There is a Minute Key machine for keys duplicates. You can even find ice 🧊 closeby the cashiers stalls. 🚫 I agree with other reviewers in regards the fresh produce. It has almost everything that you might need for home. The food section is very good despite quitly higher prices than other branches. The sections if hand tools, crafting and cars accessories are very rich in quality goods. I checked online and the store closes at 11pm. I went after work and drove almost 30 minutes to make this return. When I got there at 8:50pm, I was waiting in line and there were about 5 workers at returns. One of them told me they are closing soon in a few minutes. I was the only one waiting because a staff member was currently helping a customer. When it was my turn, it was around 8:55pm and this staff member rudely refused to help me do the return. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. She was a large Caucasian woman. I am extremely appalled of her attitude and how she refused a return that would’ve only taken less than 2 minutes to do. I drove almost 30 min and was being treated terribly. The store was clean and well organized. As for the staff, they were all over the place until I actually needed help. It took a while to find an employee to unlock the item I wanted to buy. Also, I noticed a ton of merchandise was locked up in a case. I was mostly in the electronics department. The items on display had no power so I was unable to try them. Parked right outside the front door of the garden center but neither of the automatic doors would open. Clark working on the plants said we had to go all the way down to the main entrance and then all the way back down to the garden center to see what they had and then have to go all the way back up to pay for it and then walk all the way back down outside to where we parked. I was Furious! Left Mom in the car and went inside and spoke to the manager on duty and got I’m sorry for an answer. Then I went to pick up a furnace filter which shows online as being in the store and no furnace filters! Finally found a clerk who didn’t know what I wanted but checked his phone and mumbled something to me and after the third time I had him repeat it found out the furnace filters are not carried in the stores and have to be ordered! Ridiculous again! This is Amazon and other internet retailers are doing so well. Saturday February 25th and there is only one guys doing the pick up this is a joke unbelievable waiting 45 minutes for my order to get pickup it’s much faster and easier to just go inside and grab what you need… What’s the whole point of Walmart pickup if you spend more time waiting then actually just going inside the store… Still gotta give props to the guy who’s doing this part of the service alone but man come on looks like companies can keep up staff . Unbelievable
Asked the customer service desk person where to pick up bakery order and persisted in stating i need to go to the garage. Went to the garage, called the number multiple times and no one picked up. Left a voice mail and no one came after 10 minutes. Then my wife informed me the pick up was at the bakery and not the garage. Would have saved 15 minutes if they are better be trained and knew to go to the bakery for order.
Heartbreaking to see just one elderly woman as a cashier at 10:30pm! Slaving away, someone needs to pay her more. Good food options though.
So disgusted with this place I literally came in to buy a $250 TV which to me is not expensive. The lady took off. The sensor. clearly it has a sensor so clearly a store employee has to take it off so clearly that means I paid for it Since the lady checked my receipt before she took the sensor off.I was trying to leave and this man cornered me with another man. He’s long hair looks like the Hulk. If the Hulk was a human. I can point him out in a moment and basically harassed me until I showed him my receipt. While he let another man walk right by us and didn’t Check his receipt and I said why didn’t you check his receipt? He said he works here. so that means you don’t have to follow the rules when he is here shopping clearly not working? Or do you let your friends get away with what you don’t let other people get away with?
