Except for the hotels that are directly across the street from Disneyland, you really can’t get much closer than this one. And if you’re going to a convention, definitely make time to go to Disneyland because it is so close. This hotel had a nice pool and a great seating area outside. They had a very excellent restaurant, and I really liked the Starbucks marketplace for breakfast. The rooms were big, modern and clean. Big showers. I did not use the fitness room but I heard people talking about it and they said it was above average for a hotel.

Great hotel. Very modern! Rooms were very clean. Everyone smiled. Every employee I spoke to. I had fresh towels and linens in my room everyday. Service was outstanding. Internet wasn’t very fast as I like BUT I can only assume it’s be a use EVERY guest was using it at the same time. The balcony seems a bit easy to get to your neighbors side. Only separation was a glass wall that someone could easily cross over. The latches on my door didn’t lock in place but the back up bar bend the sliding door was enough to keep anyone from getting in. But all in all it was a great place and would come back from Kansas again! Thank you!!

Our stay here was great! Restaurants and food stops to purchase food inside location and all that we had (food)was good. They have a station that makes pizza’s per your request, there is a deli type location that serve breakfast in the morning and things like burritos in the the evening.Great cocktails ( from when you are Disney-out!). Location very clean with sanitation sites everywhere. Staff was great and very helpful and willing to assist you with any of your needs. Located across the street from Disney Toyland parking which was very convenient for my family to get to and from the park.

Great location, walking distance to convention center and Disney, lots of great food options nearby. All staff I had interactions with were great. Wish the room would have had a shower instead of a tub like the website said. Can hear everything outside very clearly through the closed windows and there is a lot of noise late at night. Pool isn’t very big and the seating fills up early for the whole day. Parking is extremely expensive $35/night with taxes/fees.

Second time staying here this year, rooms were clean and staff were very attentive. We had breakfast included and it was surprisingly really good. You could get fresh waffles and omelets made. Good selection of fruit, oatmeal, yogurt and other bread and pastries. All of the servers were fantastic I wish I could remember their names. Close to Disney only 15 to 20 min walk. Uber was cheap as well to Disney only about $6 or there’s a bus you can take which stops right in front of the hotel.

We recently visited Sheraton Park Hotel and had great time. Upon entering the hotel, we were impressed with the upgrades and changes to the lobby and the rest of the hotel. As we walked up to the front desk check in, Jonathan greeted us and took very good care of us to provide hotel information, a map to our room, and details on the Sheraton Club Lounge. Our room had two beds and they were very comfortable. This room even had a balcony and it faced Disneyland so we were able to see a little bit of the fireworks. I think we needed to be little higher up to see all of the fireworks, but we got a little bit of it during the night. The club lounge was nice, clean, and had friendly service. They greeted me by name every time I entered the lounge. For breakfast they had one hot item and the rest were oatmeal, fruits, breads, and drinks. It would be nice if there were a little more hot breakfast choices like bacon, ham, sausages, and so on because it was scrambled eggs each time we visited in the morning. For the evening they had two hot items which changed a little bit over the different evenings we visit. The draft beer and wine was a nice touch for the evening hour. If you are considering this hotel while you visit Disneyland, it’s a pretty short straight walk to the front gates.

If you are going to Disneyland and cannot stay at a Disneyland Resort Hotel The Sheraton Park Hotel is a great option for you. It is a short walk to the Disneyland Parks and the rooms are new, clean and spacious. The hotel just underwent some room renovations that make them clean and modern. The bathroom was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The only downside to the room was the lack of storage space just a very small stand alone closet and two drawers, usually I unpack at a hotel but we were only staying two nights so I just lived out of my suitcase. We had a full balcony that had a Theme Park view, if we would have been there on a night the parks were doing fireworks it would have been the perfect place to enjoy them. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. At check-in the bellman Gary was super informative and told us everything we needed to know about the resort and the area. The pool was great, the kids really enjoyed it, and it pool bar was a hit with the adults. Overall this hotel and our experience here was great. I myself am a Travel Agent and I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to my clients.

The rooms are clean and nicely furnished. Our room also had a nice view of the Disneyland fireworks from the balcony. It is also within walking distance of the park. Unfortunately there seems to be active renovations going on in the hotel which can be a bit noisy. There’s also the issue of the on site dining options. We went in for the breakfast buffet and were charged $56 for two people. The quality was adequate, but for the price, the options were very limited. I believe they had the basics, bagels, sliced bread, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, coffee, etc…. However, for the price, I would have liked more options and higher quality. I essential paid $56 for some scrambled eggs, bacon and a bagel. Had I known the prices before we started to eat, I would have stayed far away. You also have to pay for self parking and the shuttle to Disneyland if you don’t want to walk. It is within walking distance like I said, but for the price of the rooms, parking and the shuttle should be included.

