This place absolutely saved my life. I had been in treatment before, but this place is different and is what finally worked for me. Being women only made a big difference, but also that it is such a small facility helped more than anything. The other places I had been just treated me as the “alcoholic in bunk 12” and I was able to sit on the back row unnoticed. Here, I was treated with dignity and respect, and got the individual treatment that I needed.
If you are reading Google reviews for treatment centers, you already know you need help. This is the place to get it. Staff really went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to focus on my healing. The meals were lovingly prepared by the techs and the food was amazing! I even took recipes home with me – and they asked what I liked or wouldn’t eat. One of the first questions I always asked when looking at rehab was if I would be allowed to smoke or not. Not only did they allow us to smoke several times per day, but they also provided the cigarettes – if you’ve been in rehab before you’ll recognize this as a huge benefit. You don’t have to worry about someone constantly bumming (or stealing) cigarettes from you! You also don’t have to worry about keeping up with money for anything – instead of vending machines they just have little debbies out on the counter and soda, coffee, or juice that you can just help yourself to (for free). They also have healthy snack options like fruit and yogurt.
The staff here just seemed to really care. The other women there also wanted to be there – it wasn’t just a bunch of court ordered people or whatever just serving their time. We had a good group and we all wanted the help that we got.
It was just a really good experience. I have been sober now over a year, and I fully immersed myself in a 12 step program. I have followed COATC’s suggestions and found a way not only to be sober, but happy. When I arrived here, I was broken, helpless, hopeless, unemployed and unemployable. I’ve had a full time job for over a year now and just purchased a car. 😀 More importantly, I have been able to repair some relationships and form new healthy ones. I’m content and happy. What a game changer this place is. Beyond the scenic beauty, there is nothing more beautiful than the staff who actually care about what they do! It shows! The small group size of women only is also a major plus. COATC actually allows the time necessary for you to work on yourself and you are not just another number.
I have never been somewhere that the owners sit round the campfire and literally talk to you and ask how you are and if being there helped you at all! Amazing.

This place saved my life and completely changed it forever!! I will never be able to repay COATC and everyone in it for opening my eyes and heart to a better life. Everyone is so loving and has your back 100%. I was scared to go at first but as soon as I walked in I knew this was different from anywhere I’ve ever been. It took about a week for me to start opening up and allowing myself to see how much of a problem with addiction I had but once I did, I could feel myself changing and everyone could see it, too. If you give this place a chance.. you will be forever thankful.. I know I am!! This place treats you so good and help you with whatever you are struggling with. Tahirih, Paula, and Summer are amazing woman. Dustin is super chill and kind to you when you are trying to work through whatever you got going on. Heather is caring and keeps you laughing when you are feeling down. Darlene, Baylee, Crystal Amber, and Zoie are the sweetest and will be there for whatever you are needing and great role models. Lee Anne and Derek- the owners, are kind ( taught me how to play my guitar and brought me to the dentist when my tooth was killing me) they are a gift from God!! It’s hard to find words that adequately describe the care and treatment provided by Serenity Park. This place has top notch people that truly care about those suffering from substance abuse disorder. The staff is professional, concerned, and incredibly knowledgeable. They provide a great atmosphere with top notch facilities. They impact their community and try to help people find life change through freedom from addiction. I am beyond thankful for Serenity Park and what they did for me, as well as what they continue to do for people seeking help. If you want to overcome addiction and need a safe place to begin your recovery journey where a solid foundation is laid and the tools to overcome are taught, then I highly recommend this place. I started going to Incura on February 23 2021 and it was the best decision I ever made. Not only did the NAD help with my addiction but it also lowered my rheumatoid arthritis and lupus levels to where they are so low they are now non-detectable. I no longer live in pain from my lupus, RA, and Fibromyalgia. The staff there is so amazing too. They made you feel like a family there. I would recommend Incura to anyone who suffers from addiction and is ready to take their life back and who wants to do with little to no withdrawals!

Where do I start? First off…I usually don’t write reviews if the company is amazing. To be honest,I forget as most people do. So keeping that in mind, I had to sit down and write- how amazing, incredible and kind this Supportive home is. From the first call to the last hug you will be taken care of. I can completely recommend Eagle Crest Recovery. Each member of their staff and of course their Leadership has poured their time, efforts, money and hearts into this program and seeing their patients have the best success.

I have been to countless facilities,treatments, institutions.
None of them were as life changing as the 12 days I spent at Eagle Crest!!!!

If I (god forbid) were to ever have to come back into treatment, this is 100% where I would go. The staff is great, and after a few kinks were worked out, the food was awesome, everyone respected each other, as addict/alcoholic to addict/alcoholic. No one was exclusionary. I’ve been here twice, and the groups have always been the same. Housing is good, rules are there but justified, and the detox process was made as easy as could be. Big shout out to Amber at detox, as the first thing she said was “I wish it were under better circumstance, but I’m glad you came back.” Holidays there’s events, outings, they’ll bring you soda, tobacco, whatever you need to be as comfortable as you can be. Only place I’ve seen that’s like that. It’s like vacation with class, but you’re clean. I’ve yet to see the new property but if it’s half as good as the old one I know it’s spectacular. 5 stars would recommend if you want to be treated like a human in your recovery.
