I came to Synergy Executive a broken man. I didn’t know what to expect when i stepped through the doors for my 30 days treatment. But from the first moment i sat down to check in, I knew I made the right call. The care and devotion from the staff was absolutely amazing. The classes were so informative and educational (healthy relationships, understanding addiction, trauma care, ect..), and I know that I can apply everything they taught me to everyday life as well as my addiction. There is not a single thing I can complain about, from the meals cooked by a personal chef, to the basketball and pickle ball court, to the swimming pool and yoga classes. I was treated like I was a member of the staff’s family. While there is no cure for addiction, Synergy did give me the tools and opportunity to live a sober life, and be a better father, husband and man. I can’t thank everyone in this program enough.

A blessing to have such a facility so close to home, truly one of a kind! Amazing, caring, and knowledgeable staff make your stay here comfortable and enjoyable. For those in need, it can absolutely change your life and open your eyes to a new outlook on life – thank you Synergy!

Just finished my 30 days and have to say this is honestly one of the best experiences I have had in my life.

I’d give 5 stars on every aspect of this place. From Grant and Linda’s cooking always keeping you full and looking forward to the food, to the unnaturally nice RAs. Bonus points to the night shift for always being friendly even late at night.

The counselors and teachers are all top notch, I thank Jenn so much for being an awesome counselor.

If you’re lucky enough to get a good group of guys in with you as I was, it’s even better. You will quickly form bonds and spend a lot of time together, and it makes it all so much better. I couldn’t imagine anywhere better to come to get sober and healthy.

    Life changing.

I honestly don’t believe I could have broken my addiction without coming here. Great staff and teaching. Very informative classes that teach a plethora of skills and the counselors are phenomenal. Being surrounded by a group of humble people that have been, and continue to be, successful in their recovery is one of the best things about this place.

The location, the atmosphere, the food are all incredible. Do not hesitate to come here!

I have been to a few different recovery programs over the years. Synergy is by far the best. They have helped me to start treating and healing from past traumas along with my drug addiction. Every other dual diagnosis programs in the past only treated the mental health with a pill and not actually treating it. All the staff is amazing, caring, & loving. They make your recovery journey comfortable and safe. This was the first time I’ve felt excited and have tools to help me have a healthy and sober life. It’s the best decision I’ve ever made!

Synergy Recovery for women has been a God-sent!
I am so incredibly thankful for the vision that Paige had several years ago. The staff are amazing! Everyone has bought into helping women recover. They are loving, kind and genuinely care for you.
The classes are so insightful and applicable.
I am leaving with a toolbox of skills and strategies that give me confidence that I can do this!
The landscape is beautiful , so inviting and nourishing to the soul.
I highly recommend Synergy Recovery for women.

Synergy Recovery Center is life changing for anyone who steps through that front door. The staff is truly amazing and cares so deeply about each and every one of their clients. The classes are wonderful and teach you skills that help you through each step of your recovery. It’s one big supportive family who will help you through your darkest times and see you through to the other side. Synergy saved my life and I 100% recommend this program to anyone struggling with any form of addiction or mental illness.

Synergy Recovery Center provided me with the tools, encouragement, education that I needed to live my life as my Best self. After years of depression that lead me into alcohol abuse, I am now confident in myself, and secure in who I am.
The exceptionally educated team at Synergy genuinely puts their heart, and soul into each individual under their care. If you are seeking guidance for yourself, or a loved one, Synergy would be HIGHLY recommended as your first choice.

If you are a woman and struggling with ANY sort of addiction or mental health issue that Synergy has the ability to change your entire life. When I walked into synergy almost 3 months ago I had no idea how amazing my life could be. The nurses, the cooks, the residential assistants, the counselors and the small and intimate setting of only allowing 11 women in at a time was what I had been searching for my entire life and after departing my stay in treatment after 55 days being inpatient I am still sober and will be celebrating 3 months of freedom from my active addiction soon. Coming from a woman who has had an eating disorder, dealt with alcoholism, suffered trauma, and the most debilitating drug addiction – it’s only due to synergy recovery center that I am able to take part in my own life again and I never knew it could be this awesome. Thank you Synergy if I could give you more than 5 stars I would give them all to you! Changing the world one human being at a time!

MRC without a doubt is the reason I’m still alive today. I hit an all new rock bottom and had nowhere else to go, and the staff did everything they could to get me help. My insurance wouldn’t pay for treatment so they helped me to get a scholarship so I could get the help I needed. I’ve been to treatment before but MRC is on a different level. The facilities are great, and the staff genuinely care about us, our well-being, and doing whatever they can to help our recovery. I am currently in Phase One of their long term program and plan to stay for my first year of sobriety and there is nowhere else I’d rather be to get back on my feet. If you are struggling and ready to get help, this is absolutely the best place to get it. I can’t say enough good things about this facility and the people that work here!