We had such a wonderful experience at the Sheraton Park Hotel. We were greeted the minute we set foot in the door, by the most kind front desk employee (I wish I had caught his name). He made my daughter feel so special because it was her birthday and it was her first trip to Disney Land. That alone won me over, but that is just the beginning. The valet attendants and the bellman were just as attentive and made our check in and the entire stay as seamless as we could have ever imagined. Our room was clean, renovated, and all around beautiful. Our balcony was a “front row seat” to the Disney Land firework show every night, which truly was the cherry on top. Every employee we came in contact with, made it a point to stop what they were doing and make eye contact and greet us which is so important in making your guests feel warmed and welcomed. I pride this staff on their outstanding performance! I couldn’t recommend this place more! I cannot wait to come back to the Sheraton Park Hotel for our next Disney trip or just for leisure.

I just stayed here for 3 nights on a solo trip to Disney. The hotel is really nice as it’s been updated recently. My room was spacious (King Bed) and the shower was AMAZING. The bathroom in my room had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash mounted on the wall. It was convenient and the smell of their products were mild and nice. The hotel lobby has a gift shop with lots of goodies and a Starbucks. The other great thing about this hotel is that there is a bus stop for Anaheim Resort Transportation in the parking lot for when you don’t want to walk to and from the park (separate ticket is required for this). I will definitely be coming back here on my next trip. Highly recommend.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. The staff are so friendly and always there to help in any way you need. The hotel is new, clean, and smell amazing. The food is very good at this hotel. It’s about a 15 minute walk to Disneyland Park. The front desk staff gave kids disney balloons and coloring books while my husband and I enjoyed drinks at the bar which is in the lobby. The lobby has lots of seating with comfy sofas. They decorated our room with happy birthday balloons for me and Hershey kisses on the beds. They even gave us the executive lounge access to go see the fireworks and enjoy some food while we waited for our dinner delivery. This hotel is the nicest in this area and we will definitely be back!

My family of four stayed at this beautiful hotel from July 17 to July 20, 2022. This property is fairly new, modern, and beautiful. Our family stayed in a double queen room, which was very clean and spacious. Our walk to Disneyland took approximately 12 minutes. As we were at Disneyland from opening to closing, we did not have the opportunity to try any of the restaurants on the property. Since it was literally steps away from the hotel, we had appetizers at the Cheesecake Factory one day. We only encountered one con during our stay, which was the mandatory hotel valet service. It is estimated that it will take 20 minutes to retrieve your car. One night, we decided to drive to the parks and did not receive our car for 50 minutes. In addition to us, there was one other gentleman waiting for his vehicle. His wait was longer than ours and he began to complain. Since our dinner reservation was approaching, I asked at the desk as well. It wasn’t a really busy time at valet, the employees seemed to be socializing instead of working. We noticed in the mornings walking by valet that the hustle was more evident when a supervisor was on duty. In the evening, not so much. We enjoyed the hotel other than this one valet issue, and we will return.

We had a wonderful stay at JW Marriott Anaheim. The stay was incredible because of the attentiveness of the associates. I am truly grateful for the wonderful people especially to Jasmin at the front desk who have went above and beyond bringing some bath amenities and have acknowledged my preferences as a Platinum Member. Aira in Executive lounge who had been a great help to me in anticipating my needs and being swift it was a plus by remembering my name and preferences. Prim in the morning was amazing. On my first day I have asked for Hot Chocolate and the following day, in my surprise she remembered me and have asked me if I want a Hot Chocolate! This is amazing. in my rand to the In room Dining who went above and beyond. Thank you for the amenity, it was truly special and personalized. My relatives were in awe receiving one of kind exemplary service accorded to us. Thank you for the upgrade! The service at all points was omnipresent without being overbearing.

A great place to stay. Friendly and professional staff. Cleaning every day. Very nice and new. Provided bottled water whenever I asked. Gym is top notch. Battle ropes. Up to 50lbs dumbbells. Lots of cardio machines. I’ve worked out in lots of hotel gyms and this is one of the best ones. Lots of room. Only thing that would make this hotel better is if it was across the street from Disney. But the walk is about 10-15min. Very very happy with the experience.

Definitely the nicest place I’ve ever stayed at. Everyone greets you with a “Hello” and a smile. The valet men are fast and good, they are literally running to serve you. There is shopping and restaurants just steps away from the hotel. Disney is also just moments away. I don’t know how much better this place could get for families.
