Relatively clean and organized. There is always someone working in the department I am in, stocking shelves or cleaning. The only drawback is that sometimes, especially the grocery aisles, have a shortage of products due to the high number of shoppers. They reorganized the pick up area to be in the back of the store and to be much bigger. Regular customers that are pick up and Walmart drivers that are making grocery delivers are in the same place now. You check in when you get there but they can take up to 25 mins to bring out your order (that’s how long I had to wait to get my last order). They seem to have only 2 people working and they ask you to pack it into your own car so I’m not sure why they are so slow. All they seem to be doing is bringing things out. They are like on version 3 or 4 of the store pickup process (the pickup in store all the way in the back was horrible) and a few times I was even unable to pickup anything because they said they were “closed” even though it was 15 min prior to pickup closing. Shelves are still reasonably stocked and clean, but the parking lot is horrendous. Pricing varies between online and in store, but most things are competitively priced. Located in the back of the store in an extremely poorly lit area, my wife immediately said “this is so sketchy.” ONE light coming from the building is not even close to being enough to light this area in the evening. This is dangerous and pathetic, and I’m glad I was with my wife for our pick up. Thankfully, the wait was not long, and the employee who brought out our purchase was pleasant and helpful. Walmart should be ashamed for asking their customers AND employees to deal with this dangerous situation. We will NEVER use this store again for online pickups. I noticed that there were many more scan and go registers which moved everyone quite quickly. I always love Walmart they have so many choices at great prices. THIS WALMART HAS ALOT IT ALWAYS DID, BUT IT IS SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE, RIDICULOUSLY CROWDED, MET SOME OF THE FEMALE STAFF THEY WERE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL … MOST OF THE STORE REPRESENTATIVES WERE PACKING OUT, BUT IT WAS SO MUCH TO PACK OUT ,ESPECIALLY WHILE THE STORE WAS CROWDED ON A HOLIDAY LIKE FATHERS DAY… THIS SPECIFIC WALMART, MOST LIKELY WILL HAVE WHAT YOU WANT AS LONG AS YOU ARE NOT SHOPPING THERE FOR FOOD, FOOD ITEMS ARE ALWAYS LOW HERE,
BUT EVERYTHING ELSE IS GOOD TO GO, SO COME HERE WITH CAUTION… AND TRY TO BE PATIENT..
Sold me a broken item. And I try to return the item back to them but didn’t let me return it because customer service was close before the time. And I think that it’s not professional . Not worth it. This happens to me the second time. Be careful what you buy they are still use or broken items to customers like me.
Horrible experience,it was on a Sunday morning,I spent about 30 minutes trying to find parking,this is really a busy place with not enough staffing,definitely not looking to go back.Avoid this place.
I love Wal-Mart, BUT this one, I dnt like it at all . Too many people , empty the shelves, the workers were putting the stuff in front of you, you couldn’t pass from every aisle cause they had pallets blocking your way . I prefer the one in NJ THE BEST OF THE BEST
I am very very pleased with this Walmart it had everything that I needed and more the shelf’s were clean there were no shopping carts flying around in the parking lot it was actually very nice not too busy and costumers service was 10/10 If you’re looking for a Walmart close to New York City that this is the Walmart that you need not really in the center but it’s really just one of the best Walmart’s I’ve ever been usually I do not give a Walmart ***** but this one in my opinion really is looking good thanks for reading and if you have any questions about this Walmart in particular then please message the on their website by the way I am not the owner or a worker here I am just a normal customer writing this review.
