Amazing place! They really care about the clients and take good care of them. I was in a very dark place and they saved my life. There is enough to keep you busy during your stay to make the time fly. Compared to all the other detox expirences I’ve had, this place is the best. Nice rooms with a bathroom in them, and everything is clean and new. If I ever have to go through another detox I know where I will go! And I’m sure the staff will accept me with open arms…they are always kind even If you have been to the program multiple times they don’t judge you. If I could give more stars I would. Clean and friendly atmosphere. The technicians and nursing staff at OARC were amazing. They made my stay welcoming and never made me feel judged or insecure about seeking treatment. Their peer lead AA/NA were my first experience to any type of meeting which was great exposure prior to attending outside meetings on my own. OARC is a top treatment facility of Central Ohio.

OARC saved my life. All the counselors were great. I especially love Sarah Ochs. She has gone above and beyond for me. My recovery would not be so strong if it wasn’t for her. I have not had many experiences with alcohol detox centers but Sam was extremely helpful in explaining the different treatment options, both at OARC and in the Columbus area that are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield. This is all new and stressful to me and I didn’t know where to start looking, so it was nice to speak to someone so helpful and compassionate. I would absolutely recommend anyone needing help to give them a call.

Hope Valley Recovery offers a very unique and effective treatment approach for people suffering from addiction. Their staff, which is mostly comprised of people living in recovery, offers care that is both comprehensive and individualized. They are very empathetic and truly care about clients recovery and overall success in life after treatment.

I am a current outpatient client who went through inpatient services and it’s hard to express how grateful I am for this facility as they have literally saved my life.

The facilities are top of the line and very comfortable. Programming is broad and encompasses all parts of a successful life in recovery. They emphasize 12 step recovery and allow clients to help one another work through the steps so everyone has gotten through the steps to increase their likelihood of success following treatment. They also offer different levels of care depending on your needs ranging from detox, inpatient, to outpatient and sober living that focuses on reintegration into the community.

I admire Hope Valley and their staff’s devotion to helping clients recover and highly recommend coming to this treatment center if you are struggling. It is an amazing place and holds a special place in my heart.

This is the third rehab I have worked at in my career as a nurse and it is by far the best of them all. The staff goes above and beyond for their clients to help them succeed, and it’s the first place I’ve worked where I truly feel and can see with my own eyes that we’re making a difference. Our leadership team genuinely cares about the staff as well and supports us through anything that comes at us. I wish this facility had existed when I was looking for treatment because I would have felt right at home here.

Hope Valley Recovery is one of the best Drug & Alcohol facility that has helped so many clients! They have detox, phase 2 which is inpatient besides learning and coping skills! They also have Phase 3 which is transitioning living and IOP groups Monday through Friday. The phrase 3 helps the clients with a job, transportation and living on their own!! It such a life changing for many clients!! It’s definitely 5 Star!!

The Ridge is a safe, experienced program to begin your recovery. The facilities are fantastic. The food is beyond any expectations (Chef Will is AMAZING). The staff are very good and caring, while making sure we are moving forward (no kid gloves). The counselors and Dr. Whitsett are top notch. My suggestion is that more immediate attention be made to the use of technology. The need for video conferencing is present and not going anywhere, yet it is barely functional. For the price of treatment, this should be seamless. I have been to volunteer AA meetings with better execution. All things considered, I am very happy with my care and training there and would whole heartedly recommend The Ridge!

The Ridge is fulfilling the vision of the most comfortable, most intensive Addiction Treatment center in the Midwest and in the US.

10 years ago, when our investor group backed Dr. Jeff Stuckert to start the Ridge, we knew he was on to something special. His life mission, at that time, was to create the most intensive, most comfortable Addiction Treatment center in the Midwest. That mission turned into 16 beds on 51 acres in the Cincinnati country featuring the best combo of treatment, family, food and exercise we could do. Since Dr. Jeff’s unexpected passing in 2013, we’ve continued his vision.

We are developing the campus, adding 11 beds (detox and private suites), to better serve our clients – Plus more programming horsepower. My name is Matt Sallee and I am a partner at CMsquared, the construction management company that is currently finishing up an expansion at The Ridge on their current, active campus. Throughout the entire project we have had to coordinate with both the higher level management, as well as most staff working at the existing facility. Working with the Ridge staff at any level was great … everyone was (is) responsive, helpful and great to work with. Not only was it a great place to work because of the staff, but the location is amazing as well. It is very isolated and quiet (when construction is not happening!) campus, set on the top of a mountain in a more rural part of Clermont County. It was not uncommon to see deer running across the open fields in the mornings as work was getting started. We found it pretty obvious to see that every individual employed at the Ridge is dedicated to recovery and quality care starting through the design process and some of the brainstorming sessions about how to design the expansion so that more people can receive the care they need to recover. The Ridge is an amazing organization, with great staff and doing wonderful things for each and every one of their clients. CMsquared is fortunate to have been chosen to be a part of the team.

I entered The Ridge scared and intimidated, but quickly settled in and loved the experience. What started as a countdown to the number of days I “still had to go” changed to “days I have until I have to leave”. The Ridge provided the compassion, support and education I needed to get my life back on track. The setting is spectacular and the environment allowed for me to really engage and become personally involved in my fellow visitors journey to sobriety. My group became so engaged we called ourselves “the tribe” and I have maintained relationships with many of them five years later. The staff really cares. In my case there was a little tough love, but that’s on me! I continue to refer people to The Ridge and they never disappoint.

Came in with huge reservations as this was my first time in treatment. Everyone was so welcoming and nice I immediately felt comfortable. All of the techs and nursing staff truly care about your recovery and want the best for you. Any time I felt stressed or had concerns I could find someone to talk through my problems with. Very clean and comfortable and they have good food as well. Would highly recommend to anyone who thinks they need treatment!

Findlay Recovery Center is the nicest medical detox facility i have ever encountered. The staff is very helpful and highly educated in the treatment of addiction. The cleanliness of the rooms and the chef prepared meals are added amenities that make this place amazing.

I was treated very well by ALL staff and was immediately greeted by clients and made to feel welcome. The group settings were helpful and informative but also fun and entertaining at times. The food was excellent and you always got plenty to eat; not to mention the cafeteria was open 24/7 and always stocked with snacks and entire meals and much more. The rooms were very nice with smart tv’s and private bathrooms/showers. I guarantee you won’t find a better place in the price range.

Here at FRC they truly care about each and every patient. They go above and beyond to make sure that you are cared for, taken care of and heard. Any issues that may come up during your stay gets resolved in a timely matter. Ive been here twice and have loved every second of it. I had to fight to stay longer. The food is amazing, the staff is amazing and the patient care is like no other facility.
