I had been trying to stay sober for two years before going to CBR and failing. The wonderful staff there should me a way to be sober and comfortable in my own skin again. Mostly through their shared experience and personal knowledge that there is a nother way to live. The groups held there will keep someone looking for a solution want to keep coming back for more.

If you’re looking for a place where the staff understands you’re problems and doesn’t judge you for them. Then call them and commit to a new way of life.

I had a wonderful experience at Pine Tree recovery center. I was here for both detox and continued care, and the staff in both programs are wonderful.

Pros – working with people who truly understand how difficult recovery can be.
    In depth 12-step education.
Weekly therapist appointments and case management.

Cons – the groups can get repetitive

I’ve been to Pinetree Recovery Center four times, and each time I’ve been treated with kindness, understanding, and most importantly respect. My detoxes have been managed expertly every time, and aftercare options are plentiful. If you truly want to stop using/drinking please consider Pinetree, and there very capable staff. From the techs to the very top of the management team, they truly care!

My dad was at Cedar ridge recently for a short stay for Rehab. He needed some therapy before he can return to his apartment. Everyone was friendly. The front desk was always very helpful. The care staff works very hard and got him what he needed when asked. Hopefully, he won’t need Rehab again, but if he does I won’t hesitate to let Redington-Fairview know where to send him.

My mom is in Cedar Ridge for Rehab and the staff is very friendly and caring. Therapy is wonderful and my mom is comfortable and not afraid. Food is good and activities staff are great. Very family oriented. CNE and administrative staff, nurses and CNA’S are genuinely caring people. Would recommend Cedar ridge to others.

Unfortunately, we are in the day of state minimum staffing as there are just not enough CNA’s and RN’s in the workforce. With that being said, the staff at this facility go above and beyond. I visited my loved one almost every day he was a resident. The positive atmosphere started with the greeting from Lisa (who also scanned you for COVID symptoms) who lets you in the front door and continues down the halls with the nursing staff, CNA’s, Dietary, laundry and even maintenance right up until you reach your loved one.
The “Pod” or “house” as they refer to the Unit is the perfect set up for the staff to observe each patient in their care. In addition, there are tables and enough seating for the residents in that “house”, and even guests, to enjoy meals. I always brought a lunch with me so that I could enjoy a meal with my loved one. There are puzzles and reading materials in addition to a large screen tv for the residents to enjoy while spending time in that area. And they had their room if they didn’t feel like socializing also with a tv. The rooms are spacious which house a bed, nightstand, and any equipment the resident might need to be mobile.
Dietary had its ups and downs, BUT – if there was an issue, Elaine was right on it to make it right. There was always a choice of 2 entrées for each meal and they would make a sandwich or cook a burger or hot dog if those choices didn’t tickle your fancy.
The “in-house” doctors, nurses and CNA’s showed compassion and concern in addition to being attentive to the individual patients needs.
My loved one had to be transferred to another facility due to insurance. If that were not the case, he would still be in this facility. We miss the wonderful care he received at Cedar Ridge and would highly recommend this facility.
Words cannot express the gratitude we have for all the staff at Cedar Ridge for all you did for us during Roger’s stay.

My Mother had been at Cedar Ridge about 10 years ago after a knee replacement. She traveled from Delaware For surgery and rehab to be closer to family. When she was given a sudden diagnosis of a brain tumor in October of 21 there was no second thought of returning to the ridge. She was remembered by many long time employees like she was family. She received wonderful rehab and nursing care. We lost her in January and will be forever grateful to many of the staff especially Mary Girard, CNA who became family and a great support during her final days. Thank you all.

My mother has been at Cedar Ridge for less than 24 hours and her care has been nonexistent. She’s missed 2 meals, spent the night freezing and no one came in and checked on her. This morning it took 20 minutes for someone to answer the door and then not a nurse to be found. I would not recommend this facility.

It’s now 3 days later and my negative review got a positive response for about 8 hours. Care is back to non-existent. Poor food, no physical therapy, confined to a huge wheelchair that has no support so she’s slumped over, horrible bed, no shower or bathing since her arrival 5 days ago. This morning found her alone in the diningroom slumped over on the table. I am so angry I am crying. This has got to be the worst. Apparently we need to contact the State for help and CMS for an investigation.

Thank you to Shawnee, Georgia, and all the amazing staff members at Norway rehab that make it such a great place. My grandma just turned 100 years old, and she’s been in good care with this facility for the last 5 years. They keep her busy with fun activities, good food, and kind conversation everyday. They go out of their way to make sure I get to FaceTime with her and call her whenever I request. They are always extremely pleasant and accommodating, and I never have to worry about my grandma. Thank you all so much.

I am so pleased with the quality care that my parent received at Norway Rehab after surgery. The staff was always helpful and courteous, they work as a team to address the needs of the patient and include the immediate family in decisions for treatment plans. I highly recommend this facility for anyone in need of assisted care and rehabilitation!

I’ve always liked Norway Rehab Center. My mom was a resident there for about 2 years before she passed and they took great care of her. Of course I was there often and involved as much as I could be until Covid. They welcomed me and allowed me to help with her care. ❤️

IF YOU WANT TO RECOVER FROM A HOPELESS STATE OF BODY AND MIND – Liberty Bay Recovery Center IS the place to go. The amount of care and dedication this amazing treatment center gave me in hopes that I find a solution and wake up to what I was doing to myself, my life, and the people around me is one that I have not found in any other treatment center I have been to in the past. From the clinicians to the support staff to admissions – Liberty Bay makes it a point to let you know they see you, they hear you and we are going to find the best way to actively take action in my recovery. I am beyond grateful for my experience here. I’d absolutely recommend Liberty Bay Recovery Center to anyone who actually wants to make a difference in their life, because it has absolutely changed and saved my life for the better.

I truly believe that Liberty Bay saved my life. I have been to many other treatments in the past 8 years, and never experienced the level of care that I received at Liberty Bay. The clinical staff, medical staff and support staff had such an abundance of compassion and knowledge for us clients. I stayed for almost 3 months and would recommend the Therapeutic Community approach to anyone that seeks help for any addiction. I’m so grateful to every single person that works at Liberty Bay…

Liberty bay is an amazing place! I did not know what to expect and could not believe how the staff, program and methodology has changed my life. I am truly a new woman today and have a great foundation to build my life. Thanks to the clinicians Jess, Lynn, Jeremy and Madeleine for working with me to get to the real person that I was meant to be, to Tyler for saving my life and Stephanie , Daniel, Lisa and Adam for all the encouragement they gave me and Arielle, Kelby, Bella, Dana, Dana and Dillon for there support.

Liberty Bay is an incredible place that helps so many people and saves lives. If there’s negative reviews on here like the woman who claimed she hadn’t eaten in 3 days and demanded ice cream, which they don’t have and treats staff like servants, then is anyone really surprised that she can’t take accountability for her actions? I saw how she treated the staff there and was frankly disgusted. One can only imagine where her recovery or lack of is now. Alongside her integrity, non existent!

Going to Liberty Bay for Recovery was the best decision I ever made. It’s been 2 years & 3 months since my Recovery began and my life has changed drastically for the better due to the Treatment I received from all the staff at Liberty Bay. I have rebuilt my relationships with my family and it’s never been better, I am involved in their lives daily. My work & financial situation has greatly improved as well and due to my efforts I was recently promoted to a Supervisor position. If you are ready for change and willing to do the WORK Liberty Bay is the place for you. They are SOOOO GOOD at what they do and know the best plan for you to help you combat addiction. I remain forever grateful!
