Process was very professional and gave me the ability to get information about addiction and also gave me all the tools and resources to get my life back on track. The combination of clinical and group therapy was extremely affective. It’s the perfect place to go and turn your life around. The staff and the facility were fantastic and their ability to adapt to the clients and provide different and effective methods helped greatly in my recovery.By Paul Landry (2 months ago)My son struggled with addiction for years. He tried a few different avenues but couldn’t break the habit until The Process Recovery Center came into his life and took him in. They have not only helped him succeed in his recovery but he is now helping others through Process. The support and love he receives is amazing. I cannot give everyone at Process enough thanks. You have given me my son back! They have become family for us all! Much love and gratitude to an amazing group!!By Kathleen Amigo (a week ago)The Process is truly a 1 in a million experience. From start to finish their expertise in the industry along with being able to tailor specifically to each individual is unmatched.
My brother went through treatment and I can honestly say from the bottom of my heart that he got so much better. He was in a very dark place and the process was able to bring him back and now he’s never been better.
It’s not just about treatment but The Process really takes matters into their own hands to make sure everyone is cared for as if they’re family.
By Guilherme Groscos (2 months ago)The Process literally saved my life. After going to countless treatment centers and using every option I had they were quite literally the last stop on the bus for me. I had no other options left and just like that, with the snap of a finger they scholarshipped me to a full stay. A guy with nothing but burnt bridges in his past I was welcomed and treated like family. They gave me the perspective I didn’t know I needed, the love I felt I didn’t deserve and the support to rekindle a flame I thought was ashes. I wouldn’t be where I am without them. Thank god for The Process Recovery Center! ❤️By Rite Hook (2 months ago)i was a client at Process in 2021- the staff truly cares, the facilities are always clean, the individual and group therapy sessions were always informative and helpful. the nursing staff, techs, case managers, clinican’s, etc, put their clients first and it’s much appreciated…i don’t have enough good things to say about this program. i am forever grateful.By Kelsey Comire (2 months ago)

Thanks to the Plymouth House I have my life back!By Jennifer Powers (a week ago)The Plymouth house is the best residential rehab facility for addiction. I’ve been to other rehab places but nothing worked for me until Plymouth house. It’s format and staff are extremely helpful and gets into the AA program. I’ve learned so much about my addiction and the tools to use for success.By Melinda Whitworth (a week ago)Plymouth house gave me hope and a brand new look to my future free from substances. A true 12 step experience with caring and qualified staff to help individuals and their families.By Maggie Quinlan GSB (a week ago)Best thing I did for my self and family. If you are tired of being tired and want to be sober I definitely recommend Plymouth House they will set you on the right path to SOBRIETY.By Charlie Standish jr (3 months ago)My experience at The Plymouth House was definitely eye opening. The food was amazing and the few therapeutic groups and small groups were extremely positive. The bad news is, the place is ran extremely poor. One of the most arrogant and imperious staff I have ever dealt with. I can’t think of the right words to describe the atrocities I endured. The only helpful staff were my counselor and a woman named Carrie who helped me get to where I am now. If your views on politics are liberal, if you reside in New England, and are active in religion, this is your place. If not, stay clear. I was judged immediately when I walked in the doors because of my background and where I was from. The owner, Aaron Shepard, was forced out due to his gambling addiction and also his acts of adultery. This is all facts, you can google it your self. They will delete this post but I wanted people to know the good and bad about this place.By Darren Prevo (8 months ago)

In May of 2022 I went to a recovery treatment center for alcohol detox. When I left the detox facility it was strongly recommended that I continue on with some sort of a program. I spoke to a representative from aware and I learned about what they were all about.
It seemed like a good idea at the time.
I was to meet with a nurse and clinical staff 2 times per week for a year.
They didn’t seem to match me up with people who had like experiences or issues.
They also pushed the Vivitrol shot vs. daily naltrexone. A trained member of their clinical staff was to administer the shot.
I was given the shot by 2 ladies that didn’t seem all that confident about what they were doing. She claimed she didn’t bring gloves, and when I offered her a pair she said I’m more comfortable without. This should have been my cue to send them away. However after 45 minutes of these girls trying to mix the powder with the liquid and then switching out needle for a 1” to a 2 “ they finally administered the shot.
11 days post injection I called the nurse bc something felt off. I was told this is Normal. Again at day15 post injection I called again bc now I was feeling nauseous and the injection sight was swollen. Again this is normal. Well around day 18 I was running a 102.9 fever, was vomiting, confused and I went to the emergency room where I was admitted into the hospital for 4 days hooked up to IV antibiotics. My body had been fighting off a terrible infection for 2 weeks I was in a septic state. 10 days later I’m still in pain and on hi test antibiotics at home. I missed over 9 days of work due to the lack of professionalism in these girls they claim
Were trained in administration of Vivitrol shot.I would not trust them. I hope they don’t make this same mistake twice.
Currently we are working with a medical malpractice lawyer in an effort to make this right.Trust your gut as I wish I had.
By Lisa Ferd (5 months ago)I am a licensed counselor who works with AWARE on a mutual referral basis and I absolutely love them. If they are the appropriate level of care, they are the only place I send clients to as they have a well-rounded program that deals with all areas of life. I love that it’s a year long program which actually gives people a solid foundation for recovery. The worst review I have had from a client was neutral feelings about the program which is rare. Usually clients report positive experiences in the program & find it helpful. So far they have made sure I was a good fit for clients they send me and if I’m not, we find someone else.By Kat Guyet (a year ago)I had the best support from my counselor. She was a GEM. First rate. Lisa M was a dream for all aspects of recovery. Helped save my life. Her real world experience was useful. She combined kindness, compassion, understanding and a little tabasco get over myself attitude when needed. Very helpful. I miss her. Nutritionist advice was awesome also. My first care was helpful. some was not 1st rate..but not horrible. Program is very expensive, glad the insurance paid for most of it. Overall pretty positive experience. AA and AWARE go well together. The Family care portion was not taken up by my family – wife or 18 year old daughter They could have used the help. But Nada good happened. Do not think AWARE was helpful at all on the family front? Who’s fault? Maybe wrong question. Honest truth, they where totally ineffective on that front.By Donald A Girard Jr (a year ago)An amazing service. The Aware Recovery team is very personable and gives all the tools to be successful and stay sober. So blessed to be in this program. Cannot say enough good things about it.By Shane Fors (12 months ago)Aware Recovery Care helps many families with substance use issues. Each week I hear positive feedback from clients and their families. This is a great model that allows community members to gain help with their issues while not interrupting their life for an extended period of time. It is learning recovery while attending to your day to day responsibilities. Very well done!By John Spellacy (3 years ago)
