  1. Amazing prices, horrible customer service. That should be Walmart’s motto. It’s 9pm. There are 12 lanes but only 1 open. 1 side of the self check-out is closed. The other side of self check-out is only for card payments. It is December 1st. Peak holiday shopping season. Walmart couldn’t care less. Worthless customer service has become synonymous with Walmart.

  2. Overall I’ve had pleasant experiences with this location. They recently updated their closing schedule so that a cop will turn people away once they’re closed. I really enjoy the updated closing schedule. It allows those who get out of work at 10:30 PM, or have something come up, to grab a quick thing or two.

  3. This location is always very busy and the employees were very helpful when I had questions about floodlights, particularly the motion activated. A female associate helped me at first but it wasn’t her dept but she called the person working that dept and he was quick to appear and very knowledgeable. Check out is a nightmare. The two self checkouts were open all registers available and only two other cashiers. Lines were very long. But with only two items and paying with a card I was able to checkout at the pharmacy dept quickly.

  4. Popular items are out of stock. Employees were stocking shelves. So, isles were filled with pallets of groceries. The gluten-free section was smaller compared to other Walmart stores. No handicap wheelchair was available. At the self check out , scanners were not working, and cash only was not visible .

  5. They’re always low on products… Always always always appears as though their shelves are half full. I understand people. Things, but I went to three different Walmart’s today left one and went to another one, this door is the only one that never has anything hardly. Somebody’s not doing a good job at ordering and restocking

Went to self checkout hoping it would be quicker. Two separate orders with less than 30 items total. First order, friend was scanning, and the employee came over and asked if we wanted to scan the beer so she could allow it. We told her we had two separate orders just to let her know, and she walked off mumbling something. My friend scanned his beer. She came back after a minute. He was finishing his order, so I asked her if she wanted to get mine as well. She said very sarcastically, “Well, I can’t do it if you aren’t on your order… so… no?” as she walked off again. So a few seconds later I scanned my beer then had to wait five minutes or more while she was talking to another customer, because there were no other employees available. When she came back she asked my date of birth, didn’t check my ID, just entered the date. The machine told her to scan it, and she didn’t. Very rude for no reason. And self checkout was way more difficult than it should have been because of that. Card readers also didn’t accept any form of NFC.

Super friendly staff. We were approached by several employees offered to help, and I had several employees tell me good morning. The store was clean and that’s impressive since it was so busy.

Need to offer employee discount for people checking themselves out! Usually 2 registers open with staff. I see employees on their phones and 3 or 4 in a group watching the self checkout registers, if you are afraid someone is not going to scan items or steal items, then don’t have self checkouts! Tired of self checkouts when your paying employees to stand and watch!

Seeing some empty shelves which is from the vacationers. The isles seem crowded with pallets for stocking. Hard to maneuver electric carts for the handicapped. I didn’t see many employees. Other than those things I was able to find everything on my list.

Picked up order placed online the day before. This was the first time I’ve done this and it is FANTASTIC! I received everything I ordered and I’ll definitely be doing this again. Makes shopping so much easier, they give you options for replacing items if they don’t have what you want in stock, or even ship it to you later! I’m very pleased with my first order and DEFINITELY not my last! Thanks Walmart and employees for a wonderful 😊 experience!

I love the new setup at Walmart on Roebuck pkwy. The children section has alot of variety and beautiful girls clothes. I haven’t been here in over 6 months. I will be back.

Some shelves are empty. Cannot find employee when I have a question. Delivery service is usually good. Pick up took way too long. They couldn’t find my order and never asked me for my info to locate it. They served many other cars and I finally called a member over to get it handled.

Everyone always acts as if they are sleepy and don’t want to deal with anyone. ALSO they are very slow. The majority of the people, they are nice… The new employees are rude. But I can tell they try everyday. I give them 3 stars for actual effort.

The store is poorly stocked. I am frequently approached inside and outside by homeless men for money and it is scary when you’re alone. Frequent robberies and occasional shootings happen in the parking lot despite security riding around in the parķing lot
