of beach chairs and umbrella. If I had to do it again, I’d figure out a way to bring a tent of my own but we flew so that wasn’t as likely. I’m not sure I’d do that again just the 4 of us since my kids wanted to be in the water and I didn’t have much time to relax. The food at the resort was good. I can’t say it was spectacular but for us it met our needs. It was also walking distance to the little town area to get food. Not many restaurants on the beach in the area which was disappointing.

The hotel has so many pools and so spacious. It’s spread out so well far apart that you hardly see other people. I’ve had to pull to myself multiple nights with just been a very peaceful calming experience. I like to watch the sunrise and there’s only a handful of people out in the morning. They have lots of cool shells on the beach. Their pretzels were delicious

Such a lovely, well kept beach resort that has used green landscaping to keep out prying eyes and noise from beach goers. Beautiful beach views available from some rooms while others overlook the town. A peaceful little beach town that is well maintained and easily walked. The amenities are plentiful and enjoyable. Pool, sauna, gym, volleyball and easy access to the beach!

We stayed for 4 nights last week with our 2 year old son and overall had a great time. The beach is very nice and luckily it’s a short walk from the rooms. You can rent an umbrella and two chairs on the beach for $15 per hour and they also have other packages. We had the oceanfront balcony which was nice but the view would have been better on a higher floor. I tried requesting that pre-arrival and again after check in but they said they couldn’t as they were fully booked. The room was very spacious and having a kitchen was definitely a plus. There are a lot of activities at the resort like mini golf, cornhole, and classes that you can sign up for. My son loved the splash zone. I really liked that you could just text the hotel staff with any questions or requests and they would respond pretty quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

We’ve stayed at this hotel for many years while attending the Dave Matthews Band summer concerts in West Palm Beach and this hotel never disappoints. The rooms, the staff, the pool, and the other accommodations are top-notch. This hotel has a true resort feel vs. the typical hotel feel. It’s also really nice that it’s across from several other shops & restaurants that give you more options for food and shopping. However, this past weekend, I want to be sure to point out that the DJ they had at the pool DJ Rey was phenomenal. He was the best DJ they’ve ever had at their pool and we’ve been at least 20+ times. If I were the Hilton, I’d book DJ Rey every weekend.

Our son’s wedding reception was on 2/19. The room view was beautiful. Pool and amenities were ok. Reception was outstanding! Sadly, At check in our room was not ready. It was not ready until 6:30. We could not check in because we were at the reception. Our luggage had to be stored in a friend’s room and my wife had to get ready in the public bathroom. My daughter and son in law had use public parking a few blocks away from the hotel because parking was delayed due to a government dignitary’s arrival. He had to transport luggage, my 7 month old granddaughter and stroller from parking spot. Other non wedding guests expressed similar complaints with rooms and check ins. Staff was polite but…. Guys you have to do better.

Just don’t. I realized after our stay they can probably justify the prices because the convention center is next door. You have to valet- not included- every time you want to leave, so quick trips for coffee are not worth it and the coffee on site ($6.00) is glorified diner coffee. The room was not ready at check in time so we had to wait and because it took so long we decided to down grade our room to get in and move on with our evening plans. The rooms were nice but the TV cable was so ancient that it wasn’t worth it so we just watched our phones. They should get with the times and use streaming services if the cable takes 30 seconds to change the channel. The phone didn’t work to call the front desk. They have a $28.00 resort fee that is somehow refunded to you in the form of on site money. But the only problem is everything sucks. The soda cooler in the store was warm and the coffee shop is nothing to brag about. The pastries were old. Certainly not what I would expect for almost $500 a night out the door for a mid room. I’ve learned my lesson to stick to Hyatt.

Came to the hotel only to eat at their on site restaurant called the Galley. Tucked away in the corner of the hotel, it over looks the pool area, complete with beautiful outdoor seating with fire pits. The inside bar is classy and has very friendly bartenders. Good selection of food, good sized portions, reasonably priced for hotel food. Very nice ambiance and I highly recommend! Hostess is very accommodating and the manager goes around consistently checking on the guests and their experience. Nicely done!!!

Great Hotel for business travelers and workers in the palm beach area. Felt the hotel lacked any personality, but was very clean and smelled amazing. The hotel tub was extremely dirty, for $300+ a night, would expect it to be clean every morning upon the pool opening. The main pool is heated and offers ample space to spread out and enjoy the nicely groomed pool area. Both the restaurant and bar are extremely over priced! They also tact on an extra 20% gratuity to each bill no matter if all you order is a soda.. c’mon Hilton do better. They are also charging $5 at their “market” Provisions for a Coca-Cola that costs $1 or 1.50 max anywhere else. And forcing $31/a day for valet? When there’s a huge empty parking garage next to the convention center that is attached to the hotel it is shameful guests even should have to pay to park their vehicles. Rooms were classic and decently appointed, apart from some stains in the car and light fixtures. Microwaves are not included in the room which I assume is an attempt to get guests to want to go downstairs and eat exorbitant seafood and $20 watered down cocktails.

Upon arrival we were greeted with bright smiles and champagne. We stayed for 6 days over Labor Day weekend and the hotel had so many sweet activities for kids. From a bounce house to face painting and popcorn+cotton candy. Every day was filled with something fun. We didn’t feel like we had to leave the resort. We stayed in an ocean front lanai.. worth it! Our family stayed at the resort before the remodel and we were pleasantly surprised by all of the new additions to the hotel. The entire staff (management, restaurant staff, and concierge team) was amazing and made us feel very welcomed. We look forward to returning next year. Eau is our family’s favorite hotel in Palm Beach. Thank you for giving us another vacation of a lifetime. 🙂

This was a perfect weekend! Greeted by fabulous staff at check in to our fabulous bellman. Our room was beautiful and extremely clean. Housekeeping was the best restocking amenities and keeping the rooms clean. The pool staff and food service was there every time you needed them. Would definitely recommend this wonderful resort for a relaxing escape! Next time I will use the spa it looked terrific! Thanks again for a memorable stay!

My review is based on their spa, we booked massages for my friends birthday. Our experience personally was a 10/10, from the valet to Rahiem getting us checked in quickly, the wish pond, everyone in the spa rooms helping us out, the wonderful ladies, Julian and of course the Spa manager. We got complimentary bottles of champagne, there was also free white sangria and snacks to be enjoyed. The amenities were all clean and very well kept up. We had a wonderful time hanging out at the cabana and swinging on the chairs before taking a dip in the jacuzzi and showering before our services which were also very relaxing!

Definitely a wonderful place to treat yourself or celebrate a special occasion.

Thank you to the staff and we can’t wait to be back!

Enjoyed the resort while attending a conference. The beach is great but only about 15 feet from waterline to break wall. Staff were excellent with cleaning room and curiosity overall. The amenities were great with a spa, work out area, stores, restaurants, etc. There are ice places to stay in the sun or shade outside. Open areas are nice for gatherings and I did see many doing morning yoga outside. I forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste and they provided me complimentary of both. Balcony views are great if you are on the right side but imagine the views west are not great.

I recently stayed at Eau for a girls trip and I can NOT say enough good things about this hotel. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left it was amazing. All the staff was friendly and welcoming. The lobby is beautiful and the room are clean and comfortable (especially the beds). We had dinner at Polpo one night to celebrate my mother-in-laws birthday and Philips and Will did and amazing job of making us feel like royalty. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. They made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make our night memorable. I can’t wait to return to Eau Palm Beach!