MRC has truly saved my life. I have been battling addiction for over 10 years now. I have been to 7 treatment centers, 3 hospital detoxes and 2 IOP’s. MRC is by far the best experience I have ever had and more importantly, the one that kept me sober. Most of the staff are in recovery themselves and understand 1st hand the misery and destruction that this disease causes. They provide a controlled but loving atmosphere for the addict to heal. They challenged me and built me up at the same time. MRC is the only place that educated me, supported me and didn’t necessarily give me what I wanted but gave me exactly what I needed. I left MRC with a solid foundation to recovery and the hope that I can live a happy, sober life 🙂

Thank you MRC for giving me my life back. You have restored my faith in humanity. I appreciate all of the staff but I have to give a few special thanks to Suzanne Taylor, Taylor Brown and Meagan Howard for helping me open my eyes and being a symbol of hope and strength. I am a current client here and have completed the 30 Day Detox and the 60 Days in Phase 1 and I am now going into Phase 2 (the phases slowly integrate you into the real world). I feel empowered to start the next chapter of my life and am excited to start building a purposeful life. Everyone at MRC is on the same page with communicating well with all of the clients and they truly care and are very patient with us. MRC is family and they treat us with respect.
Midwest Recovery Center specializes in teaching people how to break the chains of addiction. They really do put that extra human touch that we all long for when we are being cared for. Thank you for giving me my life back.

I highly recommend Midwest Recovery Center (MRC) for anyone who wants to recover from alcohol and/or drug use. From my first contact with the center’s admission and administration, I was greeted with true and genuine concern for me, no shame or judgement. As a matter of fact, I could not afford my deductible and they worked with me to make sure I could have this opportunity to become sober and have a new life on life’s terms. They showed me God’s grace and made me feel worthy, which meant the world to me.
When I walked in the doors, I was completely broken mentally, physically and spiritually. I was also open and willing to give my everything to this program. Every single staff member was committed to providing the best possible support with lots of love and structure for each client and the families. I am currently continuing my recovery by participating in an Intensive Out-Patient program with MRC.
Both programs have given me so much knowledge and many tools to take with me to live sober and have a better way of life. Suggestions were given to seek the ongoing support of the A.A. program. To read the literature, find a higher Power, attend meetings, and get a sponsor to work the 12 steps and help others. I’m all in and have 60 days sober today by the grace of God.
I am humbly grateful for all the care, love, and support of MRC and them leading me to A.A.

I don’t mean to brag, but I’ve been to my fair share of rehabs… 🧐 I’m a kind of a connoisseur of substance abuse treatment centers, if you will, and I must say that MRC is top notch experience. Thoroughly recommend.

All kidding aside, I felt like a hopeless case. And MRC gave me hope. The staff is amazing, the facilities are beautiful. The food—omg, the food 🤤. Other than the obvious compassion and outstanding care from the staff, what sets MRC apart from other places I’ve been is the different phases of care offered to set the client up for success—all the way from detox to over a year in sober living, they’ll hold you up for as long as you need your recovery training wheels. I’d start naming all the staff that have been an integral part of my recovery thus far, but then I’d feel bad because I’d forget someone! They’re all AMAZING.

If you feel like you’re out of options, like no one cares… THEY DO!! WE DO!!! Never give up!!

I cannot say enough good things about the Aviary. I entered there frightened, lost, and close to death. They nursed me back to health as comfortably as they could. The staff was so kind and the clients were so welcoming to the newcomers. They taught me coping skills and a new way to live. I have a little over a year clean and they are still there for me. I’m proud to say that I am a part of the Aviary Alumni.

My experience here changed my life. The people here truly have passion for what they do. The amenities are great here as well! Huge lake, that eventually got me into fishing! Nursing did an amazing job helping me through my stay and are always right there to help or simply talk 24/7. Above all, the people here truly wanna see others live happy, clean/sober, and I am so grateful I chose to come here!

The Aviary recovery center was one of the best experiences I had and gave me the opportunity to change my life for the better. The staff is great and genuinely cares for the clients recovery. Joe Lawry, the alumni coordinator, has helped me and countless others to stay involved so much in the program after discharge keeping the friendships I made there alive and well in my daily life. I highly reccomend the Aviary to anyone who is seeking help for themselves or a loved one. Words cannot describe how grateful I am to the Aviary and all of its amazing staff members.

I have been so impressed by the Aviary! Their staff and medical professionals are amazing. I especially love all the alumni events that take place each month and weekly meetings offered. It truly keeps everyone connected to their “new family”. I want to continue to help support this treatment facility for everything they did for my family after my husband passed away. So incredible!

The Aviary has helped me create a strong foundation for my recovery. I highly recommend them for anyone struggling with addiction. The staff and facilities were great and I really benefited from the equine therapy. They also have a great support system after the inpatient stay. Joe, the Alumni Coordinator, works hard to keep alumni engaged and involved with each other to maintain a strong network of support in recovery.
